I made an account with the jobsindubai.com website in April 2011 and paid them the required fee through credit card in Pakistan. Then in Dec 2011 I asked for a refund for which they confirmed my address and called me and said that they would make me a pay order (my choice as I had closed the credit card from which I had paid earlier) within 6-8 weeks. On 15th Feb 2012 they replied that they had a lot of back log and would clear it on "first come first served basis". On my complain on 8th March '2012, they replied the very next day that they would be giving me a refund in the next 2 weeks and mailing me to confirm it. The 2 weeks elapsed with no contact from them and today I have complained to the govt of Dubai and Ontario simultaneously asking them to close the website from accepting new members or even operations till they process all previous refunds. Am not attaching proof of conversation on their website as it gives away my private details.

My sister applied with jobs Dubia and paid money to them. I am in the process of trying to get the money refunded. Every time I call or send an email I receive the same response. No responses from them when we call or email .

I had a very positive experience with jobsindubai.com

After seeing a job on their website I submitted my application. After one week I received response of interest in my application by the employer and requested admin fee of 92 CAD

A video interview was arranged however I was unsuccessful. The consultant at jobsindubai then contacted me for a new role that had just landed on their desk. Again for the following week a video interview with employer was arranged and over the following weeks a second and third interview.

Happy to say I was offered employment with a generous package to include accommodation, healthcare, car and children's private education.

I relocated from the UK to Dubai six months ago and absolutely loving it here.

Thank you jobsindubai for making my dreams come true.

There are lots. Hays, Progressive, Mckenzie jones, Guildhall etc. My wife recently was placed by Guildhall in a marketing role. They didn't charge her for anything.

They ask you to wait 6 months because that's the charge back time limit. It seems strange that they would tell you to pay upfront without even being able to show you the job offer they are supposedly offering (that you applied for to qualify for the interview). Got red flags everywhere.

Jobs in dubai is a very large company here is Dubai, thousands of job seekers use their service, no one will get a job overnight in Dubai, many people come here everyday looking for dream jobs, you must have a good CV, English and experience, otherwise go back home to your country

I moved from montreal 3 years ago and i love Dubai

Dear all I don’t know I sound tell you or not.
I tried to apply for job from (naukrigulf) . Com. there is several jobs. I had clicked apply buttom for jobs then it’s open next website (jobs4u.ae) from naukrigulf .com. Now the point is I got email from another website(www.Jobsindubai.com) at the same time one man called me. He said I’m from jobsindubai. he said so many employers selected my cv. and your salary will be around 7k aed. And he asked me which bank card you using. I said for what ? Then he told me you hava to fill up registration form. for that you have to pay 250 aed. At the he tried to convince me but I told him I’m I’ll not pay for that. Then He tried to force me to pay. At last he told me very angrily I’ll not get job anywhere without pay. every one ask you money. Then After few seconds I got email from naukrigulf. There written for not to pay anything for any one. I’m confused now it’s means ? how they knew about that? what’s going on to me now? I’m little bit confused.

The website is a total scam... The only reason why I registered was because of the fact that the sum of CAD92.00...was refundable...They are nothing but a bunch of fillipinos..a year has passed after I requested for my refund.. and they just state... that it will be credited within 2 weeks ...they just buy time.. and never respond to emails.. and lame excuses on the phone...

We waited until the last minute to apply to jobs in Dubai this year.they were a great find!
cheerful, professional, answered all our questions, and was able to get everything done in our one hour appointment for a reasonable cost.
The location is great, but the customer service and work make up for it.We will definitely go back to jobs in Dubai, an A class rated employment agency with very helpful staff, their online services worked very well for us, we apply very late in the Game, however me and my husband did receive great job offers and are presently working in Dubai full time, thanks jobs in dubai a satisfied customer for south africa, i will surely use them again and will pass to all my friends

@ismail7: it's clearly a scam, what to you need to know more?
I've also a free account with them and from time to time receive these emails that you reported above. Everybody should begin to wonder if thery're legit as soon as you realize there's no job spec, no information about what kind of job you should have shortlisted for, and still they want to be paid. I'm just wondering why they're still alive and able to fraud people after so many years and compliances filled against them. They can fraud people and still conduct their f***g business.

I do know How i fall into the Trap by making the Payment without even noticing this review site. Once i made the payment in april'16 & then happened to see our reviews . I understood that got myself into this worst Company _Online Cheater. Right from 2nd day of my registration, have applied for cancellation & refund process. It's the kind of urgency the bunch of stupid girls follow up in making the payment. & now it's already been 8 months following for the payment.

How to get your refund from 'Jobs In Dubai'

Hello,

Jobs in Dubai did not honor their refund policy for me as well. So I decided to go on the offensive and shame them into do the right thing. I forced them to issue full refund which I received several months ago. I want to share with everyone how I was able to get JID to refund my money. I hope it will work for you as well. Let me know if you get your refund. Good luck!

First step is to file for a refund with JID – log into your JID account and click ‘contact us’.

Then file complaints with both the Ontario Consumer Protect Agency and also with the Ontario Better Business Bureau.

- File a complaint with the Consumer Protect Agency in Ontario, Canada where JID is registered and located:
http://www.ontario.ca/page/filing-consumer-complaint

- File a complaint and customer review with the Canadian Better Business Bureau in Ontario, Canada:
http://www.bbb.org/kitchener/business-reviews/employment-contractors-temporary-help/jobs-in-dubaicom-in-mississauga-on-1073259

Next is the ‘email carpet bombing’ strategy. Write an email to the CEO (Mr. Ashish Agarwal) of JID and copy ALL the others noted below. If they keep replying with silly emails from ‘account managers’ or ‘refund dept.’, etc. saying someone with contact you, all they are doing is ignoring your refund request. So just keep replying to their emails and copy EVERYONE until they agree to your refund. If you want to expand your email list, go to LinkedIn and do a ‘keyword’ search for ‘Jobs In Dubai’ to find ACTUAL/REAL employees who work at JID so that the employees know that they are being paid with stolen money that is really owed to job seekers.
JID Employees on LinkedIn: (email address is: firstname.lastname@jobsindubai.com):

Attach the following links in your email so that EVERYONE at JID knows that they are engaged in deceptive and unscrupulous business practices by preying on unsuspecting job candidates by not issuing full refund per JID’s policy.

- JobsInDubai.com — fraud

They have an “F” rating (the worst score) from the Better Business Bureau:

How does Jobs in Dubai refund the $92 CAD to its clients?

You can only have the processing fee refunded after 6 months / 180 days after being registered with Jobs in Dubai and have not been able to secure employment through us. You have to click on the "refund" button on the website and complete the refund form. Payments will be mailed out to your given address which can take from 6 to 8 weeks to process after receiving the refund request or alternatively credited back to the credit card initially used to make the payment. Please note that this service does not take into account currency fluctuations as we refund exactly the amount paid at time of registration.

Hi Everyone

I am a South African and I fell victim to the scam that jobsindubia.com run. It has been almost 2 years and still no refund even after submitting my paypal details and getting confirmation that they will be paying. I feel that we all need to band together and file a charge of fraud & theft against them as they have stolen literally $100 000's possibly millions from people. By us not doing anything we are leaving the door open for them to steal even more. Any thoughts?
