I purchased Jade beads from Jns Beads out of Toronto, ON in Canada on Oct 16th, paid for by PayPal and have never received them.
when I looked for details it said they were being shipped from Hong Kong in China. It is now Nov 2nd and I have not received them nor received any communication from the company about them. This is a big problem as I have a client waiting for finished custome jewelry which I cannot create until beads arrive. This is costing me money not to speak of my reputation. I need to know what happened to the beads and if they are not sent, then I need a refund on this purchase. I am extremely dissatisfied to the point where I never want to purchase on ebay again! What can I do to get information about the whereabouts of my order? The item number for my order is:

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I paid for the items on May 5th. It struck me as odd that the order was marked as shipped only 3 weeks later, on 2 different dates- 26th and 30th. They resent me my order yesterday. I will have to wait one more month.I lost 2 customers, from which I took advance for my work- I refunded them.
It's the second time I have to contact this company - the first time they sent me half of my order. I won't recommend this company to buyers.
Hi - yes the same has happened to me as well. I was told to contact their Webmaster to have their site taken down and to retrieve my money back through Paypal and for them to stop accepting orders for JnsBeads. I too am pretty brassed off with their non-response to my emails as well. I believe this site is a flag site to hone in on unsuspecting clients like you and me. So if there is enough complaints going through to their webmaster and paypal then they will definitely pull down their site.

I've brought from them many times through ebay/their website and they arrive fine (delivery takes 2-3 weeks but the low prices makes up for it). Have you tried contacting them through the contact us page? I usually get a reply the next day, they seem to reply slower on ebay.
