I wanted to be positive about this but I'm not having a positive experience. I personally think that my case was not large enough for them and that's why it's being dragged out. I was rear-ended by ryder trucking company and yes they paid for the damages immediately but after that nothing. I had therapy and a MRI. My bills are 13,000. Just for that then Jim Adler wants his 35%. If litigation happens it goes up to 40%. I assume Jim Adler is asking RYDER for something unreasonable. Me they can pay my bills and get me some pain and suffering and let that be that but I guess it won't be enough for J.A. I regret even obtaining them

I was in an 18 wheeler accident and jim adler did nothing to settle my case in my best interest. They never contacted accident witness, no mediation, never contacted my employer for lost wages yet somehow had grounds to offer a very mild settlement that wouldn't even cover my medical but would put a quick several thousand in their pockets! After they sat on my case I refused the so called offer and they "did all they could do" they referred me to a decent attorney who at least got all my medical paid and then some. Then adler comes back and demanded 33% of the settlement. Unbelievable! Unscrupulous! Just plain wrong!

My husband and I was in an accident on June 18, 2020. We both ended up in the hospital and my husband had to have surgery. Totalled my vehicle and it was the other person's fault. Now they are saying that we get nothing back because of medical bills...my husband lost over 400 hours of employment sick and vacation leave...please help. I have a permanent bruise on my breast from seat belts husband had to have neck surgery...they said at this point we would end up with nothing.

Iv had a case since about June 28thiv received no info in o er 2 months i Ned no know if you dropped my case so I can hire another attorney John beckman [protected] I have no idea what's going on they were 109 percent at fault and in fealing screwed you need to serve them and get this ball rolling y arm is sapose to be broke for 10 to 13 months 8 can't work and have no income

Called Jim Adler because of his promises on commercial. Explain my case in detail. In short I was proceeding thru an red light when the car in front switch lanes suddenly in middle of intersection and the vehicle in front of me came to an abrupt stop in which I rear ended the car street was wet and raining. I'm actually hurt unlike most of his clients took 10min to say couldn't take my case, really and I know now he only take cases he can fill his pockets without doing alot of lawyer work cheap because my case would take time and money he would have too use the tools he went too college for but if I are the person I hit had PIP are PPI trust the case would have been taken with no problem Jim Adler shame on you what about me the truly injured person and by the way I received no citation

Victoria Cateras is a very lazy employee. My injury site was trying to get in contact with her for days about the allowed amount I could get. I was also trying to contact her. Well it boiled down to me stopping my treatments because I did not want to go over the allowed amout. So now I can not pick up where I left off because of the gap in treatment. Her voicemail says that she will return your voicemail in 24 hours that is a lie. Then when I finally spoke with her she got an attitude picking up the phone saying "yes I see you have called four times how can I help you". How rude. And no one can do anything about my situation

Disclaimer: This is how I was treated with this company as a victim..Yes they are SCAM ARTIST . THEY told the therapist they had to say we weren't coming to therapy so they could drop our case because we told them we were going to drop them.They got mad and told us that's fine write us a letter saying we didn't want them to handle our case anymore..THIS COMPANY CARRIES A BUNCH OF LAZY, MISLEADING CASE WORKERS THAT DO NOT WORK.I had to constantly contact them. They would not return phone calls..I had to go get my police report...HELL I actually worked my own case not Victoria the lazy lady they said was the case worker. I was calling to give her info..RESEARCH THIS COMPANY BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING WITH THEM!

My son was an accident May 14 2014 we called Jim Adler and they took our case after numerous attempts to find out how our case is going over months in May of 2015 they notified me and said I would have to do my own case that they would not be able to do my case anymore or help me out I asked him why it took so long for them to get back with me they notified me by just saying they're just unable to do my case no reason behind it over a year we were waiting my son had spinal injury but yet they could not do anything about it I think Jim Adler associates are the worst law firm that I've ever dealt with
