Scam and fraud!

Company information:
Justin Kane
658 Washington St
Weymouth, Massachusetts
United States

When I contacted Justin Kane about the truck that had a low price tag for the current value, he informed me that he needed a serious person and that the quick and smooth sale proceeds was for his son in the hospital. He said he would contact ebay Protection Program and that an account would be opened for me to send monies to an agent of ebay through Money Gram. The vehicle would then be shipped and I would inspect it for 3 days then decide. He also mentioned that his brother worked for TNT Express and that he had 1 free delivery per year.

Justin Kane (if that's his name) wanted the payment prior to shipment and could only accept a wire transfer and the fastest is Money Gram (emails). He mentioned that I had nothing to worry about since this deal will be done in a secure way 'if you prefer'. He said that 'I think that this is a fair way to make business and I hope that you will agree'.

After some nonrespondent emails from the eBay protection program and vague answers from Justin Kane I decided to investigate a little further. Turns out, eBay has no agents to hold monies for buyers or sellers. They even recommend not to send any type of wire transfer or even use services outside eBay as no one will be protected. Also if there was an email from eBay, it would also show up in 'my eBay account mail' as well as regular email.

So, was I ripped off? Answer: NO, but I sure am Pissed Off! I mean, to think about how many other people have been ripped off by this person! Who will stop him/her? How long will it take to get to the bottom of this?

Interesting fact finding while investigating the original email from the so-called eBay protection program... It names another buyer (Ross Johnson of New Mexico) in the same email that was sent to my smartphone that wasn't seen in the regular email. Flag, huh? Same person or victim? Who knows.

Can we just sit by and let these scum-bags soak people of their hard earned money just to provide these key-pushers food for their mouths. I say if they can't work they shouldn't eat! If they want to hurt people then maybe a ton of bricks need to fall on them so they can feel the pain of many!
