Juelia Jewelry Worst customer service worst delivery times scam

ordered 10/28/2016. website stated 7-10 working days for delivery. after 7 days, it was changed to 8-15 working days until delivery. after 10 days it was changed to 9-25 days delivery. when i went on their site and did instant chat, the chats ranged from immediate disconnect to staying connected for hours just out of spite. they couldnt tell me anything except for " please kindly understand " and "sorry " or my favorites, "busy season " and " black friday " all of these excuses did not expedite my order any faster, nor did it appease me as the customer. after a few emails and chat sessions i was told 30 working days. i kept getting told " just a few more days " and when i found them on facebook, i decided to post on their page for other shoppers to read the fine print and be aware of the delivery times. it wasnt long before i was blocked from their page as well as instant message. to this day i have yet to receive my order. it still shows its in china via usps website. that too they used as an excuse. the usps website for not updating. not updating has nothing to do with the delivery times being changed as their orders filled and they got busy. no compensation. just excuse after excuse.

They have responded, my response to them :

Yes, I got your email. The email states that you lost the order, and you want me to pay for shipping to send another one. No. I do not think so. No. You lost the ring. You pay shipping. Expedited. Or you can refund me my money. Here is a copy of your email. "[protected]@jeulia.net 12:26 AM (5 hours ago) to me Hi, Jerald. Sorry to bother you, we saw your reviews on reseller ratings, we are so sorry to give you the bad experience you had with our customer service and delivery time. Since the package have not been delivered after one month, we can confirm the package was lost on the way. Regarding to this problem, we can resend you a new ring, but we have lost a ring, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fee, you can choose DHL ($15.95, 3-5 working days) or UPS ($20, 1-4 working days). Please kindly inform us which shipping methods you want. Thanks. If you have any doubt, please feel free to tell us. Best regards, Emily" "Emily", I expect a response in 24 hours. Either a full refund immediately or expedite the new order in arrival of 24-48 hours. Your choice.

Juelia Jewelry Non delivery of 3 rings

I didn't place the order for these rings, U listed them but I didn't place the order. I called Juelia when I found out $526.44 was taken off my checking account, it was taken off October 25, 2016. I called Juelia and explained the situation. I informed them, since they told me the merchandise was already shipped, that I would not excepted it when it arrives and it can come back to them so they can refund my money back to my account, that was the agreement. The problem is I never received any package from them. This was done in October, we R in November where is the merchandise or where is my money? I called Pay Pal and they have the information of the transaction and they R looking into what happened with the delivery. I am out of $526.44 and merchandise I never received! I want my money back!
