Was looking on used RV travel trailer sites and he had placed an add to sell a travel trailer. Had an email posted in one of the pictures and in the narrative stated to email him directly to cut out the middle man. I had told him I was interested in the trailer to take my invalid father-in-law camping with us. Then with continueing emails assured me that he would set up a safe sale through ebay motors. I had never done internet buying but had seen the ebay motors site my friend had used to purchase a nice car. The site he sent me looked just like hers so i followed the directions and wired the money...obviously no trailer delivered. He possesd as a master sargent in the air force - Jonney Olseen. and listed an agent for ebay motors as Mattheew Roberts. the emails he uses are soniq78@hotmail.com and sales-sales006@hotmail.com, ebay@sequrity-center.com, fax # 408-689-9676.

| He too got me and my husband, only we were trying to buy a 2004 Suntracker Party Barge. He posed as MSgt. Adam Fischer stationed in McGuire, NJ. Like you, we have never done Ebay business before for this large an item. The ad was posted on Oodle, however, he suggested we go through EBay Motors to "complete a safe transaction." Yea right!!! The Ebay agent's name and address he used was: Michael Reaux 9722 Veronica Dr. Charlotte, NC 28215. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!! Had we taken 5 minutes to look up that Ebay does not use agents and never suggest wiring money, we wouldn't be out 2900.00. His day is coming, he will eventually get caught...I will not rest until he is!!! |

Here is this guy trying to get me to do the same as you. He posted an ad thru oodle and this is what I got after I sent him an e-mail letting him know that I was interested in buying his truck.
Here is the response I got ... Remember that it was a truck I was interested in buying from him...

It will come with all the paper work.The payment will be made after you will test and inspect the car .
The deal will go through eBay Motors. In this way both of us will have the required assurance that the deal will take place well. A refund policy will be included.
If you agree with these terms please reply me with your full name, shipping address and phone# so that i can forward them to eBay. They will send you a complete list with instructions.

I never sent him any money but I did get to respond to this e-mail after researching his name and finding out how many AKA's he has ans how many people have fallen into to his scam...
Here is how I responded to his response...
I am on to your SCAM and there are many people who are too. So good luck trying to get a penny out of me and I hope that someday you get whats coming.
FYI there are many blog sites warning people about you and your SCAM, I can only hope that the word gets out faster than you can work this SCAM... |

| This scum bag got us as well. $2900.00 for a Jet Ski, my children have been saving for almost 5 years and this piece of filth scammed us. How do we go after him? We all need our money back and he needs to sit behind bars. I am wiling to work with all of you and obtain a Fraud Attorney here in Orlando. Please someone respond to me and lets work together to get him. I got the same e-mails as all of you, same info., same eBay motors logo that we all thought was legit. Please get back on this site and get in touch with me. |

Thank you for all of your comments. He's selling an ATV through Oodle. Seemed suspicious because he's the third with a BS story I've encountered today. I Google his info and this site came up. Thanks for the confirmation. File complaints at http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx, although I'm not sure anything is ever investigated. I've filed complaints before. Best of luck to all of you. Diane

Yes this happened to me but started thinking I better be sure before I send him $1800, ended up walking out of WalMart with my $1800 because something in the gut told me not to. I saw his ad on oodle.com it was for an enclosed motorcycle trailer. He said the same things to me about ebay motors, safe transaction, free delivery, master seargent at McGuire New Jersey and the ebay agent. His email he sends does look like the real mccoy for ebay motors and if you don't do any shopping and selling on ebay you will not be able to tell the difference. I even confronted him about the email that was sent to me with the payment instructions and ebay says it is not their email and they didn't sent it. If it doesn't have a ebay item auction # it is not theirs. Even after I confronted him he said that he doesn't know why ebay would say that and told me to just pay.
The email he used with me was: dell6h@hotmail.com
The so called ebay agent he used was Blake Brister in Winchester, TN
The fax number he used is 408-689-9676
What an ass he is, he has nothing else better to do in his life than this crap. He is probably just some sorry loser and never fit in, never had friends or was the one who was always being made fun of. |

There's a physical phone number, a land line in San Jose, CA. Can't someone in law enforcement get that address and go there? |

| I was looking at three boats on oodle... and all three were the same scam.. different boats, different emails addresses but same Adam Walsh emails. Please everyone open a case with http://www.ic3.gov. If enough of us do maybe something will be done about it. |

| He's still on there. We saw an ATV that sounded "too good to be true" and of course it was. My husband was suspicious and when we received his second email about sending info to ebay, I told him we were already registered users on ebay motors and he should call to confirm the sale. He never sent anything back. I'm not sure how he would have scammed, he said we wouldn't have to pay until he delivered the ATV? Either way - he's a scammer and I'm sorry this "too good to be true" isn't!! |
