I never order any product from Juvesiio .They offered a free sample for the cost of postage only and accepted. My wife used it and developed allergy so never wanted to use further.

They sent another sample and charged me 87 Pounds it unfair now I want to return your product so that refund my money as soon as possible.Juvesiio charged £87.00 from my account without authorization. I'd like to file a complaint against them. What a fraud! They make people fool, that it looks like you're only spending $4.95 for shipping and handling for a trial. They are RIPPING OFF innocent people.

Isn't this a Product like those we have seen before, but under different names. So say Free, just he £4.95 delivery, whatever it is, but give them your bank details and try to stop it in anyway, you are struggling. If I remember rightly as I was took in once, read the small print as you are accepting a minimum purchase. So you agree to what they withdraw!

I have also been scanned by these people. Was led to Believe I was paying for p&p on a trial sample. The next thing they have taken £87.00 from my account without permission twice. This has now left me in financial difficulties. I can't seem to find a number that works to speak to them about it. I have now had to cancel my bank card and my bank are looking into this. PLEASE do not fall for this scam.

I am another person who has been scammed by this company.
I had an advert randomly appear on my screen stating if I took part in a survey I can claim free cream just post and package to be paid.
Within a few days the product arrived, I didn't think anything of it, until I received another two bottles which I didn't send for.
Then to my horror when I read my bank statement £87 was taken out by this company, then if that wasn't bad enough not long after I went to my bank got a mini statement and it stated clearly that another £87 had been taken out my account by this company.
How are these companies allowed to get away with such scams, surely they are breaking the law by taking money out of peoples accounts without their permission, if I stolen money from someone (which I never would) I would be arrested surely this people have done exactly the same thing.
I think these people are the lowest of the low and should be stopped scamming innocent people.
Surely Trading standards should be notified about this robbing company, and people should be refunded.

I too have been scammed by this company, I fell for the free sample trick and gave my card details for the payment of postage and packing, I then received an email from company informing me that I would be charged 87 pounds a month for for further supplies of there product, I called them immediately and asked to cancel the sample shipment, they said that they couldn't but would charge me a reduced rate of 38 pounds for the sample, I had no other option other then to cancel card. I really can not understand how is this company still trading, surely they should be reported to some authority? It is clear that they are a scam company, for now all I can do is add to this forum and warn others not to be caught by this fraudulent company.

I have just been conned as well. I was led to believe I would only pay P&P but when my statement came in they has taken an extra £89.00. I will report this to the trading standards. We must not let get away with daylight robbery. I cannot believe in England these sort of people are allowed to trade. I hope that anyone who reads these messages on this site will take it further so other innocent people do not get MUGGED!

I also took the offer of a free sample of the antiwrinkle serum, sent an e-mail to cancel and jujesiio took £87. from my account, when I e-mailed them they told me to phone customer services, which I did only to be told I hadn't cancelled it in the required time, the product doesn't work its just one big SCAM to get money from vulnerable people like myself who believe they are buying something good for themselves. I sejune/wolverhamptonnt 2 more e-mails to them they said to ring customer sevices again and it would be resolved, was just told the same over and over again, they are robbers and get money fraudulently from people.

I have also been charged for 2 lots of this, I did order a free sample but they sent me another one that I hadn't ordered. I sent them an email but by the look of all these comments it will probably fall on deaf ears. I only noticed it this evening and tomorrow been Good Friday it will be Tuesday before I can do anything about it. I will try what Obviously Gullible tried and see how I get on.
I also sent off for another FREE trial, IDIOT that I am, there was 2 free trials, and I paid 8euro each for them, on my bank statement they charge me 178 euro each for them and I didn't even receive them, the first was called Skin Vital Labs, and the second was rejuvenate, that is all the info I have on them, does anyone know anymore info on these two scammers.

This is a total con. They send on free trial product and charge for postage only. A few weeks later full payment is deducted, supposedly to cover your next batch of product. No product has been delivered besides the trial product. They continue to deduct the full amount monthly (in my case €113) until you cancel payment.

I have just discovered a payment taken from my bank for £87 for same product after ordering a 'free' sample, just paying for p&p! I called the bank who knew exactly what it was & they said they would stop any further payments going out! Can anyone tell me how to contact the company to complain? I haven't even opened the product! If I don't have any luck I may try to sell it on ebay.

I also have the same problem, stupidly signing up for free product and getting charged £87 3 weeks later. This is an internet scam and I called their customer services order. He admitted they didn't need to advertise their terms and conditions on their site. He agreed to refund £50 and If I send product back even if it is opened or empty bottle they will refund the rest! what type of company is this. He also tried to barter me that if I wanted to keep product they will reimburse me £60 so basically they are still getting something. Please be aware of this company! Has anyone else got their money reimbursed.

Miss very stupid.

This company appears to operate on the very edge of any form of ethical principle. I too signed up for a free "gift"- just paying the postage of £1.95. by debit card There was no obvious indication that by doing so I was committed to receive a regular monthly supply of the product at a cost of £87 a month. Obviously, paying POSTAGE for the "free" gift allowed Juvesiio to collect details of my debit/credit card so they could then charge the relevant amount every month. I managed to speak to the company's customer service department in Wakefield, but they said they could do nothing so I asked to speak to someone higher up the chain and found myself talking to a person in Florida! After a very long conversation he agreed to refund to latest payment made - ON CONDITION THAT I WOULD NOT TAKE THE MATTER ANY FURTHER WITH THE POLICE AND/OR ANY TRADING STANDARDS BODIES! ThisI seemed to border on the very edge of some sort of blackmail. This is a company that needs to be watched very carefully as so many people seem to have found themselves to be misled and no charity or other organisation should allow Juvesiio to have a link on their site or offer this company's "free" gift for completing a survey or feed-back on such a site. I shall take the matter up with the Trading Standards Authority and, possibly, the Police.

I have had the same experience as others who posted here. I filled in an online survey asking for feedback on a website of a charity that I trusted. I assumed the survey was generated by the charity - but no - it's an online scam from Juvesiio. It says you will get a free gift for filling in the survey, you just have to pay postage. They sent me three further bottles, but in the package there is no pricing information and no contact information about who is sending the product (or I would certainly have called immediately to say 'you sent me something by mistake'). I haven't used any of the product and don't even like it. When the third bottle arrived my husband was suspicious and called our bank and yes, they have been taking out £87 for each bottle, including the original 'free gift'. It turns out that hidden in the terms and conditions it says you are signing up for a contract. I hadn't checked these as it was a free gift, and seemed to be linked to a charity I trust. I called Juvesiio today, they refuse to offer any refund. I have complained today to the National Consumer Agency in Ireland: http://www.consumerhelp.ie

I have the same problem with you all, what should I do? Do I need to report to the police? I think it doesn't fare for customer at all. I used to order only 1 time last two month, I was surprised what scupid thing that I did so far. Again, this week it took my money from credit card. £87, this is second times. I wrote a complaint massage to that company but I don't think they will response.

Same as others. I was supplied advertised post and package only cost sample, then charged full price without authorisation. Theft. I was sent a second sample at full cost without my requesting anything. I immediately rang and told them to desist, and they sent me an e confirming this. It wasn't until I checked back on credit card that I saw they had taken TWO full amounts off me with authorisation for only post and package for one..
They say in the first confirmation that your credit rating will be affected if you stop payment. A threat. Con merchants.
STAY WELL CLEAR.

I have had the exact same problem but actually accepted a free sample offer after completing a short survey. I accepted to pay for the shipping cost and they charged £87 for two months before i cancelled. They did not accept to refund me and i will report this to the police and the local Trading centre. I googled this and there dozens of other victims testimonials online
