The associate helping me at the counter was very neat in appearance and helpful in my visit. I was very pleased with my service. This is not the practice of most all other stores I have visited at the jewelry counter. It is mostly a waiting process and then not so pleasant in service. Thank you so much for being so attentive to my needs. I will visit your store first when considering options of business in the future for all my needs.

I had such a pleasant associate that took our layaway at K mart in Northeast Philadelphia, His name was Paul. He was the most kind hearted, thougthful and pleasant employee that I've encounter in a long time. It was such a joy to shop at K mart, Keep up the good work

you would think that with todays economy, that kmart would be a little more flexible with there layaway policies. we went to pay off our layaway tonight, only to find that our merchandise was returned to stock. we know that we were a couple of days late. things turned out well after all though.we went to walmart, where we replaced our merchandise alot cheaper.we have no intentions of ever shopping kmart again.
