Nearly impossible to reach customer service
I canceled my account and requested that the money left in the account, about $20, be returned to me. Nearly impossible to reach customer service. The first reply canceled my account but did not respond to my request for a refund. Their emails cannot be replied to, so I had to re-submit everything again form the site. The second reply came a few days later telling me there was no money left in my account. They make it very difficult to reach them, and I think they assume that because of that most people will walk away from their money. I've learned my lesson. If a psychic doesn't accept PayPal, I'm not interested.
Scammer
One evening I was looking for some answers about a relationship & I was looking at pages on Keen of different psychics. I ran across Silvana Fillmore & based on some of her feedback, I called her. I noticed that about every 4th feedback was in ALL capitol letters which I found odd. More on that later. She is quite expensive, $9.99 a minute so I figured 10 minutes to get some answers. What a HUGE mistake. She started in about a business deal ( I don't have a business deal happening or a pending one), so I interrupted & told her why I was calling. She tells me that the girl I asked about is about to get engaged & she will be out of my life! FYI...she is engaged to me & that isn't the person I was asking about! I had a falling out with my brother & wanted some help. Every time I would try & get her to listen & to address my question she would tell me some off the wall stuff that had no connection to me. She was totally inaccurate so I gave honest feedback. I received a nasty, scathing email from her calling me names, telling me how she saves lives on an hourly basis & she will not waste her time on me among other rude things! Nice, huh? $80.00 to get the runaround & be insulted in the process. Keen needs to remove her from the site. What an egotistical phony. She has nerve charging what she does. I feel so foolish. Then I met a woman in Los Angeles that knows her & she told me that ALL the feedback in capitols is HER, Silvana giving herself feedback! She also said that she has a couple of friends that do it for her too! If you read the feedback in capitols you will see the common thread in each which is that Silvana is the perfect psychic. She even misspells some of the same words! Talk about a giveaway. I contacted Keen & told them all of this and she is still on there! DO NOT CALL THIS PHONY! Expensive & NOT a good thing. Let her save someone elses' life ! Scammer!

I demand that you remove the reference to me on your complaint. You are referring to another Suzanne Breitenbach, not me which lives the in Tustin, CA. I take great pride in my career and reputation. By using my address the article refers to me and not the person you are referring to with your complaint. I demand that you have it removed immediately, for I have been harmed. I expect an apology and am considering legal action for this attack on reputation.

The reality of morally, psychologically bereft people grossly overstepping thier ability to truly see what is best for others continues to be one of the dark and sick aspects of modern culture in the form of psychics on the net. My complaint about keen is that the "advisers" there have fleeced my wife of most of an inheritance she received and they tell her the most horrible things about me. They have told her that I cheat on her, do illegal business' of all types, am responsible for the deaths of her mother and brother, and have murdered at least 1 person. She believes all of it. One "advisor" even led her to believe he would become romantically involved with her, until she ran out of money! My marriage is most likely damaged beond repair. Do I have any legal recourse?
