Morales and I hire this company for a roof repairs and the staff are ver uncorteus and inefficient, the quality of the material is very bad quality, and they charge you costs that wasn't on the estimate, specially a person named CARLOS CARMONA treat you very bad. So don't hire this company for roofing, remodeling, flooring or other service they say they provide.
I have had the worst luck ever with JC Roofing. Our roof is about 3 years old. This roofing company told us to get a special product that was new, used with many businesses, and guaranteed for over 20 years. In 3 years, we've already had leak after leak and it is very hard to get this company to do the repairs. The tell you they'll call you or come on a certain day or time and they never show up. All of a sudden they come to fix it, unannounced. Finally, one part of he roof gets repaired, and another part leaks after it rains. I am so tired of going through this. It's spring break and we've been trying to get the roofers to come all week to fix another leak. They did call and promised they would be here on Friday at 9:00am, and they are still not here. I called the office, and even she cannot get in touch with the roofers. Bad business.
