Don't buy from jjshouse or their site Jenjenhouse.com. Its a scam, where they take your money, sent you a cheaply made, dress that would cost less than $50 and then not even reply when you ask for a refund! Ordered my formal dress, and now I feel completely stupid for actually believing this. Just don't risk it.
The website is extremely vague about returns and I haven't received a reply from the email I sent on the 2nd November.
Horrid to deal, with, my garment is not what I wanted, they refuse to assist...When you open a ticket they close it so you cannot persuade the return...They ask for photos but block the area to upload!
Beware of this website. I want to return the crab, there was no response from the service. Very disappointed! Will try EBAY, ABBYDRESS, AMAZON or BESTBUY next time.
I won't buy from Jenjenhouse again. It is scam. They make copies. The picture is pretty but the real item just looks cheap and in low quality. My sister bought her wedding dress in Abbydress and she looked so nice on that night. If there were my size, I wouldn't have bought anything from Jenjenhouse.com
