Searching the web this morning regarding the discontinuation of this floor cleaner has me upset. First of all, I too love this product. I can't tell you how much WASTED TIME! I have spent looking for the replacement canister. And now, I'm reading all these complains and wondering how does this work...you have a website to file a complaint with a well known "family company" and who is helping us? Where and when is compensation for money invested? Somebody please respond to me before I boycott this famous name. This is not fair to all of these consumers.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
