My wife ordered glasses from the website www.jemoptical.com. The order arrived on time, but the lenses were wrong. It turned out that the description on the website was wrong. We contacted the agent and he refused to help and told that he didn’t have time to check any info. Horrible attitude and services, so stay away from them and better don’t waste your money. Please leave comments if you have the same situation as mine.
I ordered eyewear from jemoptical.com and was told they had to be special ordered and would not be in for 10 to 14 days. I called them 3 business days later to discuss if I could cancel the order and reschedule for when my coverage became effective. They refused saying that it was too late.
