After delivery of an incomplete order which I was explicitly told would NOT happen I called to sort out an urgent return for a $172 purchase. Some woman answered the phone and after apologising told me a return UPS label would be emailed to me. Three days later, after three different phone calls on different days still NO label. She also told me THREE times that my money had already been refunded to my Visa card, even before I had been sent my UPS label. I was then told that the label had been posted to me. So I waited for the postman to bring the label. Still NO label. So I called the following week and spoke to the owner, only to discover that NO label had been posted, NO APOLOGY from him EITHER, so I was lied to repeatedly by either glib liars or pathetically incompetent morons. I finally got my UPS label, shipped it back that day, after tracking it and seeing it had been delivered I called to notify them and to ask how long before my refund. He started blustering, told me the legal limit was thirty days and as I told him his "daughter" was "a liar" he wouldn't talk to me and I could get lost (being polite). So NO refund. Have reported them to my bank for credit card fraud, dispute process is now started.

These people are complete scum!! Not only are they hopelessly incompetent, they lie repeatedly and fail to admit their shortcomings to EXTREMELY PATIENT customers. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THESE SCUMBAGS!!! YOU DO SO AT YOUR PERIL!!
