juniqe.com The things didn't look the same as on the website

I ordered two phone cases from the website www.juniqe.com. On the website, they looked incredible, but in reality it was badly made piece of crap. The picture wasn’t the same as on the website. I wanted to contact the seller and complain about it, but the seller mentioned wrong email address, so it was impossible to reach them. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

juniqe.com I never got any info and no delivery of the order

I had the horrible experience with the company www.juniqe.com. I ordered two posters, paid for them and waited for confirmation email or the tracking number. The seller never sent it to me, so I sent several emails and asked about the status of my order. Later I found out that he charged my card twice. I sent more emails, but no answer from them. I fed up with their silence. So I wanted to open a case against this seller, please leave comments if you haven't received your purchase.
