I have contacted this seller Aunn(emailed twice) from this site
http://jsp24.com/
to ask some basic questions about the expiry date of the product, and checking that it is an original, as well as shipping cost and if they will ship to Malaysia.
The reply I received was very rude and abrupt, as if I should not have asked these simple obvious questions before parting with my money, so I pointed out that I was unsure and needed to check before I purchased, and also questioned her rude tone to me
Also keep email attack me even before I reply to the previous one.
For her final reply I received a very offensive email, suggesting that I am stupid, and that she didn’t want me as a customer. She suggested that my questions were never ending and a waste of her time, although I only asked about the matter above and expected just a clear response to answer.
My conclusion is firstly that this seller has no manners and is very poor at customer service, and secondly, that she becomes offensive when asked about originality, expiry dates etc, makes be suspect that she has something to hide. I would avoid this seller at all costs unless you wish to be insulted or possibly ripped off! 
Here I include her/him exact words, (with 4 consecutive email)
If you not sure for the product and ask for original or not please don't buy it and also in malaysia alot of this product sell online why don't you buy for them.
and expire date thatg sure nobody will sell expired product to customer and most of cosmetics that 2-3 years life time

Yes i work on my attitude and manner of conversing with ymy customer but you are not my customer and i do not wish to have you as my customer and also my customer and new customer do not stupid to ask for shipping cost and do you ship to malaysia or not, because i have posted very clearly that WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

AND ALSO FREE SHIPPING AND INCLUDED SHIPPING TRANSIT AND SHIPPING SERVICE HAVE MENTIONED EVERY PAGE VERY CLEARLY
so that my customer do not stupid with poor question that only people no mind

don't send any poor email to us again and also pls keep in mind that we reply email to u first time for duty so other we don't have to waste time for 100 of question that you ask never end

I do aware this seller from Thailand, but since theyr're doing SHIPPING WORLDWIDE, I am sure the WOLRDWIDE potential customer want to know about this. 
So if you plan to ask her or send more than 2 email to them, probably this one not for you.

Oh dear, very sorry for you got treated this way. You are a customer, you have every rights to ask anything you concern about the product. And the seller should not response this way. This is not acceptable. It is very rude indeed. I am a seller I would never send such things to customers even if they ask hundred of questions. I like when they ask questions. Was browsing their website but thinking twice now.

the problem they don't respond quick and they are very slow in shipping even if they said 5 to 7 days.

i love your product, but the problem you don't respond quick and you are very slow in shipping even if you said 5 to 7 days, hope you change you method or you will lose client.
