I have been very unhappy with this company over the last 5 years. At first, they promised me the moon, that they could help me so I put my down payment down and proceeded to work with them... then they quit working on my case because I missed a few payments... so in the meantime my penalties and interest kept building and building and I have a tax lien on my house now and since this is a public record, it has been so embarrassing and hurtful. It has been over 5 years and finally I JKHarris to have a new person start working on my case, which in the end did not much more for me that put together some figures (an OIC and submit it) which it was promptly turned down and now they are not representing me at all! Or can I get my phone calls returned. I have a second tax lien on my property. I would love it if someone could point me in the right direction legally so I could get this matter taken care of. What a waste of our lives and time!
