A while back, I had this lawyer and his law firm do some Immigration work for me. I had paid this lawyer and his law firm a total of $3, 000 to have my Immigration work done. He and his law firm not only did not do any of the Immigration work that I paid for them to do...he will not refund my money. He said that he told me that he had already done all of the Immigration work that I requested and paid him to do.

Now, this is a complete and total lie. Also, I requested and paid for him to file my Immigration paperwork and he still has not done so. Also, I would call on different occasions to check the status of my Immigration case and he would not tell me. Also, his employees would never transfer me to him when I ask to speak to him.

His employees are extremely rude and they would just hang up on me for no reason. Also, even when I do get the chance to speak to Jin Choi on the phone, he would just start shouting at me for no reason. Is this how a law firm is suppose to treat and act toward a client? I don't think so. I have stopped using Jin Choi and his law firm immediately and I have since found an Immigration law firm that would never ever treat their client in such a manner and way.

Ever since I have stopped using Jin Choi and his law firm, I have hired Ms. Eun Yun Park, she is very profressional as well as kind and curteous. She is the kind of lawyer that I know I can trust. I enjoy having her as my new attorney and I most definitely do look forward to having a very wonderful client-lawyer relationship with her.

I have already filed a complaint against him (Jin Choi) to the State Bar of Georgia and now I am in the process of filing a complaint against him to the BBB (Better Business Bureau). I also do intend and will be suing him (Jin Choi) for the $3, 000 that I paid him. Please DO NOT hier Jin Choi and his law firm at all, they have a completely lousy business practice and they are EXTREMELY rude.

I DO NOT ever and will NEVER EVER recommend going to this attorney. I also DO NOT recommend hiering him for any legal issues that you have or may have at all. I will be getting the word out about this attorney all over the internet and all over the Korean community as well. He is what we call in the Korean community a complete Sageekoon.

Also, he does not care about any of his clients and he does not care or give a DAMN about any of their legal problems. This is not the kind of attorney that anyone should hier or do business with. I will be glad when the day and time comes that he gets his State Bar of Georgia license revoked for good. He does not deserve to be in business and he does not deserve to practice in the state of Georgia or in any other state or country.
