I asked a question on this website and agreed to pay 18.00 I thought that was all they were going to charge my debit card but they charged $34.00. I wrote to them requesting a credit of 16.00 to my account and wonder if they will in fact return this money to my account. I won't get sucked into this type of scam anymore, that is for Sure!

This happened to me also. I was told the charge would be $38 and my account was charged $76. They are obviously rip off artists. BEWARE

I to was scamed by them. I agreed to pay $15.00 for my automotive question, but when I received my monthly statement, I was charged $30.00. Still no contact from Just Answer on any sort of refund.
