I purchased Jade beads from Jns Beads out of Toronto, ON in Canada on Oct 16th, paid for by PayPal and have never received them.
when I looked for details it said they were being shipped from Hong Kong in China. It is now Nov 2nd and I have not received them nor received any communication from the company about them. This is a big problem as I have a client waiting for finished custome jewelry which I cannot create until beads arrive. This is costing me money not to speak of my reputation. I need to know what happened to the beads and if they are not sent, then I need a refund on this purchase. I am extremely dissatisfied to the point where I never want to purchase on ebay again! What can I do to get information about the whereabouts of my order? The item number for my order is:
