Jeep Compass review: Run a round 1

Me and my wife decided to trade in our Buick which was still owed on and get a new car well we finally got one and we was told that we would get another key for it.that took a week for us to get that. Rameys told us that the Buick would be paid off by the 24thof this month and we got a call this morning from the bank saying the Buick wasn't paid off yet I called rameys and spoke with ritchie he said he would call us back but he hasn't and in the mail we got a late letter on the payment for the Buick. The 2011 jeep seems like it needs a new oil change and new brakes aint no use of contacting rameys because they will say its not their problem. When we bought the jeep Reece went and said there was only 30 day warranty on the drivetran on the vehicle and I realized that the jeep is still under the manufacture warranty until a 100000 miles or 5 years Which It but we will never go to rameys again
