This so called company is a big fraud which is run by Mr Singha Bugge. They brought me in H1B promising some training after landing in US and before starting marketing. But I was surprised to see their way of working! I want to summarize the points...

1) They don't have any direct client for sending the consultant directly. You will find at least 2-3 layers between client and JB Techs.
2) They recruit consultants at a very low $45K. Their main aim is to even squeeze blood from the consultants and sell it. For this I am to be blamed. I did not have knowledge regarding current rate in US.
3) They prepare resume full of fake experiences even though you have good experience in India.
4) They never arranged any accommodation, transportation etc.
5) They don't help in getting SSN, Bank Account, Driving License etc.
6) They don't pay the air fair from India.
7) They took $3000 for visa processing and didn't return it after coming to USA.

The last but not the least issue is that they try to sell you at a very high rate where it is difficult to get through just after coming from India. Moreover it is difficult to defend a resume of 5 yrs US experience just after landing... because you don't have SSN, driving license, bank account, credit card, apartment etc.

Thank God I came out of it immediately and got a very good consultant in NJ and working in projects very nicely. Nobody should join this fraud "JB Techs"... don't fall in the trap seeing it's web site. They don't have any office as shown in the site also. I am thinking to sue them. Please anybody advice regarding this. Mr. Bugge, try to behave like a human being with the consultants. They are not your slave.
