I bought something (200G) for a game on line the 5 of August. They have told me that I would have it in a day of 2 but after nearly 5 days I am still waiting for it. I asked them then for my money back and they say they will refer it to the manager and I havent heard nothing from them since then.. What can I do to get my money back, I paid via Paypal ?

I purched 400 mil mesos for maple story, never recieved my order. This been going on for the past 3 months, everytime i try to negotiate and live chat them, , my answers are never answered, rude customer service and they completely ignore you. I wasted money and got nothing in return, i'm still trying to get my money back if anybody knows how, or maybe i can file a complaint. I am really pissed of, as well as a principal, i'm a freaking customer, i worked hard for my money, i should be able to get what i pay for or money back. It's unfair, this company shoduld definetly NOT BE IN BUSINESS>!!!

Next time if you buy the mesos, you need to choose a website which is legit, so you can get the mesos at once, So far as I know the mesos.ms is a good website which you can get the mesos immidiately, The customer service is very good .

Same happen with me in regards to IMVU credits and if you purchased the mesos through paypal then just file a claim and within the time limit escalate it to a dispute so they can be investigated. Eventually you'll get your money back. Hopefully I'm not too late with this message.
