July 7, 2008 I have experienced similar problems with JK HARRIS. I first contacted them in 2003 about a dispute with IRS over a 1996 filling. They assured me they and would solve this matter, then asked for $400.00 which I gave them. During this time I had made several attempts by phone to discuss thr process of my case. All I got was the run around call this # or that # much to my surprise these ## were always in some other location or state. It is now 2005 an NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE. I filled a complaint with the ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE, WRONG PLACE TO ASK FOR HELP, { MORE TAX DOLLARS DOWN THE] So I then go to a local tax person showed them my return filling with in 30 days the matter was solved, and I was charged $ 100.00. I thank GOD for the honest people that remain. It is now 2008 five years has passed and I have not heard from JK HARRIS. EVERY TIME I see their commercials on TV I think about how much money they will extract from people who need help this tax season. It must be profitable or they would not continue year after year during the tax season. I have consider going to TV media consumer complaint department. They appear to be the LAST HOPE. Perhaps we should all take this avenue in each of our local communities and make this a NATIONA ISSUE. WHAT DO YOU SAY ????. I know JK HARRIS would not like it . We would destroy their CASH COW. Would that make a lot of people happy.
