I have purchased a ticket of Jet Airways with a intention to get frequent flier points on Etihad Airways card. I have been advised by Jet Airways counter staff in Hyderabad that, the Etihad is not their partners. Further the airport staff informs to me that I have to be at the airport 2 hours in advance. When I reached the airport two hours in advance not a single staff was available to attend the passengers.

When I have lodged a complain through Web site no response.
