Jo Werling Big Balloon Bash review: Took Money No Service 1

My family is beside our self on what to do. My mother paid Jo Werling owner of Big Balloon Bash to decor my sister wedding. She loves balloons and her husband is in the Navy, they contacted Jo Werling going over all the details colors, place, set up, time, date, She was paid in full and never showed. We have contracted her at lest 12 times by mail, phone calls asking for our money to be returned as she ruined my sisters wedding. She will not get back to us. Any info on what we should do or any other complaints please post.
