Just Fitness 4 U Classes

I just checked the schedule and noticed the Just Dance Class on Saturday has been taken away. Danielle Reyes is an amazing instructor who has brought in so many people, Tonight's class alone was 40 people! We had so much fun and the hour goes by so quickly. Another Zumba class has replaced Just Dance. I do not understand why this class could not be added at 11:30 on Saturday. Or why it doesn't replace Body Pump at 9:30. There are less than 20 people in that class every Saturday. Another suggestion is to replace one of the Zumba classes on Tuesday or Thursday. I would like to know what thoughts come to mind when dropping such a great class and how it can even be possible when the last few weeks, every one of Danielle's classes has had at least 30 participants.

We pay for this membership. Shouldn't it matter what we prefer?

Just Fitness 4 U Closing tomorrow no notification.

I joined Just fitness 4U a few years ago with my husband and was at the other Lawrenceville Location and one day went there to find the locks on the door and the owner and his son sitting outside and said the owner of the building did this and they would let us know further.They opened this location in Lawrenceville 3130 Sugarloaf Pkway stating that they opened it 24 hrs to cover people in the area that was going to the other Location that closed down in Lawrenceville.In 10 months now the place is closing and another place is opening up in Libriun Ga, which is farther away and I never received any notification but hear it from another member as the letters went out to people who were paying 10 or 15 dollars a month to let them know it was increasing to 19.95 a mo. This is noy Professional and they are not letting members out of there contracts.Please advise what we can do.No one is giving us any info . Each person gives you a different answer. The other location they are opening is not even ready.

Just Fitness 4 U Cancellation

Do not I repeat do not sign anything with these people.

I found this place from a groupon-when I went in of course they provide you with a spiel and all these incentives to sign up which I did at $20/month. My groupon was for 6 weeks and then I was to be billed. Of course they tried to bill me before the 6 weeks got that cleared up. From then things seemed to be going smooth. Unfortunately it just became no longer convenient to me to commute to this gym with the options I had available to me. So I called to cancel and the nightmare begins.

First off they have a membership addendum that states if you come at least twice a week for 6 consecutive weeks you can cancel at any term during your agreement. Which was great for me since I signed a two year agreement! When I called I was immediately told I couldn’t cancel because I had a 2 year contract, of course I was told they didn’t have it on file and I would have to come in to cancel anyway. The ladies at the desk, over the phone are extremely rude, especially when you’re not satisfied. They start to cut you off with & ldquo;ok ok thank you”, & ldquo;well alright”-like you can’t even finish your sentence. When I go in diane the lady I deal with immediately offers me a drop rate, which may have been acceptable if they didn’t show me how fake they really are. I’m not going to do business with these type of people. I politely decline and she asks literally 5 times why i’m cancelling, last I checked anytime means anytime I don’t need to explain myself. I show her the addendum that has magically disappeared in their system and her first words are oh the manager didn’t sign this. So she gets the guy who signed me up, kyle, to confirm the document is real and proceeds with a cancellation form. How unprofessional is it they have an addendum to the contract they provide you with but you have to have a copy for them to acknowledge it? Sounds fishy to me. I tell diane that my payment appears to be processing and I want to know how to get it refunded. She immediately says well you can just keep coming for the next month and it will cancel after that. To which I respond, no-i’m cancelling because this is no longer convenient why would I continue to come for a month? She hands me the manager phillip’s card and states I can speak to him, but he doesn’t do refunds. Seriously?! I’m telling you i’m not returning, you gave me an addendum that says cancel anytime, now you’re charging me for a month I won’t even be there?

I call and speak to philip and now I know why customer service doesn’t matter at this gym. He’s immediately rude and standoffish stating there was no way to cancel my transaction when it was already processing. I advised him I was aware of this-what I was trying to accomplish was get a refund for 6/15-7/15, since that is what they charged my card for and I cancelled 6/15 and have not used the facilities since. He tells me no he can’t do that but I can come use the facilities for the month I was charged. How can an entire front of house staff not have 1 brain between them? I specifically advised every person I spoke to I was not returning.

I clarified with philip the manager, i’m not returning, you charged me, and you won’t refund my money even though i’m not coming back? To which he responded yes-you can use the facilities to 7/15 if you want. I’m really glad my card company has a brain and I could get this resolved through them and I have copies of everything.

The equipment and cardio cinema here are great, and so are the trainers. Unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the crooks at the front desk or the poor customer service and toddler tantrum when they don’t get their way.

Here’s a tip to the front desk and management here: don’t offer anything you aren’t willing to honor and it might be helpful if you stopped cheating people in general. To admit to a customer you are going to take their money even though you are aware they will not be returning to your facilities is completely unethical and that’s definitely something that gets around quick and you appear as complete scam artists.

Last I checked taking someone's money for services not rendered and facilities not used is theft. With the reputation this company is building it is a matter of time before someone sues them.

Just Fitness 4 U Manager Mr. Kerry Mchugh

I have been a member at this gym for sometime. What I have notice that a change in staff often, filthy machines and a dry sauna that is out of order constantly. The manager is very rude and arrogant and is very unapproachable! Personal trainers, receptionist and instructors are terminated by e-mail! How can anyone build a relationship with a gym employee, or trainer if you are introduce to someone else every two months or every 1-2 years. Mrs. Colleen Shipp Griffin was a excellent Zumba and Weight trainer for this company when she was wrongfully terminated by corporate by E-mail. So what does this say about the company or corporate? That in spite of the numerous complains. this rude and arrogant manager is still employed with just fitness 4u mesquite, TX. This company is not fit to do business with. Take my advice and RUN as fast as you can out the front door! Oh, by the way good luck trying to get out of contract!33687

Just Fitness 4 U Deceptive Business Practices

Beware of the deceptive business practices with this gym. You may think you are getting a great deal with their $8-$10 monthly membership claim but I found out the hard way if it sounds too good to be true it is! I joined the Parker Rd location b/c of it's close proximity to my house, plus it was a new gym with a cardio cinema and rackball courts. Within months of joining, I showed up one day and it was closed. A sign on the door said memberships would be honored at the Coit Rd location across town. No notification or email...just closed. The $8 deal was really 24 months paid in advance and the club I joined closed w/in 3 months. Now I can't cancel since until the my membership is near expiration and then there is a $75 fee to cancel and if I don't cancel within 30 days of the expiration (which isn't until 2015) the membership auto renews. The people at the gym will not help, they just refer you to their "billing company" ABC Financial. I have never been able to talk to a real person, just get a voice mail. You can email and they will respond with a generic response. There are too many other reputable and professional alternatives in Plano. Try 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness, Golds Gym or Lifetime Fitness. These may be a little more a month but you get what you pay for and most of them are month to month with no contracts.

Just Fitness 4 U Changed Terms of signed contract w/o notification

Signed 2 year agreement contract in Feb 2011. Contract Terms: Pay 2 Years month to month, after 2 years membership free. Annual Maintenance Fee of $49 per year that will be extracted on an annual basis in July.

Noticed on online banking ABC Financial (Financial Svc for Just Fitness 4 U) Extracted $53.04. Called Customer Svc and representative advised this was an auto renew fee. I advised that I did not have such a contract. I went online and on status shows NO AUTO RENEW. Also, you can no longer pull your service agreement up online. I still have the hard copy.

Called the Gym, manager stated that they are under new ownership. New owners charging $54 Annual Fees and will no longer charge $50 Maint Fee (in signed contract).
I advised NO NOTICFICATION RECIEVED. BREECH OF CONTRACT BY JUST FITNESS 4U

This gym in Mesquite Texas on Galloway should be closed if you are reading this before you join pleas tour the entire restroom includingbthevshower stalls, one of the two ladies toilets at times stoped up, and now one of the shower stalls have no shower head, and 2 needed to be replaced and shower stalls needed to be cleaned and disinfected, one shower stall is being used to house the yellow mop bucket with dark water, mop, and used mop top is stored in the soap holder and as I was leaving observed the cleaning lady in the shower stall getting her mop bucket toghter to start her day... I thought how gross and nasty... no shower that day went to work in my own sweat and dirt...(pics posted on instagram) on the way out told front desk staff ... Guess what as of 11/15/ 13 nothing changed ...

the 54.00 "renewal" fee also included a late fee. Plus our account is set to be debited again in July. Everyone cancel your cards and find another reputable gym!

Just Fitness 4 U Billing

I signed up with this gym in January of 2011 before the facility even opened. I was told that after my two year contract expired, I would continue to have a membership even though I would not be making any more monthly payments. I would only be obligated to pay a once a year account maintainance fee. Well, now it's two years later and I spoke with the finance company called ABC Financial http://www.abcfinancial.com/ and they told me that that was in fact not true. I would be out of my contract but would pay my regular payment of $21.64 on a month to month basis. I then contacted the manager at the local gym that I go to named Dan and he assured me that he would call ABC and clear it up. No payment was drafted from my account in February so I assumed everything was taken care of. Then, I check my account this morning and they've drafted a payment of $54! My payment was NEVER $54, so I looked up my account details on ABC's website and it shows that they took a payment of $49 for who knows what and a late fee of $5! A LATE FEE! They've been drafting my payments this entire time. How could they possibly charge me a late fee, especially when it's on an amount that I don't even owe! I tried calling ABC but they're closed on the weekends, and I can't get a hold of the manager at the gym either. I am SO irritated! I'm not the only one they did this to either. Two of my other girlfriends who joined at the same time I did noticed the same thing, except one of them had a payment of $49 AND a payment of $54 drafted! I just hope I can get this straightened out and get my money back! Ridiculous!

Just Fitness 4 U DISRESPECTFUL GENERAL MANAGER!

Hope you don't run into any problems and expect the general manager, Kerry McHugh, to do anything but dismiss you and tell you "maybe you should go to 24 Hour Fitness"

Spoke on the phone with an employee who explained to me the packages/prices, and how if I came in before the special ended, I'd pay a $10 enrollment fee. I was told BOTH memberships included access to the tanning bed- and the $20 membership you could pick on ammenity- so I was going to do the cardio room. She said that she would give my friend and I VIP passes to try out the gym before we put a card on file and joined. When we went in and she went over the prices again, I got completely different information. Turns out tanning IS an ammenity, and not included in both membership as I had been told previously, and I'd have to pick between that and the cardio room or pay $30 a month. It was a whole mess of confusion and that's not really the point of this. Anyway, she went on to tell us that we actually had to JOIN right then, or we wouldn't get the special, which is completely different from what she had told me on the phone. What happened to this 3 day VIP pass to try it out? It suddenly disappeared. I'm not going to join the gym and don't even get a chance to check it out like everyone else that joins. I was told "it was the busy time of year for them". Well, do you want business or not? You have to do what you say you are. So I ask to speak to the manager. He comes over, doesn't introduce himself, doesn't say a word...so I begin to tell him the problem. ...

All he had to say to us was "We don't give out passes. You can pay $10 to work out today and try it out. I need to know who told you that because I need to reprimand them." Well...reprimand her if you will but unfortunately it was your staff that told me that (I had/still have the text messages sent to me from her to prove that) and whether it's a mistake on JF's part or not, it's wrong to tell a potential customer basically to get over it. I've never been to a gym where they outright refuse a pass so you can try it out and join. Again, are you trying to run a business here or you just don't care about my business because "it's the busy time of year"? He repeated himself a second time and told us we could pay $10 to work out and try it out or "maybe you should go to 24 Hour Fitness and see if they'll give you a pass"... and then walked off. Never once an "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding... we'll take care of this for you..." Nothing.

We had every intention of joining. But he treated us with such disregard and disrespect, and then dismissed us off to another gym. I would never take my business there again or even put myself around his negative energy again. So, naturally, we left, and went to Blast Fitness where they had $1 enrollment and were SO NICE! It was so refreshing after being subjected to his disrespectful attitude. They GLADLY offered us to try out the gym, even though it was PACKED in there, they did not turn us away because it's "a busy time of year".

I NEVER write reviews but I was so disgusted after leaving, I hope I can at least warn a few people in case they ever have to deal with him. The rest of the staff seemed pretty nice, but I have never in my life been treated like that by someone who is supposed to be an EXAMPLE to his fellow employees! The manager of all people! Sorry this was terribly long but if you took the time to read it all, I think you got the idea.

Just Fitness 4 U Billing practices

I had a membership for me and one for my husband. I always paid faithfully each month. Out of the blue I got a collection call saying I was behind on payments. I went to the gym and the manager, Dan Reynolds, told me that my payments were going to someone else. He told me he would talk to ABCFinancial, who handles their billing, and straighten it out. Long story short, the account is still a mess, my credit is screwed, and I can't get anyone to listen to me. I'm going to save my money ( and my credit rating) and buy a treadmill and weights. So done with being ripped off.

Just Fitness 4 U Outrageous Bill

My husband signed up for the gym National Fitness last year, because we had received a free month coupon in the mail. The coupon ended up being BUY one month get one free, which wasn't a huge deal, but just the first deception by this company.
Dan (my husband) went to Just Fitness to sign up. He paid cash, to their dismay, $24. Of course they wanted to get a credit card to try to charge it monthly. Luckily we saw that coming and paid cash. The he was told he would get a free session with a personal trainer. The appointment was scheduled for the following day. It was supposed to be an hour session.
When he got to the session, the trainer was late. He spent the first part of the session asking questions regarding his goals, fitness, etc, then Dan worked out for about 20 minutes, and the rest of the session was one giant sales pitch. The cheapest package for a trainer was about $60 a month, which I'm assuming is their bread and butter. He pushed. And pushed. And even said, "Isn't your health worth the money?", to which my husband replied, "Well, if I pay you $60 a month I can't eat. So yeah, my health is worth that much!" It was unbelievable. Now, after my husband left, NOT buying any more sessions, this man called us LITERALLY EVERY DAY FOR A WEEK. After that long I finally told him to stop calling, but he kept calling even after that! I ended up having to block this man's number. It was absolutely insane. Some days he even called more than once. He was trying to pressure Dan to buy more sessions. I don't know if they contract out their trainers or if they work directly for Just Fitness, but either way it was deplorable service. High pressure, high stress sales pitches that a weaker person would have easily gotten talked in to.
Now after all this hooplah, needless to say, my husband did not want to go any further than the two months he had already paid for. He went on and off during that time, and when it was over it was over and he did not go back. We ended up moving to a condo that had a gym in it anyway, so a gym wasn't necessary anymore. This is when the trouble really started. Letter after forwarded letter started appearing from "Just Fitness 4 U". At first I threw them out. When the kept coming a few months later, I finally opened one up. And was SHOCKED! This lovely company said my husband and I owed them $709.58. SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS! At the current monthly rate for a membership, that would be over two years long! I do not know WHERE this number came from, much less WHY they think we owe it when NOTHING WAS SIGNED, and it was a MONTH TO MONTH membership. He was never presented a contract to sign. It was a PRE-PAID MONTHLY GYM MEMBERSHIP. Simple as that.
So now here we are, and I have finally demanded that he call and deal with this. He has said that many, many people here in FL have told him that Just Fitness does this to everyone. The letter threatens to report the debt to the credit bureau as well. A $700 charge on anyone's credit report would be damaging. I'm sure calling them will do a whole lot of NOTHING, but I will update. We'll be awaiting their apology...

Just Fitness 4 U Maintenance Fee

I was NOT told about an anuual "maintenance fee" when I joined. Of course it was in the fine print, but it is up to the "rep" to point out any additianal fees, especially if I am giving you my debit card number. So, one day I happen to look at my bank account and saw this withdrawal for over $50. I protested to my bank. If you are going to take money, you better send me a notice first. I do not like having fees randomly taken out without my knowledge of WHEN it is being taken. My advice, add it into the monthy fee. At least we will know exactly how much, on what date it is being taken.

This gym sucks... When I signed up they told me it was a month to month n they lied they say I signed up for a "2 yr contract" they contract looked tampered with they are charging me 300 or it will go on my credit they are just trying to screw people over... I defentetly do not recommend this gym... Trust mr u will regret it

Just Fitness 4 U Billing

I signed a contract in April with Fitness 4U. When signing the contract I was told verbally that the contract was for only a year and that if I moved and there wasn’t a gym in that location then I could cancel the contract. I also started a training contract with the gym that was only for a year under the same circumstances. My training contract ended in April 2012 so I was under the impression that my gym contract was going to end also. Within that time I moved out of the Lawrenceville area. Months had past, before I notice that National Fitness which is the billing company for Fitness 4U was billing my credit card for membership and maintenance fees. I contacted the company and they told me that I was still in a contract because I had sign a contract for 2years. I told the representative that it was supposed to only be for a year. I also informed the representative that I didn’t live in the area anymore. She did some research and she found out the there wasn’t a gym in the area so she told me that she would cancel the contract. The next month I checked my credit card bill and they were still billing me for the membership. I then contacted National Fitness again to ask why I was being charged when my membership should have been cancelled. The representative told me that they didn’t cancel memberships that I would have to contact the gym. I told her that the representative that I had spoken to previously told me that it would be cancelled. She told me there was nothing she could do and to contact the gym. I contacted them to ask about cancelling the account and the account manager told me that I had to bring in two bills then it would be cancelled so I did as he said I took two bills up to the gym and the lady at the front made copies and then she gave me a paper stating it was cancelled. On 9/22 I got a phone call from National Fitness stating that I owe them for the gym membership because it was not cancelled. I explained to the representative all that happened and she told me to keep contacting them until they cancel it. I called Fitness 4U back and I spoke to the account manager again and he told me it wasn’t cancelled because they didn’t get a copy of my ID. I explained to him that the lady just asked for the two bills and not my ID. He goes on to say how she was new and how she didn’t know she had to get a copy and how he informed me that they had to have a copy. I told him that as an employee she should have known to take a copy of my ID. He told me that it would not be cancelled until I bring them a copy of my ID. JUST FITNESS 4U is a SCAM and so is NATIONAL FITNESS. I have to pay for their employee mistakes.

Just Fitness 4 U cancelling membership

Ok, so, i have to cancel my gym membership with them. B/c my daughter is starting school. A private school, which is expensive. Yes.
I signed up at just fitness 4 u in early july 2012. I signed up for the 30/mthly one. They told me no contract. Little did i know, lies lies lies. like i said, i called just fitness to cancel my membership. I ended up having to call ABC FINANCIAL. And in order for me to cancel i have to pay around 215 to CANCEL! And apparently i signed up for a 2yr agreement. Something i didnt ###ing know about! The least they coulda done was giveme a heads up that it was a 2 yr agreement. I thought it was a month to month payment!
So thanks just fitness. Talk about screwing people over! I am not paying that. AND i only used the gym for 1 mth!

The air conditioning went out over 2 weeks ago (July 30th) and it's yet to be fixed. Instructors are telling members to call the corporate office and leave messages in the suggestion box at the front desk. Nothing has been done and it's really hot on the 2nd floor and even in the rooms on the 1st floor.

They keep charging me $74 and already told them twice I moved to rowlett I need this fixed asap and woul like to be repaid the last $74 that was took today bc I already tried to cancel and thought I accomplished it last time I guess not please thank u kristie.magel@yahoo.com

This business closed our location at Parker and Alma in Plano Texas without notice to members. We walked up one afternoon when they were loading the equipment onto a semi trailer. Nearest location was within their mileage limits for transfer, but made going to the gym highly inconvenient since it added 30 to 45 minutes of commute time to get to the gym. We went through the cancellation process, including payment of next monthly installment and the 75 dollar cancellation fee for both memberships. Our account was just tagged for an additional 75 dollars in maintenance fees for the upcoming year! Highly unhappy with this company and financial practices. We now go to LA Fitness in Plano. Just Fitness continues to be a bad experience. Do your homework before signing ANYTHING!

Just Fitness 4 U Staff and Regulation

I have worked for many gyms in the past, Golds Gyms, 24 hour fitness, and LA Fitness, if there is one regret I have it is that I never worked at a Just Fitness. The prices are so much more affordable than the big names like Golds and 24..I was surprised to read all the complaints posted here. As I said I've worked in the gyms as a sales consultant and I'm used to seeing members complain about contracts and not being informed of certain things. Most employees should inform you of everything that you'll be charged for during your membership term, but you should always..always look over your agreement before or as soon as you leave the club. Most membership agreements will have a notice in big letters that says 'Do not sign until you have read or understand the entire agreement'. You NEED to be responsible about anything that you provide your Bank information to...always check for late fees and when they'll access your account..I wouldn't spend all day ready every last word on the agreement..who ever reads the 'agreements and terms' these days..? I wouldn't hesitate to sign up just to wait and read over everything...either way you should have the 3 day right of recission if you find that they have been dishonest about something. Anyways...I am happy with Just Fitness and their service. There are one or two machines that need to be tweaked but there are about 600 other machines to use. I'd rather spend my time on another machine than complaining.

Just Fitness 4 U Rip off!

I questioned the rep THREE times specifically asking if price was for ALL family members or just one. Was told it applied to all family members. Not true! The price quoted was PER family member. So instead of $22/month, I was billed $88/month. Called to cancel the three family members I thought were included and was told it would cost $75 a person to cancel! They would not waive the fee. Called their corporate office and explained it ws due to their miscommunication. They still wouldn't budge. Absolutely ridiculous! I guess not collecting that $225 would bankrupt the company? Poor way to do business. Beware!

i tried to cancel my membership as well but was told that i have to pay the membership dues plus 75 dollars to cancel! what a ripoff! i never even set foot in their gym but was getting charge the 21.64! i sent them a certified letter cancelling my membership but was told that i still owe them and if i don't pay, they will send it to collection agency to collect their money!

Unfortunately this seems to be the case with the club in Plano at least. The so-called GM, Logan, is conveniently ALWAYS out when I call or when I go by. I've left multiple messages for him to call but of course there have been no returned calls. Calls to the corporate office in Atlanta refer you back to the GM - endless loop. The sad thing is the issue is not to cancel my membership. It seems this company is like most other workout facility corporations - the slimiest of zero integrity, zero honesty people are who they employ. Much like a prostitute toward the 'next John.'

Just Fitness 4 U Ripped off, abused and disrespected

Was lied to by just fitness saying they had working rowing machines. Picked it up and when I got home it was used, old, broken and believe this...rusty. The boxed was taped so much as if they were hiding it until I got home and refused to open the box to let me see while I was there. They knew what they had given me but once I had left they already had my money. The guys tried to help but obviously their boss has puppets who can't sneeze without the ok. The sales guys said the wife of the business owner would sack them and make their lives hell if they pursued a replacement or refund on my behalf. She aggressively insulted me and took great pleasure in the fact that possession was 9/tenths of the law and she had my money and I had the heap of junk rower. Over $1, 000 dollars down the drain. She is a witch! Never again from just fitness Australia. Never again will I buy a waterrower product. Wasted my time and money and got a whole lotta grief. Shame on you just fitness Australia ! I used to work for Richard and Rose Walter who own Just Fitness. You wouldn't believe what goes on there behind closed doors. The general public are regarded as s#@t! Having your money first is a philosophy where you can't do much to get it back, if you know what I mean. They are a pretty small company but have an ex employee list a mile long. The wife Rose makes life pretty unbearable for everyone who works at just fitness. Everyone who works there resigns with anger. They import all the Chinese nasty stuff and they gleefully state of there massive 200% markups. The have been in and out of court trying to hang onto disgruntled customers monies. They know the retail law well and use it to there advantage. Containers from China arrive and it's sold off without even checking a carton. Worst mistake of my life agreeing to work for that mob at Just Fitness and the best choice I ever made by resigning. They watch the internet big time for bad words said about them in a big way. When they see something they try to throw a non working sports watch thinking it will remove the comments. Hope this helps. Glen

I would have thought good business practice was to remind people when they plan on taking money out of your account.

I hired a bike for the winter months (3 months in total). They then debited my account for an additional month without checking. It's probably in their T&C's that they can do this - but crap service.

Even though, I've paid for an extra month - they need to pick it up almost 2 weeks before it expires. Brilliant!

I've told my friend who also hired a piece of equipment (coincidentally, his 3 months expires today) to cancel now or they'll charge him. Was the month's extra fees they got off me worth it? I am going to tell everyone I know and I'm going to blog about it. These days... crap service equals crap business equals out of business. Let's hope anyway.

i have purchased a combined rower/cycle through the internet site of just fitness, i contacted them and sent them emails with photographs showing the bicycle pedels are next to each other and not opposite of which you can not pedal, they have just fobbed me off saying they will get back to me and they have not, i phone them and they say they will get back to me with a solution but i keep phoning them back with no resolution. i am chasing them for a response and they are not bothered with a after sales service.so be wary when buying things on line even if it is a large australian buisness.

Just Fitness 4 U Lies

I have had an awful experience here. Everyone is so nice (especially Logan) until they get your money. And there is totally fine print. It is definitely not $10 month-to-month, unless you include the start-up fee AND the $50-$100 (depending on the length of your contract) fee they charge two months in! They will also charge you for another month AFTER you have canceled your contract, in writing. Its not an apartment its a freaking GYM MEMBERSHIP! Besides that, its all just business and that is not the premise of their advertising. They don't care if you lose a pound. So disappointing.

Just Fitness 4 U Quality and Training

I have been to a lot of gyms in this area, and I have to say that Just Fitness 4 U is the most amazing fitness facility I have ever had the pleasure of training in up to this point in my fitness career. I have been a fitness model for a few years now and am even posing for playboy magazine at the end of this month. The equipment at this gym has been able to help me fine-tune ever perfect curve in my body. However, it was not just the equipment that assisted me with meeting the perfection I have now attained with this spectacular body of mine, it was the personal training that I was priveledged to recieve. I am not going to mention any names, but the head of personal training and sales was able to take me through a regiment that put my body in the pace that it needed to be. At times it was extremely difficult, but he promised me that it would pay off in the end. He was able to train me for three months, and I truly believe that I am now going to be in Playboy magazine because of what he was able to do for me. Thank you! You're the best "T"!

Ps- There also has been a person at that gym that is telling people that it is beneficial to drink their own urine to meet their full fitness potential. I am thinking about trying it myself, but I am going to talk it over with my personal trainer first.

Just Fitness 4U has just hung a banner over the front of a closed Bally's gym in Plano, Texas advertizing free memberships to the first 250 people who call.

I was a member of that club in Plano for 20 years and I had the travelling lifetime membership where I could go to clubs in any part of the country.

This Plano club was hands down the finest over all club I ever visited and used the membership all over the country in at least 7 states.

I'll report back how things go as I was told I am one of the 250 early callers. I'm anxious to see if they are truthful and if they kept the club's facilities in tact.

Was promised 3 free months for switching from another gym, never happened, was charged right away, told the person at the counter, they said they would fix it, the next month, got charged again. Called the [protected] # to be refunded, spoke with Sherie -ext522 employee # 2218; Layton, UT-- she did not offer customer service, and even told me quote, "well you can write whatever you want online, we already have bad things on there." The employee's do not care that their service is terrible. Also spoke to her supervisor Gina ext:2265--supervisor, who actually hung up on me, after she failed to solve my problem. Could not agree more, and I even got 4 other people to sign up, they are all going to cancel as well. You get what you pay for.

Thanks for the warning. I received a mailer from Just Fitness 4U and planned to take advantage of their "special offer". However, after reading all the complaints about this gym, I have decided not to join. Thanks again for helping me (and others) avoid making an expensive mistake.
