Jeulia Store order I placed back on 11/26/16

Order # is [protected] that order consisted of White Sapphire wedding set, a Holiday gift and a necklace and the other holiday gift was a bracelet. I have not received any of it as of yet. When I went to the site I have a tracking number and it says the order is complete, but where is it. At this point I'm wondering when will I get these items, since they were Christmas presents, and to be perfectly honest I am totally disgusted at this point. I want answers not sob stories.

I ordered a ring. It got to me in a decent amount of time. The wedding ring part of the set did not look like the picture. I just wanted my money back. I didn't want another ring. After reading all of your posts I think I am going to just suck it up to bad judgement and keep the ring. If I keep it at least I have something to show for my trouble. Sounds like you guys got screwed. Doesn't surprise me. It comes from China. Imagine that. I think I'll just keep ordering through Amazon.

My wife ordered a ring from these folks, was a piece of junk when it finally arrived. They list a toll free # at their website which does not work, you can only chat. She just wants to return the ring. They gave her a bogus return address that does not exist according to USPS. We are basically screwed. The purchase was via pay-pal so I'm going through them to hopefully get my money back. We'll see...

I too am getting the run around about returning a ring. Finally got the address of where to ship for return but wonder what is going to happehn. Think I have scammed too! Wonder if I should go thru my credit card company?

Jeulia Store ring

Immediately after i ordered my ring i noticed that they charged me $20 for shipping. They advertise free shipping on all orders so i didn't really pay any attention. I tried to contact them but they didn't get back to me until after it shipped and said i "chose" expedited shipping. I did not "choose" expedited shipping because it didn't give me a choice. I went back in after and still don't see how to change the shipping method. Shouldn't it just default to free shipping since that's what they advertise all over their website?

After receiving my ring, on the 4th day i noticed a stone had fallen out. I emailed them and received an automated response and nothing else.

Horrible customer service!

Jeulia Store non refund of money

I have been trying since October to get my refund back from Juelia with no success. All they have to do is go to Pay Pal Resolution and verify the receipt from UPS tracking number 1z1A1F980339916636 and let Pay Pal know the received the merchandise returned to them by UPS. HOW HARD IS THAT? I have called several times and text several times in this matter with no results.
I want my refund back on my account.

I have called and text several times to get my refund. All Juelia has to do is go to the Resolution Center of Pay Pal and verify receipt of merchandise sent by UPS to the address they had me send it to: 20275 Business Parkway, Y2832, City of Industry, California [protected]. How hard is That?
I want my refund back!

I have called and text to get my refund back to no avail! All Juelia has to do is go to Pay Pal Resolution Center and verify receipt of UPS DELIVERY TO 20275 Business PKWY

I have had a night mare experience with your company and really pray you can sort it out

I ordered a ring from you and not 12 hours after placing the order I realized that the ring size was in correct.
I immediately e-mailed your customer service team who quickly informed me that it was too late and the ring had been shipped. ( Even though your website says in takes 2 - 3 working days for shipping.
They said I could send it back.

I was unhappy and told Grace the agent I dealt with that I wanted a refund...numerous mails where sent backwards and forwards.
It was finally agreed that I would swop the ring for a different one.
I paid the extra costs via paypal.

I was given an address to return the original ring and then was constantly asked for my courier details, which I had sent numerous times
She said the address was incorrect after she (Grace) had sent it herself to me, from her e-mail address.

It took the company over two weeks to find the ring which arrived at the given address on 10 Nov 2017.

I was finally notified that my new ring was on its way.
It arrived and it was just a bigger size of the first ring...what happened to the ring she agreed to swop it with.

I sent a mail to say it was wrong and wanted to return it.
I have had no reply. to date.
I want a refund please

I am so desperate to get the ring for my friend that I went onto your website last night to order the correct ring and as you had 3 rings that were very similar I put them in my cart, in order to choose one.
I chose the ring and proceeded to pay for it, whilst pay pal does not show you the amount you are paying for only afterwards, I then realized I had paid for 3 rings.

I sent a dispute request and have asked that the whole transaction be refunded.

Note from paypal :

Once a payment is marked as completed, it can no longer be canceled. However, you can request a refund of a completed payment. To request a refund, send the seller an email. Ask the seller to go to the Transaction Details page for your transaction and click Issue a refund.

Please can I ask the following :
1. You send me the correct address and person for me to return the second in correct ring to.
2. You refund the full transaction from last night.
3. Arrange for the ring I want to be sent to me using the refund from the ring to be returned again.
4. You send me a telephone number I can call you on from Dubai.

Please can you let me know if you understand this request.

Jeulia Store where is my ring?

I have purchased a ring from www.jeulia.com 15 days ago and received nothing yet. After I paid for my order I was told that I'll get my ring within 5-7 business days. I have no idea where my order is and I don't even have a tracking number! When I contacted customer service they said I'll get my order soon and that's all the information they gave me. I tried to cancel my order and they said that it is impossible because my order was shipped. I hope I'll get my ring but I will never buy from this store again!

Jeulia Store I didn't receive 2 different orders

I placed two different orders with this company and I regret ordering I did not receive any of the packages which they said that I should have received I've been trying to deal with them which the phone number I called the answer it by saying hello and I'm like is this you know the company and they're like yes and it seems like they're in another country and it's very hard to understand them and I gave them the order number and they basically was like we mailed it and they do not want to help me so I have had to choose another way to try to get my money back and resolve the situation and I will never order with this company ever again

Jeulia Store ring damaged/never returned

My husband bought me a skull ring for Christmas, I wore it a few times and the stone fell out, I contated Jeulia and they told me to return in and provide shipping ifo which I did, followi g up with them via email. After weeks and me continuing to contact them, they finally said they shipped it back with a shipping confirmation number that was fake. I have since then emailed 10 times and they just stopped replying... Im dissapointed and disgusted in this company especially after seeing all these complaints and have decided I am going to do all I can to make sure not only my situation is rectified but all of these...

Jeulia Store exchanging product

My husband bought me a bracelet for our anniversary in September. I wore the bracelet for 20 minutes and it broke. I contacted the company, sent them pictures and then paid for it to be returned. I made sure that the order number was on the package as well as in the return box. Several weeks later I called the company and gave them the tracking number. It is now mid November and I have still not received my replacement or even an email acknowledging that they plan to send one out. The customer service line never picks up. Horrible customer service. At this point I either want my replacement asap, or a refund for both the bracelet and the return shipping cost. Order [protected]

Jeulia Store I ended up with four cheap looking rings

I ordered in October didn't get till November 12th. The rings were cheap looking as I examined them. I don't like the way Julia is so evasive when I tried to return items! I never received a tracking number nor do I know the order number. I think the Attorney General should look into Jeulia business practices! I want my money back immediately! Jeulia don't really provide a ADDRESS to return items, it's a RIP off!

Jeulia Store ring

This Company is a scam. They are out of China but does not state that on their web site. Upon receiving my ring it was in a plastic bag no size tag. When I contacted them about returning this cheap looking ring that I paid $149.95 for they asked for the ring back with tag attached. When I told them it had no tag they said the cannot give me a refund just exchange. They sent it without a tag and will not accept the fact that this is what they do to scam people! Buyers beware!

Jeulia Store shipping

My fiancèe ordered my wedding band through Jeulia on September 25th, 2016. It is now November 3rd, three days PAST our wedding date, and we still have yet to recieve my ring. They have given us a myriad of excuses but offered no actual help. It has gotten to the point where we are starting to believe Jeulia is a SCAM and they just took our money. My advise, if you want your ring to arrive BEFORE your wedding date, purchase from anywhere else.

Jeulia Store fake!

I ordered a lovely ring from Jeulia thinking it was real! It looked so beautiful on their website.
When I received my ring I was terrified and could not understand what was going on. It looked nothing like pictures on Jeulia website, it was made of cheap metal and stones were falling out. I contacted Jeulia and demanded my money back but they called me a liar a refused! I sent them a lot of messages but they ignored me and never gave me my money back. Beware and do not order anything from this website! They are selling fake jewelry!

I haven't received my order from them yet... but exactly real WHAT were you expecting? THis isn't gold or platinum, nor is it precious stones. The site clearly states it's sterling silver with white sapphire (for the diamond like stones). At that I expect hey are low quality, because a white sapphire ring goes for MUCH more than what is offered on their website, especially when paired with REAL gold. I ordered a $50 engagement ring for myself because I wanted to replace my 2K missing engagement ring. So I expect to receive exactly what I ordered, something pretty and inexpensive, not even remotely the same quality as fine jewelry. Something that just does the job. Perhaps align your expectations with the price being offered?

I ordered a ring it was shipped from China missing stones. It arrived after 38 days. They refuse to fix it or allow me to return and they refuse to refund. Horrible experience. I emailed photos and called over 20 times. This just isn't right!

Jeulia Store never received the ring!!

I've ordered a ring from www.jeulia.com and needed it as soon as possible because it was a present for a family member. They promised quick delivery but on the estimated date nothing arrived, so I contacted them and asked them to cancel my order. They said ok. Two weeks passed and I decided to contact them regarding my refund, but their customer service rep said that my order was not cancelled so they were not able to refund me. They said that it was already too late to cancel and since my order was shipped there was nothing they could do. What a terrible company to deal with! Still haven't received the ring!

Jeulia Store ring

I ordered a ring from Jeulia the end of August. On September 1st they charged my credit card $130 and change. It's Sept. 16th and I have never gotten a tracking number, e-mail or any word from them as to where my ring is. I call the phone number and I get an automated response. I tried to look for Customer Service on-line and they have nothing that I can find. This is the only place I can find to communicate on. Where are these people?! I would desperately like to hear from them!

Jeulia Store wedding rings

i ordered 2 wedding rings for myself and my wife, they said it would tak e2 weeks to deliver, it took almost a month, then when we got the rings (over 300$) my wifes ring started falling apart 2 days after, the jewels started actually coming off! we are both very upset, so i tried to contact them on their site and by phone and i was hung up on! then i got no answer at all! what a bunch of rip off artists, that was my hard earned money you

Jeulia Store return policy

On July 16, I ordered two rings. I received the rings, but was very disappointed in the quality, so I e-mailed the company and asked how to return them. Thus began the circus. I rec'd no answer the first time, then a response e-mail that didn't have the information, but did offer me a 15% off coupon if I would make an exchange. I asked again for the address, and three e-mails later, they asked for a photo. I sent photos. They said they couldn't see them, even though I sent cc's to my two emails, and I could see them. I sent the photos again. Four days--nothing. I e-mailed again (can't get through on the phone #), and this time got a response that since I was past the 30 days, they could only exchange, not refund. What a terrible business!

Jeulia Store ring/customer service

I purchased a black wedding ring set. Since they did not have 1/2 sizes I went with a 1/4 size BIGGER than my normal white gold wedding set I have. The rings came in two days since I paid expedited shipping.

They were gorgeous at first, however, they were not 1/4 size bigger. In fact, they were smaller than my actual ring size. I couldn't wear the set together, and could only wear the wedding band, and even that left a deep indention! Within 1 week the plating started coming off. No misuse on my end.

Now, I have been struggling for two weeks now to get them replaced. They have my other wedding set, and have yet to ship out the new ones. In fact, the new set I am replacing the ones I sent back is nearly $20 cheaper, and I still had to pay for shipping for the replacements!

I am utterly pissed off at this point with Jeulia. I keep getting the run around with their CS reps via e-mail. It's to the point where I want my money back because of their terrible customer service.

I called today and spoke with someone instead of their really bad email CS. I was told the rings shipped out on 08/03/16, and I was NEVER given tracking like I asked. I asked when it would arrive and was told 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS! I paid for EXPEDITED SHIPPING! Such a rip off. These Chinese brands and their scam ways ruin shopping online.

I will NEVER do business with them ever again.

I also have the same issues with the plating not staying on and the prongs are silver tipped now. I have been wearing the ring for 5 months and it looks about the same color as yours is. I love the black set, so different and thought it might be too good to be true. I received it as a gift. Now I need to ship it back so it can be re-plated? What? that is not something that can be done easily. All the stones have to be removed and then reset, not an easy task. So, now I know this is not something that will hold up to time.

Jeulia Store service, scamming, poor product

Jeulia is the shiestiest company. NO REAL company tries to make money off a customer when a product doesn't work for them! You CHOOSE to give free shipping as a company and when you charge a customer BACK the shipping when your product didn't work for them it's petty. You also make the CUSTOMER pay to ship it back to you. I ALSO HAD TO CALL NON STOP to get my refund AFTER it had been the 7 days you " guarantee" the refund AND YOU STILL TOOK the money for shipping! YOU MADE ME GET MY OWN MONEY BACK without doing it correctly as a company! SHAME on your crappy company. I will never refer anyone, I will give poor reviews. And deter anyone away from purchasing. Purchased on 7/9 and didn't receive refund until 7/29. It was NOT the full refund. They try to make you get something else on their site and basically make you think they won't let you return the product. The items are cheap and NOT what the claim on the site! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Jeulia Store save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere!

I received only half of my order and everything was very poorly made! I decided to order from www.jeulia.com because pictures on their website looked amazing but in real life items looked nothing like pictures!
I contacted Jeulia customer service several times and asked for a refund but there was no reply. So they scammed me twice! First - they did not deliver 3 items and second - everything was rubbish!
Save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere!
