JWI Louvres (NSW) Pty Ltd review: Defective and Incomplete Work

I have paid this company for the design, supply and installation of external louvres for my home.
They took a 50% deposit, failed to provide the appropriate insurances and have demanded full payment prior to completion.
The installation and supply remains incomplete and defective and they have taken my money and refuse to complete.
The matter has been referred to the Department of Fair Trading as they have failed to comply with the Home Building Act.
Currently JWI has been now paid 98% of the contract sum which is approximately $86, 000 with $1700 remaining to be paid.
Andrew Gore refuses to return calls or emails.
I would advise caution when dealing with this comapny.
