J.D. Byrider illegally uses computer hackers

I have reported byryder's illegal computer hacking to internet authorities

they especially like to compromise your email beware byrider victims...this is after they contact all yur refernces to report your activities with family and employers another civil rights violation...

i caught on to their predatory lending practices too late but in my case they violated their own contract when they *** my computer i simply notify local authorities and authorize them to view their tampering on their computers simeoustaneouly...will prosecute when we have overwhelming evidence and go natiowide with their felonies

perps appear to be employees of byrider in las vegas police traced their attempts at calling...the name mike came up twice in our investigations

they have been doing this over a period of months...i wonder what a civil court will award?

J.D. Byrider scam

My car broke down unexpectedly. My finances were low due to moving and finding a new job. My problem no down payment, not bad credit. An ad for JD Byrider stated "No Down Payment." The website states an inspection is done on every vehicle. Within two weeks, we found out we had no motor mounts, no transmission mounts, a bad fuel pump, and many other repairs. I had to have my AC repaired 3 x's and it still does not work, neither does the heat. They dont stand behind their agreements nor do they have good customer service. I had to fight with them to repair my AC. It was in the shop over 7 x's to be repaired. They just kept stalling until the warranty ran out. I moved over 80 miles away and wore out the warranty driving back and forth without getting repairs fixed. I cant even tell you the humiliation I suffered. Time from work, harrassment from the owner and what I am paying for, for this vehicle and what I am getting. I understand the "desperate" situation I was in brought me to a place like this, but I DID NOT have bad credit, just no down payment. JD Byrider said, no down payment and ended up charging me one to get a car...and charged me interest on the down payment. I am paying for a vehicle that does not work, it is endless and has me broke. My financial situation has changed. They say they do not leave you broke when you finance, but if your situation changes, their financing wont. How would this repair one's credit when bad. Mine was not and is not bad but will be because as soon as I find another vehicle that runs better and is in better shape, I am driving this car to one of their car lots and leaving it there with a sign that says...something very nasty. I dont car that this car would now ruin my GOOD credit. I care that I am giving THIEVES money!

I purchased a car from JD Byrider at the end of Dec. 2010. I had to put 12 references down right then and there. I have my own cleaning business so I used my clients as references which they ended up calling late evening before I had a chance to tell them that i did. That was one strike. Now the rampage I am on now is the beginning of Feb. 2011 they are calling my references soliciting sales to them to buy a car from them, or if they know of someone send them their way. They also used my name and told them I said it was o.k. to call them to solicit this. That's ###. I then got home and read my agreement and references are to be used just for the sole purpose of identifying me. Nowhere in the paper I signed does it say they can call and solicit sales. They now have caused me to lose jobs because my clients were pissed to get these calls. So now I am on an *** kicking rampage with them. I now will have trouble making my bills because of this plus I have to call these people and personally apologize to them for JD ByRyder.

That was rude and made no sense. Try to be more educational when making this statement to the op that had a problem.

@LiloPalilo
It depends on the agent dealing with your account and if they went by the book of their rules at the office. Get a copy of your credit report and then show them what your claiming is good credit they will honor your complaint and if not you can call the BBB for more help in your area. There is always truth when it is blocked by clouds. You will be able to get your down payment back or add it to your loan. Best of luck to you and like i said the BBB will help you.

Not everyone who goes to JD Byriders does it because they have horrible credit and don't work and sit on their butts all day eating bon bons. But no, actually I was able to refinance for 10% interest from Navy Federal Credit Union opposed to JD Byrider's 21%.
Unfortunately I was young and stupid and knew nothing about interest and that a 2005 Chrysler Sebring did not cost $18000 (with interest.) That's highway robbery I don't care who you are or how great your credit is.
The only blame we have is on ourselves for being eager to get a car and stupid for not actually listening to the facts and the contract because they know they're going to walk away with their car when it's over. So to a certain extent the consumers are to blame, but nobody can deny these sub-prime mortgage lenders are doing absolutely nothing to repair anyone's credit!
You go into it knowing you're going to rip us off, and we go in there knowing we're getting ripped off (usually afterwards!)
However that doesn't make it ethical. These people have bad credit history, so you give them a huge payment to make not once a month but every two weeks? You already know they're not going to be on time every time! All companies have at least a day or two of a grace period. You just want them to hurry up and default already so you can further ruin their credit and auction off the car and sell it some other unsuspecting soul. Sick.
And the sickest part is we're allowing it to happen. We all need to be responsible and look out for ourselves these days.
You look around at places like this and wonder what happened to integrity.
If they wanted to help people with bad credit they wouldn't be selling them cars for double what they're worth with interest. That's not HELPING. If you want to help, be fair. Or call it what it really is.

J.D. Byrider Do not buy a car

When I was 18 I was trying to get a car by myself and establish credit. Jd byrider said that they report credit every time you make a payment and 2 years later when I was trying to get out of that "lease" and into a new car with a new dealership, they said that jd byrider was not reporting credit! So not only did I pay over $12, 000 for a 1998 nissan sentra, with 22% interest (In 2008) they did not report anything! They are worse than loan sharks!

These people are ### sucking no good liars! They got mad because I refinanced for 10% interest instead of their 21%! I didn't have bad credit like they lead me to believe when they pulled up my credit score!
People, do not go to JD Byrider! You will be sorry when you're paying double what your car is worth and no dealer will refinance (like I did) or trade it in because it lost so much value compared to what you owe on it. They do this on purpose to keep you trapped hoping you'll default on your loan and they'll repo the car and sell it again!
My point is don't go there. There are other ways. Before you do anything clean up your credit and even if you have to wait, it'll be better than having a car and then having to get bent over backwards and squeezed dry. Check and see if your credit is as bad as you think. Even if you get a high interest rate it shouldn't be boldly ridiculous.
I don't know why smart people keep falling for this age old bottom feeders who prey on the desperate because THEY are desperate. It's a cycle.

I have bought a car from them and they do report to the credit bureau cause I have now bought a new car and the dealer said it showed up that I never missed a payment so they helped me out plus they put a motor in my car when it went bad with only a $15 charge cause they do give you a good warranty I would say that they can help your credit as long as you pay on time

J.D. Byrider keys

We paid off our car with no problems at time of pay off we where to receive the second set of keys, that we know there are because we saw them when we signed the deal and we had to use them and return them.

Now that the car is paid off the keys have come up missing, and they refuse to replace them.

We have found out that it is not legal for them to keep and extra set if there is one, they have the title. This is not over a $2 key this keys are programed and cost $70

All we want if for them to replace the key that they lost, that they had not right with to began with.

J.D. Byrider working there

I worked for JD Byrider for exactly one month. In that one month I figured them out then I was fired. Here is my story.
When I started working for them, my job was to set appointments to get people in. Leads were furnished by late night tv commercials stating that you could buy a car with no money down. That was the first scam. I would call these people and they would come in in droves. I scheduled 47 appointments in the first month. I was a professional Realtor prior to this job, so I knew what it took to make money. I set more appts. than all the other salesman. That was a mistake, I made them look bad. I scheduled people to come in on my days off also so I could help out the (TEAM). I would return the next work day and ask if my customers came in. The manager said I got 1/2 deals for scheduling the appt. I thought COOL!, I made money on my day off!. Not the case, at the end of the month I was fired because I made the other sales guys look lazy. I ended up selling 9 cars on paper but my sales were taken away and given to the "good ole boy buddies of the manager". I was told that I only sold 1 car for the month and was told to leave. The manager said that I tried to throw him under the bus with his manager because he was caught watching tv when he was supposed to be working. He said I ratted him out to his boss. I did make the comment that he was watching tv, but I was new, I didn`t know he couldn`t watch tv, everybody else liked watching tv when I was making appointments. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM, THEY TREAT THEIR WORKERS JUST AS BAD AS THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY SCAM EVERYONE! CNAC financing is owned by JDByrider, but since it`s a different entity, they get by the laws. The store I worked at is located on 16th and Shadeland. Joe Cinelli was the manager then. Upper management fires store managers quite often. Corporate HQ is located in Indy. They say they practice integrity and team work, nothing could be farther from the truth!

J.D. Byrider rip off artist

I bought a 2001 chevy malibu from JD byrider in July of 2009, I thought I was getting a decent deal. I have bad credit due to divorce and was tired of being turned down at other dealerships and ended up there. These people should be ashamed of themselves. They are preying on people with bad credit who are in an desperate situation and need a vehicle. I didn't find out until 2 months ago(when I totaled my car) that they have charged me almost 3 times what the car was worth at the time I bought it and that was before interest!(that figure came from the insurance adjuster who evaluated the car) In addition to that, they have now taken another payment from an account that they were not authorized to use but once on the same day that they received the payment from the insurance company for the claim! When I called about the payment, the woman I spoke to was Extremely rude and hateful and offered absolutely no help whatsoever! Whatever you do, DO NOT buy a car from these people. Oh, In addition to all of this, I also was informed by the mechanic that the car had been wrecked before and the cradle body was poorly welded in the front, which is why it went into the engine block from hitting a rotten stump! I thought they checked their vehicles?

Yikes these reviews scare the heck out of me! I am in a bad situation because I totaled my car in April. The person at fault's insurance company is blaming me for the accident when she was the one who got cited. WTH! Nonetheless, this situation is ruining my life as I type. Lost wages, hospital bills, late rent, and so on...I need a car so desperately right now and a co worker referred me to them. I'm afraid to go. These folks are a Buy Here, Pay Here kind of place.
Generally, they don't report to credit bureaus. It seems its important to get CARFAX information before you sign anything. Anything they promise get it in writing because otherwise you have nothing to fight with in court. It's truly terrible places like this are claiming to help you and basically they set you up for failure if something goes wrong. Loan Sharks...smdh.

J.D. Byrider Harrasing phone calls

Since I purchased a vehicle fron J.D.Byrider, (CNAC)Tallahassee, Fl I have had nothing but phone calls and threats. The way these people speak to you over the phone "they talk like we are ignorant and uneducated to say the least. If I am one day late, all I hear about is the bank this and the bank that. CNAC does not care about you and me, they only care about the vehicle they trapped us into buying, with mechancial problems to boot. I've also taken mine into their service dept. several times and it takes a few days each time to get it back. last time I took it in was for ABS lights on a year ago. They are still on! Service dept. told me it was a shortage in the wiring.WOW! Can't wait to be through with them. DO NOT BUY FROM JD BYRIDER people.

J.D. Byrider don't mess with them

Here in San Antonio texas I know they have at least 2 locations. The location I am referring to is S.W.Military drive. This place has bad customer service. Especially in the service department where they fix cars. If you even want to call it "FIX". I think if a customer is on time with their payments every month, and continue to have problems with the car jd byrider should put them in something else at customers descretion. I'll even go so far as to say they dont even have to include the money already spent on the car before. The law just passed where children of a certain age have to be in a booster seat, but the *** car i have wont fit all my family especially with a booster seat! i think jd byrider should have put me into another big car/suv. I want an suv. They stated they did not carry suv's at the time i purchased a car. But everytime i drive by the location at bandera and 410 i see vans and suv's sitting in the parking lot. I dont even want to talk about the service department. I know some things that could have 2 certain guys jobs terminated if i fought it hard enough. They are paying these guys to stand or should I sit around and do nothing. My car was in the shop for 3 days and nothing got fixed. I now have a new problem with my car and now may have to come out of pocket to fix that. i am not in tune with what the "warranty" they give us is. what the *** is it there for if we have to turn around and pay almost everytime. I was made to believe they were doing me a favor by not charging me sometimes, but its no wonder they didnt charge me, because the same *** is still wrong with my car. its like my car just sat in the shop for 3 *** days for nothing. Dont expect a good review or even a thank you for work not completed! while you all have my car, my family, my 4 children, ages 14, twins that just turned 10, a toddler whom is 5, my husband whom is injured, and myself whom is slightly mobility impaired with a heart condition and asthma, has to find other means of getting around because jd byrider doesnt offer their good paying customers any rentals. (Which is *** to me btw, we are required to have full insurance on our cars, im thinking if something happens to your rentals it will be covered right? really!.)who knows, maybe if I were some pretty chic with long hair and big boobs my service would be done for free everytime and i'll actually get real service. So when I pick up my car it will actually be done and fixed! Right now I am paying 10-12000 dollars for a piece of *** that is only worth 2000, (if that) When i take my car in I EXPECT it to be fixed! Jd byrider is smart though. They charge you obscene amount of fees are able to charge you more for services not rendered completely, preying off of desperate people in need of a working vehicle. This is why they deal with people with bad credit. I didnt even need a full down payment. I am not complaining, I was desperate. But just because they gave me a shot and i didnt even really "qualify" (according to pete, the ***!) Doesnt give them the right to treat me ***! They lied about reporting to the credit people. My score is still what is what when i got the car. Once again I have had the car for almost 10 months and I pay EVERY MONTH ON TIME 346 dollars. NEVER any late payments and NEVER any partial payments! I AM A *** GOOD CUSTOMER TO YOU PEOPLE! I am one of the people whom keep your *** in business! I deserve more respect and more courtesy and a better warranty! Matter fact, I demand it! You dont deserve to be in business, but its people like me that keep you here so I guess its really our fault. I have been trying everyday lately to get into a new car with other real dealerships, and I have had no luck, but when that dealership gives me a yes, i will be given you back your piece of ***. And dont think you can threaten me with the credit crap, because apparently you dont report it anyway! and even if you did, i'll still be in a SUV, from a better car company! And if I dont get into a better car with a better company i'll pay this crap off and hope by then i have enough good paying history that someone else will give me another chance in a better car. I always keep my receipts and it is documented in my bank statements my payments. So that there is no other way for you to screw me over.

J.D. Byrider mechanics suck

Got into a car wreck with a drunk driver! Needless to say he totaled my car so had no time to check into this car lot wish I did! The repair shop sucks they use used parts on your car, so when you get it back the same issues happen again! I asked for a tune up they said it didn't need one, so a couple weeks later I took it somewhere else and they said it needed one bad! In a year and 1/2 it has been in the shop more times for repairs then oil changes! Just last week they had it for a full week and let the mechanic take it home over night, when I went up there around 11 am he still hasn't shown up for work! Finally got it back and someone went through my center console and some stuff that was in there was on my floor and seat! That night I realized my battery charger was missing! Not happy with this car lot at all! Already told everyone I know not to buy nothing from them!

I went to JD Byrider about a month ago in Columbus, Ga. The sales woman read off of flip tablets with diagrams and wouldn't give us answers to the questions we had. I told her I was not going through an hour of her demonstrations while she flipped through how JD works. I wanted to see the Vehicles. She said, " they don't show the vehicles until after they run your credit and do this presentation to determine if you are Eligible. I asked her the price of the Vehicle ( Mini Van) I was looking at. She wouldn't tell me. I told her well we can stop right here because I'm not interested. She excused herself and asked the manager what the price was. Well, turns out there was a price list as you enter the show room. The Van was 2005 Kia Sedona with a KBB of 3500.00 in excellent condition. The Van had 72, 894 miles on it and they were asking $13, 000.00 for this Silver Mini Van. I told her she can cancel the appt. that I was NOT paying that price for this OLD mini van. Are you serious. I"m no fool. We walked out.

J.D. Byrider total rip off

I bought my first car at JD By Rider in Parkersburg, WV. I told them I was going through somethings made sure I upped my payments.During this time I've had to replace my muffler which wasn't even welded on it jus hung there bout to fall off. My speedometer stopped working after 3 months, I ended up getting a speeding ticket because I didnt know how fast I was going. My car has stopped on me 3 times. When I got pregnant I got laid off now that Im 6 months pregnant I got layed off I tried explaining it to my payment lady. They refused to work with me. Even after I told them I have my unemployment coming on the 26th they just said I have to have it by saturday the 25th. I even offered to make double payments. The lady was straight up rude, and threatened to reposess my car. Here Im stressing and having complications with my pregnancy enough as it is and she's trying to make me stress out even more. I even told her after my unemployment comes I'll never be late on a payment again. But she still refused to work with me. What is a single mom to do?

J.D. Byrider gone a month with no car, still not fixed!

My vehicle started having problems on July 10, 2010 transmission in which I knew and was convered in my warranty. I called JD Byrider on Monday JUly 11, 2010 and was told there were no openings until Jul 23, 2010 so I waited 2 weeks to get my vehicle even looked at. Once it was taken it they said it was the TCM and it was back ordered they were trying to order out of state, once it FINALLY arrived a week later it couldnt be fixed, then i was told the cyllinder block had to be replaced and I could pick up my car on Friday August 6 2010, once I called at 5pm to make sure.. I was then told they had to replace the entire transmission. As of today its been a month that I've had NO CAR!

J.D. Byrider misleading/ripoffs

I bought a 95 Neon from JD Byrider who promised me a great car. I didnt have to put a lot down and was supposed to be paying 199.00 a month. Instead I was paying 300.00 per month. At any rate I went looked at the car pretty clean inside and out no problems or issues with the car when I test drove it. I came back the next day (it took so long to get the paperwork done I was even late for work). I drove it the prob 2.5 miles across town to work and the engine light came on. I immeadiately called the place and told them what happened the man I talked to said "well was the light on when u test drove it" I said umm no he said "well its your problem then and hung up". Anyways, so the car started dying and chugging while I was trying to get the car home from work...So I called talked to a manager who assured me he would take care of the problem and have someone look at it. So I took the car back in and they called me a week later and told me it was done .. ended up being a broken plug wire.
Ok car was running better, but the next week the air stopped working and the door knob fell off so I couldnt open the door unless i was outside... took it back in to be repaired ...
Upon picking up the car from the lot AGAIN I was driving home and the car was pulling and vibrating. So I called them back they said that I had to have done something to the car. I advised them that I had just picked up the car and it started doing that. Anyways I took it to my mechanic to figure out what was wrong with it and he told me that it looked like someone ran over a parking median or something because it had yellow paint chips under the car. So I called back the lot again and they told me that I had to have done it while driving home.
At that point frusterated I told them to come get the car from my drive I was no longer keeping it, nor was I driving it back over there because the man told me he wasnt fixing it. That car sat in my driveway for 3 months .. i got no calls or anything lol, When they finally did call asking for a payment I advised them that 3 months ago I had told them to come and get the car, that I had taken the car in and had to have it fixed within the first week then when driving it home .. blah blah..
Ok so the manager calls me back asking me if I want to keep the car because they would fix it right (for NO CHARGE) if I would catch up my payments.
I took the car in and signed the lease rental papers for another car while mine was getting fixed and I asked the man.. are you sure you are not going to charge me to fix the car.. he said I dont know I have to talk to the mechanic. I said well thats not what you told me over the phone, im not paying to fix the car when I did nothing to break it. He said well if you dont like it then I guess we can just call this deal quits right now.. SOOOO I took my rental paper and tore it up and went to the lot took out my stereo and my plates off and left the car in the middle of the lot. They called me a week later to see if I still wanted the car, I told them to stick it im done with them.
Anyways 6 years ago I filed bankruptcy on medical bills and JDbyrider and CNAC still sells my loan to other companies trying to retrieve their money.. This company is horrible and needs to refund all the money they scammed from buyers all around the US. I think they should also go to jail for the unethical business practices that they show. :( TEN HANDS DOWN
BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT BUY CARS FROM DAN NELSON (THE NEW NAME) OR JD BYRIDER

J.D. Byrider lies about service

I am a former employee who knows firsthand that the service work done to the vehicles before the sale and the work done under their service agreement is extremely poor. They get engines from junkyards and other used parts to bandaid the vehicle rather than fixing it right the first time.

There are franchises nationwide that are individually operated but I worked at a company owned dealership and these methods were encouraged from senior management, not the employees at the dealership itself.

The finance company is also very strict in their collection policies. One day late and they are sending a repossession unit out for the vehicle. They will ask you to pawn personal items to make a car payment. They do this after setting customers up with extremely high payments and very tight budgets.

If you have to purchase a vehicle from them due to your credit, please take the time to have the vehicle inspected by a 3rd party mechanic, get all promises in writing, and go to them at the end of the month, if possible, since they will do whatever it takes to hit their sales goals, even reducing price substantially!

J.D. Byrider vehicle purchase

Do not purchase a vehicle from JD Byrider you will regret it. I understand the concept of paying more because of your credit being poor, but they take it too far. Upon purchase of the current vehicle I said I would not buy If I am upside down more than 3, 000 on the car, ever!. It was not acceptable and could not happen. I was promised that I would never be and that in a year I would owe less than the car was worth or close to the value, this would make me capable of trading it in for another one. The only reason I went with them is because of this understanding, I had other options. I trusted them and had more than one person at JD Byrider tell me this was accurate, so it was not just based on the salesman, it was also the finance company and manager.

I have had the car a year and a half, it is valued at $1500.00. I tried to trade it in yesterday and they had my balance per my last receipt as 7900.00 and that is ridiculous. It has me upside 6400.00. To make the situation worse, I was approved for the new vehicle and when it came time for the payoff they actually increased the payoff to 8500.00 more than I owe. That caused the new finance company to back out.

They will report to the credit agencies but so do TOTE THE NOTE LOTS, the note holding lots actually sell cars closer to there values and will work with a finance companies for payoff. JD Byrider is a scam, they will overcharge and ruin your chances at getting ahead. It is not worth it. They are liars and thieves. The car I found out later was only worth 5K upon purchase but they charged me 12K. Do not trust them, go to a tote the note lot, I cant stress that enough. If you wreck one of their cars you will still owe the remaining balance due to the extreme difference in value vs your note. You will still have a car payment and no car, if you try to get out from under the car they will increase the pay off and you will not be able to get another car for less than 5K down. It IS NOT WORTH IT.

The experience has been horrible, please stay far away from JD Byrider.. It will only ruin you, not help. The reality of the situation is I cant get to work without a car, and I cant afford two payments so my credit will be ruined If I wreck the vehicle and have a repossession attached, due to needed another vehicle and affordability. In the end your credit will suffer not improve like they state.

I am looking at buying another used care and decided to "drive" through a JD Byrider lot. Then thought I should read any reviews and comments that were available.

Thanks to all the comments that were posted regarding this company and it's practices I will DEFINITELY NOT entertain the thought of pursuing a vehicle from JD Byrider.

Again thanks to all who posted on this site...you have saved me from a bad decision.

J.D. Byrider bad place to get a car

J D Byrider tells you that you have to do a budget plan, and in the budget plan they ask you if how much you spend on cigarettes and just cause you bring in a pack of marlboro's they assume thats all you smoke, and put in the budge 162.00 a month for them, as well as if you tell them you have not bought yourself clothes in the past 2 yrs they tell you that the minimum has to be put down of 50.00, as well as they try and tell you that the minimum also for household goods is 50.00 when you do not spend that each month and then they want you to sign this document which they can later turn around and say you signed a false document and then take the vehicle from you. Its pretty stupid that the sales manager at the Knoxville location wants to tell the customer when he tells her he does spend 50.00 every month on household goods then she wants to make the remark ok so you do not take baths. Is this something a manager should say? what a pissy attitude... That's why i have filed a compliant with the Better Business Bureau, as well as Consumer Affairs, and as well as i am going to Contact Don Dare Six on your side.

The reason they are making a budget is not so much for you as much is it is for them! They see everything on paper and then they push you to make a larger payment each week and larger down payment than you can afford. They then have 3 people present this to you and don't tell you how much the loan is until you're ready to sign. Sorry JD Byrider, you're not getting $16K from me on a $2K car. You have got to be kidding! My family and I spent 4 hours there on a Friday night with a 4 year old and then want to give us a piece of cake and clap for making a deal? What a joke! I was lucky enough to get family to help out and didn't have to take what they were offering. I suppose they can be good for some people, but to ask if you smoke is a personal and ridiculous question! Anyone on here who says anything else has not had an experience with them (or works for them) and should keep their opinions to themselves!

If you bring a pack of cigarettes with you everywhere you go and you reek of stale cigarette smoke, it would not be too far fetched to believe that you smoke more than a cigarette every once in a while. Actually for most smokers 162.00 seems a little on the low side.

J.D. Byrider all they want is the money

I Purchased my car from JD Byrider in October 2009. It was the best car on the lot Malibu 2003 the rest of the cars were used and looked abused. The only reason I went there is because they offered $99 down and no more than 199 dollars a month which was a lie. I paid two hundred dollars down and ended up pay 374.05 a month. My home was robbed and all of my financial information was taken I have no way to pay my bills at the moment until I receive my cards back I was contacted by Paul whom I let know the situation Three times and he stated he only spoke to me once which he must have forgotten we have caller ID that tells you how long you are on the phone with callers.

Paul called me from a cell phone number from sprint being very nasty and sarcastic to my financial Plight telling me this is a business and I need to brorrow the money from someone or sleep with the nearest man to pay my bills.

This company is a rip off they just want the money customer service is out the window they are really rude. Paul called me from his Personal cell phone and tried to tell me that it was a company phone. I was even told I can't cancel my loan with them they will screw my credit up instead and lieave me in debt I was charged 10, 000 for a 2003 Malibu and the book value on the car is 3000 this compnay should get shut down for false advertising and just plan BAD BUSINESS ethics.

J.D. Byrider - rip off

No you do not need credit. They only deal with people with bad credit. I must warn you, this is no joke. I went to the Pittsburgh, PA West Liberty Ave location on may 29th for an appointment to get a car. Let me tell you a little about what they do and how they try to scam you. Once again I am telling you that I am being completely honest. First off they...
