I will never fly Frontier ever again! I stopped flying Delta over 35 years ago because the company is a fraud and engages in fraud often selling a product they can't deliver. I had a similar experience with Frontier in Denver. I had a paper ticket and Denver was a connection flight from Sheridan. The incompetent bimbo at the gate refused my ticket saying it was not good enough and I had to go the the service desk to get a new one. In the meantime I missed my flight and to top it off, the customer service agent siad there was nothing wrong with the ticket. I had more problems the next day at DIA and finally got out late the next night thanks to another agent who took pity and got me a seat on an already booked flight.

Worse yet is that there was a poor teenage girl on her way to Utah to see her dying father who was in the hospital after a tragic auto accident. They did the same to her. She missed her flight and after a few hours I passed her while she was on the phone. Her father had passed away while the scumbag gate agents treated her as if she was garbage. The Frontier Airline people are disgusting scum!

I fly over 70, 000 miles/year and use United when I can but due to sheduling problems I gave Frontier a chance. This was in December and the first and last time I will ever fly Frontier. Fool me once shame on you - fool me twice shame on me.
