Jeulia Store rings, wedding

i ordered 2 rings that looked to be quite beautiful, when i inquired as to the status of my rings, i was given the run around, the word dance etc, , i paved 300 plus dollars and next thing i know i look at the tracking status and its in china! wtf? something about they cant deliver to a post office box or some BS, not only that but every review i see of the company is bad, i will be suing jeulia if do not receive my products at such a worthy price, they better not be cadmium or some tin ###. very upset,rip off artists, i am reporting you to the better buisness beaureau.

Jeulia Store return form

Received order on 6/21/16, # [protected], I send a email on 6/22/162that I needed a return form to return merchandise for credit back. I also phone a representative on 6/27/16 to the 800 number since I have not received any form. He told me that he would send me a return form by email. To date I have not received anything. Since there is a return date limit I need this form ASAP.

Jeulia Store lack of quality of items & return haggles

We ordered 2 rings from this site and I wish to God we never did. The first one came without any issues other than when we opened the box it looked nothing like the web image. It looked like it cost all of $3 to make (reality is $20 for a $300 ring marked down to $150).
I contacted customer service via phone and after 8 or 9 attempts - the number rings to a Chinese message. So no luck there. After sending two Emails - they finally provided a return address and I sent the ring out.
While sending the first ring out, I contacted the company to ask them to send the ring to another address and asking them to give us a size 6 instead of a 5 as the 1st ring was way too tight. After arranging everything - it took almost 2 weeks to get the second ring.
While waiting on the second ring, I had to contact the company to ask where the refund was for the first week as they already had it for a week (USPS tracking) and the refund should have been already in my account. The response was "We will start the process from today's date" which was already a week after they received it. I had to be a little forceful and they finally caved in to giving the refund in the next 48 hours.
Fast forward to finally receiving the 2nd ring and sure enough it was garbage. Cheap and looking nothing like the web image. So, we sent it back and I had to go through the SAME process of letting them know they received the ring and asking for a refund which THIS TIME they denied me.
If you love cheap garbage jewelry and horrific customer service - this place is for you.
We really should have known better do get a 'quality' ring for $150. Shame on me - but to treat customers like garbage is truly unacceptable.

Avoid this site and their products at all costs.

Jeulia Store customer service rep refused to help

Ordered a ring for my girlfriend and received the wrong size. I immediately contacted Jeulia customer support and their rep was extremely rude and did not want to help me. I told her that I was even ready to ship it back at my own expense, but she kept telling me that it was not their fault and that I have ordered the wrong size. When I asked what was I supposed to do now, she recommended me to sell or donate it. Absolutely no help from customer service! Horrible company to del with!

Jeulia Store very disappointed customer

I have ordered a ring from Jeulia as a present for my mother and never received it. Order was placed in advance and I needed it on a certain date but received nothing. And I still have no information about my order and have no idea when will it arrive. Many times I've tried to reach someone from the company but they never replied! I'm so disappointed. Needed the ring on Mother's day!

Jeulia Store no tracking information

About a month ago I ordered two rings from Jeulia. I never received my tracking number, so it's totally impossible for me to track my order. I contacted them many times and asked for my tracking number, they promised to send it to me, but never did. When I contact their support they say "be patient". I get only computer generated responses that make no sense. They are absolutely unprofessional and unhelpful! I'm extremely disappointed and I will never order anything from them again! Still waiting for my order and have no idea where it is.

Jeulia Store totally disgusted!!

I've purchased a ring for my fiance and the one arrived was really beautiful, but the size was incorrect. So I contacted Jeulia customer care and shipped the ring back to them. Few weeks later I got an email from them stating they received the ring and promised to send me a replacement in a few days. Two weeks passed and there was still no sign of it! I contacted them again and then they told that they never received anything! What? I'm totally disgusted with these people!

I'm having the same problem as most of the complaints here! I ordered a two-toned ring (Gold/silver) The gold part rubbed off within 2 weeks of wearing it. I E-mailed them and they said take pictures of the problem. I did and then sent it to them. I finally contacted them after a month and then it was returned to me and looked good. I wore it for only a couple of days and it started doing the same thing! I E-mailed them again asking for a refund due to the same thing happening twice. Now, all I get is a run around saying that they can only exchange or replace the ring! OVER and OVER with the same "We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you" and then only offer a replacement or exchange...but refuse to give me a refund! SO FRUSTRATING!

I think these complaints should be in the comments on their web-site!

Jeulia Store pathetic customer service!

I have purchased a lovely ring from Jeulia website as a birthday gift for my sister. Order was placed about three weeks ago and after I paid they sent me a confirmation email and a notification message stating my ring was shipped via DHL. I received nothing yet and contacted them many times! And every time they tell me to contact DHL! I already contacted DHL and they don't know anything about my parcel!
Absolutely terrible service! I think that only DHL is telling me the truth, I know they are very reputable and well know company. But I can't say the same about Jeulia! I saw all the reviews and I guess I'll never get what I paid for!

Jeulia Store save your money!

Save your money from these scam artists! I've ordered some items from Jeulia and my items looked nothing like the pictures! Items were poorly made, quality was cheap. Not to mention the wrong size. I contacted customer service and they told that I have to send everything back and they'll give me a refund. I received nothing yet and have been fighting with them for over 5 months now! They keep making up fake policies that don't exist on their website. They have fake Facebook pages and all the positive reviews are written by their employees. Please avoid this site and save your money!

Jeulia Store not worth it

My boyfriend purchased a ring back in December 2015, and paid extra money for express shipping. The ring was never delivered. I contacted Jeulia customer service three weeks ago to see where the ring was since we never received a confirmation email and a tracking number. After I contacted customer support they finally sent a tracking number. Tracking system said that our order was still „processing”. I called them again and the lady on the phone told that they would give us a refund. Since we didn't get the money I called back yesterday and was told to call back in a week. Horrible service! I spent hours on the phone and their rep kept putting the phone down not wanting to hear anything. I doubt that we'll ever get our money back.

Jeulia Store very disappointed

Purchased three items the first week of December and still haven't received anything. I also paid extra for expedited shipping. I keep trying to call the number given on their website but all I get is a recording stating the service dept is closed. I also sent numerous messages to their customer service and receive nothing but a computer generated response saying my order is processing. Few weeks ago I got an email saying that my order had shipped. I doubt that I will ever receive something. Basically I lost $200. I paid via PayPal and I hope they will be able to help me. Don't order anything from Jeulia.

Jeulia Store scam!!!

I was shopping around for an engagement ring when I came across Juelia. They showed some really nice products on their website and advertised some of their rings as being Rhodium plated, which is a high end metal compound that protects rings from fading and scratching easily. As their prices showed the product to be on sale I bought it, only to find out 2 months later the ring is a normal sterling silver ring with NO Rhodium plating on and it is already showing signs of scratches and dullness. They refused to give an explanation on their false advertising and only sent a short apology for my 'inconvenience'. The ring is worth less than 50% of what I paid for it but they refused to give me a refund and said they also can't take back the ring. I want to warn everyone NOT to but anything from this company as the chances that they lie to you about the specs of the product is almost certain. Don't waste your money on them! It is a scam and they are selling cheap Chinese imported crap to you. When I checked into this I found the parcel was actually sent from Hong Kong so that shows you the quality you can expect. BE WARNED!

Avoid ordering from this company at all costs. This company have still not Delivered. All they do is lie and bounce backwards and forwards from delivery companies then blame a delivery company that hasn't got it for a delay to happen. The customer service is absolutely a disgrace And you will get nowhere at all. When you contact them regarding it all you do is get the same gibberish back and never an outcome. They lie about saying they have contacted certain delivery companies when in fact they haven't contacted them at all. And they come out of all sorts of crap like you can't cancel your order, I can cancel my order because you haven't delivered it.

They ripped me off too. They shipped me a ring missing stones. I even paid to send it to CA and they still never fixed it. So wrong! What can we do? Order number [protected]

Jeulia Store terrible!

This company is a complete fraud! They do not respond to your emails and their customer service is absolutely ridiculous! I ordered a ring, but the size was wrong, so I contacted them to exchange my ring for a smaller size. The one I received was too big and it didn't fit me at all! They tried to charge some shipping fee for the exchange! I'm sending out my ring tomorrow but who knows when I will get it back! I ordered it on November 10, but received it only in January. Just don't purchase anything from this disgusting website. Jewelry is not bad, but customer service is a real nightmare. They don't even speak English so it makes it even more difficult to speak with them.

Jeulia Store do not buy from this site!

I ordered two items on the beginning of December and still haven't received my order. I also paid for expedited shipping and was promised my items to be delivered within 14 days. I keep trying to call the number given on their website but all I get is a recording saying they'll call me back later. Also sent multiple messages to their customer service email and get only an automated response stating my order is processing. A week ago I received an email saying my order had shipped out. It was a terrible idea ordering something from this website! Hopefully PayPal will be able to help me and get my $150 back. Don't buy from this scam site!

Jeulia Store I don't know if i'll ever receive my items.

On October 15, 2015 I ordered few things from Jeulia. I also paid for expedited shipping. Two months passed and I'm still waiting for my order. I have tried to contact Support team via email several times, but they do not respond to my emails. I also called many times, but no one picked up the phone. Finally, I contacted their agent through chat, but it did not help a lot. I only became even more confused about the whole situation. Well, I must say their support team is very unprofessional. They could not understand the reason of my complaint and they gave me no answers to my questions. I don't know if I'll ever receive my items. I definitely will not be doing business with this company again!

Jeulia Store worst customer service experience ever!

I ordered a ring for my wife and it took ages for it to arrive. Actually it took them three months to deliver it, but the promised shipping time was only two weeks! I was happy to receive it, and would not write anything bad about Jeulia, but they sent me the wrong size. I waited three months for that ring to arrive, but they screwed it up again! I wanted to exchange the ring, but they don’t say anything useful. They promised to send me the instructions for exchange, and also asked me to send pictures to prove that ring does not fit. After I did that, they never replied back. Worst customer service experience ever!

Jeulia Store I want my money back

I purchased a bracelet as a gift for my girlfriend and the paid with paypal. I did not receive no confirmation and no tracking number, but they charged my credit card. Two weeks later i sent them a message asking about the status of my order. They apologized for not replying earlier and finally sent my tracking number. When my order was finally delivered i decided to send it back, because the bracelet looked nothing like the picture on their website. I ordered a silver bracelet, but the one i received looked very cheap. I sent another email asking about returning. They didn’t say anything about returning, only offered to exchange it. I told them that i don’t need another one, i just want to return the bracelet and get my money back. Few days later i received an email from them. They asked which bracelet i would like to get as an exchange. But still there was no information about how to return the item. I hope i’ll get my money soon, otherwise i’m going to ask paypal to deal with it.

Please don't buy from this company. They are very clearly a scam. Please do as much research as possible before buying anything. I was looking at bags and they are selling a Louis Vuitton handbag or at least pretending to and saying it's 98.00 and calling it a Jeulia bag. That's extremely scammy and misleading also real LV bags are not 98 dollars.

I'm having a right hard time with this company! I ordered a bridal set of rings back in Feb for my birthday and within a few weeks they had lost their colour and tarnished considerably. Emailed jeulia and we agreed to a replacement set but I had to send my original back at the cost of £15 anyway my new set that I received in May has gone exactly the same way as my first. They won't refund me and keep asking me to exchange to another style. So after lots of messages back and forth they offered me to choose something up to £160 I agreed to choose a different style. They are now requesting that I return my old ones at another cost of £15! My original order was only £141 so with 2 lots of postage I'm paying over what that are offering me. Are these people for real.? There has to be a way of getting your money back from these con artists! Has anyone had a successful outcome?

I received authorisation for a refund! I sent the ring back and they will not give me My refund, only a store credit. Like hell I will EVER buy or want anything from them again! Now they have my ring AND my money! I want a refund like their policy indicates!

Had a return for store credit and I asked for my funds to be returned to my paypal. I was told yes and it would be 30 days at the most. Almost 90 days later I'm still arguing with them about possessing money that they legally have no claim to and I'm paying interest on the item that I don't even own... BUYER BEWARE... the quality is horrible and the customer service will cause severe anxiety with thoughts of irrational behavior like flying to China and sticking their cheap jewelry where the sun don't shine!

I recieved a ring today..an wrong size spend 2 hours in phone..how can we put this company under. We paid 257 for a ring that is not the roght size an will probaly change colors..this should not be allowed..how are they still operating

This is not real silver rings. 2 weeks ago I received the ring and is peeling and changing the color.
I contacted customer services and they are in CHINA, they don't want to received my ring back or give me money back. very poor quality, NOT REAL SILVER, BE CAREFUL

For any of you who are considering buying from that Jeulia company...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM! I paid for shipping when I bought a ring and I paid for shipping when I returned the ring and they are still deducting shipping costs from my refund because "it is their policy." Ridiculous! 😡😠

Me too.. I recieved my ring today and its 3 bands an 2 are correct size an one is not. They will not even give me a return address until I pay for shipping. For a new ring ..which its there fault this is crazy
