Jomashop poor customer service

Worst customer service on earth. How those people who work for them could be actually recruited? They are rude and unprofessional. When you ask for advice they behave like they're smarter and choose inappropriate tone to talk. Why would they teach me?
Your job is to help customers who spend money on your items and/or service and you have to be pleasant and kind. A good employee working for customer support has to have a lot of patience and never interrupt.
It's just strange that your employees are not taught to be that way.
Your management should improve the customer service department or you will lose your business.

Jomashop poor customer service

Worst service ever. Placed an order after verifying, order ships same day, if placed by 1:30pm, and in stock. Placed the order the very next morning, later in the evening used live chat to get tracking number, agent (Amber), stated order takes 4 days to process then ships out, I needed the item in 3 business days, she said only next day air items ship same day, I advised 4 days will not work, she cancelled the order. I call by phone next morning and spoke to Avi, he advised indeed that in stock ships same day, I placed another order well before the 1:30pm cutoff, later that day I find out that it had not shipped out, I reached out via web form and was advised by Rina that indeed my order will be delivered in time, if I advised her.. she replied back 30 hours later. I waited for tracking information and saw that the item would be delivered outside of my mandatory time, I advised that the item was not going to be delivered in time I asked Rina by email what happened, she said I did not pay for next day air, I advised her the item would NOT be delivered by my mandatory date even though I did everything I could, she promised it WOULD be delivered by Wednesday. She then sent an email saying I will get my item 3 days after I ordered, "Enjoy!" Well, they did send the item, it was delivered by UPS, but because I was out of town and NO ONE was here to accept delivery, it appears the item has been stolen! I am waiting for a refund from Jomashop and NO ONE replies to my emails, CC company has been notified so I WILL be refunded, do NOT use a debit card with them, if you experience an issue you may never see your money again. There was zero effort by anyone to right the wrong made by Amber, then Rina promised via email the item WOULD be delivered by Wednesday via ground transport, she lied, and then taunted me, saying "you didn't pay for next day shipping", why would I? she promised via email that it WOULD be delivered in time, they are extremely rude, they don't care that I was a first time customer buying a $700 watch either, they must be making so much money that people don't matter! extremely unprofessional.
Then I had to delete my first review because they flagged it as being "inappropriate", but there is no infraction noted? I tried to contact TRUSTPILOT but their bot marked my ticket as "solved", so I deleted the first review and wrote another, I read the policies/guidelines/rules and my review is 100% within the rules. I was invited to write this review by Jomashop, they even offered to enter me to a drawing for $100!... INCREDULOUS!
I say avoid this company at all costs.. they are not customer service oriented.

Go ahead Jomashop, keep flagging my review and I will keep posting the truth.. this is a 100% truthful review. I posted a BBB review as well. No clue how they are rated A+ when they have over 40% complaints... hmm

Jomashop watch

I placed an order with this company for a Panerai diving watch. The web site claimed it would ship in 1-3 days.
I called to confirm the lead time prior to completing the sale. Over the course of the next four weeks I made multiple phone inquiries on the status of the order. Each call was answered by a zombie like "customer service" person claiming that shipping was imminent with the promise to call me back with tracking info, I never received a single return call. One month later the watch is still nowhere to be found so I canceled the order. I would best describe the personnel at Jomashop as rude and indifferent. Anyone can discount a watch they cannot deliver. I will stick with reputable dealers from now on.

Jomashop customer service /warranty

On August 3, 2017, I ordered an Invicta watch from Jomashop, The model number is 22435.The watch arrived yesterday (8-7). I tried it on as soon as I opened the package.The watch is large and heavy, so I wanted to be sure it was comfortable. It was. I had the watch on my wrist for less than 30 seconds. I put it back into the box and put the box onto my dresser.

Today, when I put the watch on to wear to a meeting, the "clip" that holds the end of the band (retainer?) was missing, It obviously broke off. I wasn't happy. But I'd activated the jomashop warranty online (warranty.jomashop.com) a few hours after I tried on the watch. So i thought Jomashop would stand by its promise.

Late today (8-8), I called Jomashop, explained the above to the woman who answered and asked what the company would do to make things right. I EVEN OFFERED TO KEEP THE WATCH IF JOMASHOP WOULD JUST SEND ME A REPLACEMENT "LOOP." The rep never acknowledged that. She put me on hold for a few minutes, then said I'd receive an RMA within 24 hours. When i confirmed that Jomashop was going to pay return postage, she said, "No, we can't do that." I was amazed (especially after listening to endless recorded voice-on-hold messages boasting about making-sure-customers-are-happy before I was first connected with the rep). i asked to talk to a supervisor. She connected me to "Roy, " who was incredibly condescending and just plain rude. One of the most unpleasant people I've ever dealt with . . . and I'm not young. When I explained to him what happened, he said, "Don't even go to the trouble of using the RMA to return the watch.There's a part missing so we won't replace the watch." I was dumbfounded. (In other words, if I hadn't asked to speak to a supervisor, I'd have used the RMA number to ship the watch back to Jomashop, paying at least $20-including insurance-for shipping. AND THEN would have either never gotten the defective watch back or pay ANOTHER ? dollars to have the defective watch returned to me. What a terrible company!)

Anyway, I told "Roy" that the watch had been on my wrist for fewer than 30 seconds AND that I'd signed up for the warranty Jomashop offers. He told me that the warranty is with Invicta, not with Jomashop . Either that's untrue or the black plastic card and the advertising by Jomashop is untrue. I told "Roy" that was a horrible way to treat a customer. I swear that he then began an astounding (and I thought irrational) monologue that began with "Just because we can't replace the watch, I hope you won't think I'm a horrible person!?!" I tried to tell him that I thought either he or the company policy IS horrible. But he didn't stop his harangue, so I couldn't get a word in. He blaming me for breaking the watch . . . and on and on. I did something I HATE to do; I hung up on him as he continued his patronizing "speech." NOTE: I never raised my voice during any of the telephone interaction with either person.

So now I have a watch I can't wear and I have a VERY bad "taste in my mouth" for this disreputable company and for the slimy, insulting person I spoke with. Stay away from Jomashop.

Jomashop terrible service

I ordered an expansive watch, with 2 days delivery and after 10 days I was calling to see what was going on with my order..and surprise... the agent that assisted me talked on the top of me, without allowing me talk. What is more when he asked me "is there something else that i can assist you with", I said that I would like to talk to his manger and he hang up on me. Very bad customer service, very bad service in general, and false advertising.

Jomashop horrible scam!

I want to know where my order is! I have ordered my watch from this scam website called JomaShop and I highly regret I didn't' read the reviews, that could have saved me from losing my money! They didn't send me a tracking number or anything and no one has contacted me regarding my order status. I don't even know if it was shipped. They are silent, they don't reply and all they do and are good at is ignoring me!
I can't recommend this store, they are criminals and should be shut down. I'm not the first one who didn't receive his order. Just check the review there is a lot to see and read. I repeat - avoid!

Jomashop service

I did not buy anything from Jomashop but I had an issue with their service. In my opinion these people are highly unprofessional and customer unfriendly. Their poor support was the main reason why I changed my mind and decided to order somewhere else.
I sent them a message with a simple question but didn't receive a reply. Then I sent another one and nothing changed. I found their contact phone number and called, and lady on the phone wasn't nice. She said that if I had any questions I had to send them a message. She literally refused to talk with me and insisted on me sending a message. I did but nothing changed.
Terrible service!

Jomashop bracelet

Now that i've had time to calm down and collect my thoughts... This poor review is in regards to the customer service manager, the so-called roee adler. I can now say that I have received the worst possible customer service. Why on earth would someone appoint someone like him a manager is beyond my understanding as he posses "zero" customer service skills. My story began when I purchased a bracelet from the website, and chose affirm as a way to pay. I i received the bracelet a week later, I was so excited to unwrap the box, just to notice the skin and the material that the bracelet is made of of was peeled off. I immediately contacted jomashop to request the rma return form and sent the package back within 48 hours via usps. One week later, I tracked the package and it says it has been successfully delivered and it was signed and left with an individual. All looked good to me until I received a text message from affirm to remind me of my first payment. I immediately called jomashop and got transferred to roee the manager. He was so rude, unprofessional and so dense. As I was trying to explain to him, he kept cutting me off and going " we have never received your package, and if you keep talking and not letting me explain to you, then you will receive no help" wow.. Wha kind of manager would utter something like this. I cleared my throat (may be out of shock) , he went again" are you laughing at what I said, because if you are, I m going to hang up right now". I said, are you ok?, he hung up the phone. Wow !. To make the story short I called back again, they told me they found the package (So fyi the package was sitting in the warehouse for about a month) , but unfortunately, they can not refund me the money because the bracelet was used!. Wow again!. I explained to them that I have received it the way it was sent, and I returned it the next day because it was peeled off. So, when was it used ? In 24-48 hours?. Bottom line, take your money and buy somewhere else!Ohh, another bad experience. About a year ago, I bought a watch from the website. Two weeks later, i've received an email stating that they are out of stock. Wow"

Jomashop jomashop scam

I bough a watch and it was a Christmas present for my father. It was supposed to be delivered before Christmas, at least that was what JomaShop rep promised me. When my order did not arrive I contacted them and asked for a refund, but they said that there was nothing they could do because my order was shipped. I asked about the delivery date and they said they have no idea. Very poor and unprofessional service, I will not buy from them again. As a first time customer I am extremely disappointed!

Jomashop poor and untrustworthy customer service

I purchased a watch from JomaShop about a year ago and the watch stopped working last May, 2016. We contacted JomaShop and they said to return it to them for warranty repairs. We did and they received the watch and sent us a notification of receipt with a described timeline of about 8 weeks for the repair. I waited 10 weeks because we hadn't received the watch back nor had any correspondence from Jomashop. I called and spoke with a manager who told me we should never have sent them the watch and that he had no idea where it was and that they likely had forwarded it to the manufacturer. Why then do I have an email of proof of receipt and a service number from them? He was rather rude and the whole description seemed "canned" like it was their standard explanation. I got nowhere with him and received no news. I decided to wait a considerable amount of time after that hoping the manufacturer would repair it and return the watch. It is now Dec.1st, 2016 and I don't have my watch or the money I spent on it. A few weeks ago out of the blue Jomashop sent me a series of emails saying the watch was unrepairable, another admission they have my watch, and that I had a store credit of $128.85. I replied back several times stating they could send me a new watch or my broken old watch back. They have not replied. I am out my money and my watch.

I too was also ripped off by Joma Shop who sold me a pirated copycat replica of a Diesel watch which broke down within two months of my buying it from them on Ebay. I learned this company is run by a group of miserable orthodox Jews from Brooklyn, N.Y. who routinely sell 'knock-off' brand name watches that are actually made in China but are simply junk. I tried phoning these miserable band of orthodox Jews at Joma Shop to get them to agree to repair or replace my watch but they said they offer no warranty, would not refund my money and would not honor any repair or replacement policy that other more respectable companies offer to their customers. So don't do business with this miserable band of thieving Jews from Brooklyn.

Jomashop slow delivery

I made an order and purchased a handbag from www.jomashop.com. It was a birthday present for my wife. Before I made my order I contacted JomaShop customer service and asked how long will it take to deliver to my country and they said that approximately two weeks. I was ok with that, still had plenty of time. Unfortunately my order did not arrive on time and it finally showed up three weeks after my wife's birthday. I'm very disappointed with JomaShop, and I'm not sure what to think. Extremely slow delivery.

Jomashop extremely rude representative!!

I have received the wrong watch and contacted Jomashop customer service for some assistance. They said that it was better for me to keep it because shipping back would be too expensive. I also would like to mention that customer service rep was very rude and ignorant. I asked for a return address and he refused to tell me. Then I asked his name and he just hung up!
I called again and the same person picked up. I only said one word and was immediately disconnected! Terrible customer service, I guess the worst I have ever dealt with! There are very rude people working in Jomashop company and there is no way to return anything. Better stay away!

Kinda vague review don't you think ?!?

here is why i think it is vague
"I have received the wrong watch" - what did you order and what did you get ?
"shipping back would be too expensive" - their policies and my experience with them is that they cover return shipping for anything like this
I asked for a return address and he refused" - it is on their website for ALL TO SEE ! and obviously on the return thing they send !

We are then left with RUDE, well ?!? what does that mean when all the above was obvious !@!

i guess the issue is not all that important to you if most your review is about RUDE and not the idea you got the wrong product - i find that
concerning!

Jomashop disappointed

I'm very disappointed with Jomashop. I heard a lot about this company from my friends and colleagues and decided to order myself a nice watch. I went online, found Jomashop website and was amazed with all the beautiful watches! So I made my order and weeks later received it. I was very disappointed because it was the wrong watch. It was also nice, but looked a lot cheaper than mine. I immediately contacted Jomashop customer service and they promised me a replacement and that was the last thing I heard from them.

Jomashop not happy

I ordered a watch from Jomashop. They took my money and I received a payment confirmation email. Later I got another message stating item I ordered was not in stock so they cancelled my order. I contacted their customer service and was offered a $30 discount on my next purchase. They also refunded my money. Unfortunately, when I tried to use a discount the code was invalid. I contacted them again and spoke to a very nice and polite rep, but he was no help. Rep said that he has no idea why the coupon was not working. I'm quite disappointed.

Jomashop defective watch

I ordered a watch from Jomashop for my son. It was his birthday when package arrived. My son was very happy, and so was I. He opened the watch box and his smile disappeared. He noticed a scratch on the watch. Watch had a small defect, but son told that we need to send it back. He is a watch fan, so even the small details are important to him. Well, It looked as the watch had an extra marking on the dial. I contacted the company asking for RMA number to return the watch. Things like that sometimes happen, so I decided to give them a second chance. I asked them to sell me the same watch and they agreed. They told „Please, call us later and we will discuss all the details”. So I called Jomashop the next day, but I was placed on a hold. I waited for about 40 minutes and was disconnected. Then I tried to contact them using their live chat. But there was no response. I tried to many times and finally I was connected with their agent. They told that it is possible to get the same watch, but their prices have changed and I'll need to pay some extra money. I didn't want to pay more, so I just gave them back the watch.

Jomashop lack of customer service

I am very disappointed with the lack of service from Jomashop after buying a Heritor HR2401 watch and receiving two watches and being charged twice. The error was caused because I was unsure the first order was completed online (an issue with Jomashops website or my web connection?) but was told by email by a Jomashop employee that no order had been received and I should place the order online again! I did this and received two watches and was charged twice. It was clearly their mistake by telling me my order had not been received but they refuse to take responsibility I expected fixing this problem would be easy and quick- however, all I get is unhelpful, rude junior employees.
It is clear Jomashop does not have a customer service culture- their senior managers are not involved in ensuring good service.
Beware of this business - I certainly would not trust them with an expensive watch purchase

Jomashop I need my watch, but seller doesn't react

I ordered watch from www.jomashop.com, but after 2 weeks I noticed that the watch started to lose 5 minutes. I contacted the seller, who agreed to fix the watch. I paid for the shipping and received the note from the seller, who told me that the watch was delivered. I waited 3 weeks while they repaired the watch, but nothing. They didn’t contact me and didn’t provide any information regarding my watch. Mo idea what to do.

I'm having the same experience. They tell you to send the watch back, say they received it, and say it'll be a few weeks for the repairs. For me it's been 8 months and no watch, no refund, no response. That is fraudulent and they have stolen my watch from me. I'm not exaggerating. I'm out the entire transaction even though they've said they have my watch. They're so blatant in their theft. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM JOMASHOP,

Jomashop bait and switch

I tried to order a watch on-line but the order would not process. I called the store and the agent processed my transaction (a watch for $199). Two weeks later it still was not shipped. I called the store and the agent said "for some reason the order did not process." He put me on hold and then after several minutes came back and said the order wasn't processed because management said they wouldn't sell the watch at the price that was listed on their website. He would only sell me the watch for $225. I complained that I ordered the watch at the price they were advertising. When i told him i was going to contact the BBB. He hung-up on me. I would not trust these guys if I were you. Do your research.

Jomashop repair time

Takes way to long for a repair. Had a watch for two months that stopped working. Sent the watch back for repair and I'm still waiting eight weeks later with no update. I have called and emailed but no update. Please be very careful before you purchase from this company. At this point I'm out 575 bucks. This company has had the watch for repair longer than the watch has been on my wrist. Shame on this company along with amazon which I purchased the watch threw.

Jomashop the watch didn't have manual and warranty.

I bought a watch from jomashop through www.buy.com.
The watch is a Luminox Men's 1879.BO Blackout Field Watch.
When I received it, I found there is no instruction manual and international warranty card in gift box, and then I contacted jomashop to ask for return and shipping back. But they told me they didn't pay for shipping back fare.
They said "we are not authorized dealers so we do not send the manufacturers warranty, your warranty is with Jomashop for 2 years and our warranty mirrors the manufacturers warranty, you get the same service."
But before I bought the watch, they didn't tell me above notes.
Because I'm a traveller and I make my friend a gift of the watch. He don't live in the United States. so their warranty is no use to me.

I just want to return the watch and they pay for the shipping back fare, because no manufacturers warranty is their problem.
Could you help me to resolve this problem?

I'm sorry, the photo on which there are a instruction manual and international warranty card is the screenshops from website. another one on which you can see a watch is the gift box I bought.

The delivery schedule went from a few days to 11 to 13 days overnight

Three calls to customer service and over 20 minutes in chat being ignored by Alina when all I wanted was an email confirming the cancellation. Which I still don't have.

The least professional company I've ever dealt with.
