Three or four years ago, I purchased a calling card from Just Phone Cards which I use to make long-distance and international calls. Around Christmas, it stopped working. When I dial the access number, I simply get a busy signal. The card has more than $30 left on it, but I can no longer use it to make any calls. I have emailed and called the customer service phone number provided by JustPhoneCards numerous times. They never respond.
On my recommendation, two other friends had also purchased phone calling cards from the company. Both of them are also facing the same problem. Their calling cards no longer work, and Just Phone Cards will not pick up the phone when my friends call them.
Their website is still up, and they are still making offers and "special sales." In other words, they are still luring new customers into buying the cards they offer.
