Brick mason
Signed contract, owner took $2000 as deposit to build a brick retaining wall in my backyard. Brick was delivered. Not a single brick has been laid in 45 days. Kept promising to complete the work week after week. He then gave his word he would complete the wall on 17-October. He did not show up or call. He has refused to return my deposit. My Facebook account was hacked! I found out that someone used my account and posted absurd things on other people walls, then someone sent terrible messages to people from my friends list. I changed the password, but it did not help and about two weeks later the same thing happened again. I never gave my password to anyone, I am the only person who knows it. I contacted Facebook support and asked for help but they ignored me!

Pomeranian puppy
I purchased a puppy from this breeder few months ago. It was a black and tan cute puppy. The breeder reassured me that my puppy is healthy and she sells healthy dogs without genetic disorders.
My almost 7 months old puppy was diagnosed with BLACK SKIN DESEASE ! This is when your dog's fur fells out and never grows back. I contacted Christina Stahl and her family, but they will bot even talk to me. I asked for some refund or a puppy replacement. They blocked me on Face Book, they don't answer my phone calls. I would never, ever recommended this breeder to anyone. I am contacting AKC and USDA so hopefully someone can check their place. The dogs are living in bad conditions, the house and a dog run is dirty and dog's feces are everywhere. You have to watch where you step. When I arrived to pick up my puppy, Christina told me that they were remodeling and that's why they had such a mess. But I went there again hoping to talk to someone a month ago, and the conditions were even worse. What a shame! PLEASE PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM BREEDER!
When l contacted this breeder about a puppy she was selling, not only was her price higher than l think reasonable, but when l asked if the pop's parents were on site because I'd like to see them and take pictures for my puppy baby book, they told me they DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO COME TO THEIR HOME. She gave a nonsense reason, but said they could meet us with the puppy and bring the parents. Any other breeder that is reputable encourages us to come to their kennel. That is a huge red flag for me. I believe they must be a puppy mill and/or conditions are very unacceptable. Will not buy from her. Looking for a rescue which l think better anyway. We just want a pet to love. Don't want to give one cent to these people that are fishy at best, and apparently have history of selling sick puppies.

This is so sad. I have one of their poms. the puppy was worm and flee infested. I had no chance to check their place as the pup was shipped to me. His ears were bold without fur from insects bites. My vet and I were horrified. Its so hard for me to talk about it, the puppy died after 2 weeks. She had so many worms they were in his lungs, got to the bloodstream and heart. Please do not buy from those people. They seemed to be so nice and knowledgeable. I am heartbroken. They did not offer a replacement puppy or money back. They said the puppy left their house in a perfect condition and it was all my fault.

The person who wrote the response post is not her sister, but I am a friend as I've claimed. However, the whole point that you purposefully are missing is that the dog "purchased" was a picture from a dog in 2010 with alopecia. The "complainer" is obviously an immature person playing the vindictive game for whatever reason and is incapable of taking the blame for their own actions . That's what makes me think the person responding (saying I'm her sister lol) is the same person who just posted. The proof is irrefutable that this is not the same dog who is 7 months old if the dog picture originated in 2010. Anyone with a brain can see that. Credit card leasing - retriever merchant npc
After getting ripped off by our previous merchant. I was praising this new company NPC Retriever Merchant for not ripping us off..LOL ya right, they
paid off the prior company for us at 1000 and the credit card maching itself -Verilink cct220 was approx 80-195 on line...we have been paying them since 2013...last i knew 12 months times 100/ month was $1200. i paid off the 1000 plus the under 300 cc machine. They did not send us a PCI compliant machine last year when the whole compliant act came into play. They then proceeded to charge an additional fee for not being PCI compliant when it was their job to provide us with the correct updates. All of these credit card companies are rip offs and scams...I will never use another one...Id rather tell my customers to pay cash, and check only then to deal with the astronomical fees, bull and lies. Stealing from the small businesses who are keeping this company afloat. They should be ashamed but they aren't . Kittens
I have met Becky Long and have gotten the kitten that was claimed to be 8 weeks old, no paperwork was present (my fault but have never done that before) but told it would be sent by mail or FedEx. When asked if check up was done or vaccinations, was told yes for check up, all was fine (no paperwork ever provided afterwards for that matter) and the kitten has gotten deworming.
The little one looked way too small but I was told that she could be 7 weeks... at home found out the baby had fleas! Caller the seller and she said to put some treatment on her (at such age!) had bought one and the price is over $40 already!
Finally, after a couple of days have called and asked again the seller provide any documents for our kitten! She had met and had brought some unneeded stuff printed from the internet but no vet examination!
I harried up and scheduled vet appointment, after which had found out the kitten had to be dewormed, vaccinated and mostly has a severe infection (not just simple but very bad case!) Had been prescribed Sulfadimethoxine for 10 days! If untreated would ... don't want to say such. I have called the breeder "kitty mill" and had told as the vet suggested to let her know.
Moreover it turned out the kitten by today has barely reached 6 weeks!
What is it, am I right or what is wrong with such "breeders"?

I would not ever return kitten to her and happy we had saved her but the seller had never even offered any reimburse for all these extra expenses...

We have reasons to believe that everything on the internet about this company may be incorrect. We have heard but are not certain if it is true that some or all of the commendations from customers on their websites are just fake ads made by friends. We have heard that here have been lies to many consumers, and inferior products. Products delivered not the same as bought and promised by the store. If all this is fact, this should change.

GoFundMe Scam by Janet Diaz Quevedo
Back in September of 2015 I was mentioned by a friend at church about Janette Diaz (formerly Janette Quevedo) regarding her needing some type of special operation in order to have children. Janette was new to our church however out of sympathy I didn't hesitate to contribute to her GoFundMe account like many other did.
A couple months after I noticed Janette Diaz stopped coming to our church and I asked around about her and nobody knew her whereabouts. I curiously went to the Gofundme page and noticed she had also taken it down after having received several contributions.
Just this past weekend I heard thru the same friend that had mentioned her to me that Janette never had a baby, and also found out she has 4 kids already from a previous marriage 2 which live with her and another 2 that don't. Not that it's my business but had I known that I would have never contributed as Janette shouldn't be considering having additional kids to begin with if she isn't even caring for 2 of her existing kids.
This lady came to our church with one intention, to meet people, charm them, come up with a fake story to scam them out of money and disappear. Be very careful with this human she is a fraudster I ended up digging some more on her and also noticed she has a criminal record which includes domestic violence and a petty theft from Kohls.
I'm hoping my lesson learned will serve as a lesson to others and will pray for this individual. Proceed with great caution if approached by this individual.
This complaint is completely false. The person depicted on the photo is NOT the same person on the criminal charge. The person who created the Go Fund account was actually the husband who required the surgery. They both continue to do life at the church and are very respectable human beings who did not flee anywhere. Additionally, you are liable for a Defamation of Character Lawsuit against you in which this website specifically details you are help accountable once a judge confirms it is a valid case. I advise you to remove such false accusations from this website before this matter is addressed more seriously. Nothing is safe in the internet and just by using your ID name your IP address may be location and unveiled as the true fraud.
account "compromised" I am locked out
This is the third time in a year or so that my Facebook account has been compromised. I use the word "compromised" because I can't confirm that is is hacked. I just know I cannot access my page. Four days ago, I was using it without a problem and yesterday--BAM--I go to post and it treats me as if I am someone requesting me to be MY friend.
This also happened before back in March, 2016 and I was forced to abandon my then-existing account with 140 friends and start over again, using a different name. Facebook said my name was not legitimate even though I sent them a picture of my driver's license and partially redacted Social Security number.
It is just ridiculous the way pages just disappear. Worse than that, my old page from 2015 is still up but I have no control over it. I have tried everything. Last time, I wrote to Facebook (a real hard copy letter) and sent it FedEx and all they did was e-mail me with instructions that I can find anywhere on-line. It's pretty sad when they are raking in all that money that they can't hire a hundred or so people to serve their billions of customers. In addition, I work freelance and my clients want me to post of their FB page and now I am afraid to do so. This translates to a loss of business for me which, in turn, affects my income. I am 72 years old and don't need any more stress than I already have.

She would go from one breeder to another with getting all the tips of a learning the education in this breed that other breeders with taking over 25 years themselves to learn. Then she stabbed so many people in the back with taking a breeder to court in CO then trashing on others. She purchased all these dogs up all at one time practically, she has them living in cages as you can see on her face book. They are living in there with eating in there and drinking in there too with blankets over the top with no fans on for air ventilation and circulation. They built that pond just for them with no cleaning system on it assuring they are drinking nasty water and getting infectious conditions. Do you want to buy a puppy with that from her ask yourself? This lady is evil, look at her picture on the internet. She needs to be banned from the breeding world which I have NO idea at all why Ana from Golden Romance even sell s any of her dogs to this women being she was far warned of her. There are real breeders out there that do this in good faith of doing what is best for the breed, then you get people like Dawn Schmidt that come in the picture to run nothing but a puppy mill buying up all these dogs from others and have them living in cages. My brother and I have no idea what is going on with this lady and I wish this lady Dawn would stop her allegations she is making with her assumptions against us. Myself and my brother are trying to get through college, we stay to ourselves or we pretty much are never home due to our schooling. Dawn Schmidt and D'Lynn Goldens needs to stop slandering and trashing others out there that she does not know. She had a past acquaintance with Lori in 2015 which now resides in WA since then . Dawn is now jumping all over myself and my brother when we are trying to make a career for ourselves being our father died and our mom is permanently disabled.

When a dog was sold by my brother last year to another breeder, this lady Dawn did got involved with our sale that was between ourselves and the buyer. We never had contact with her again even though she tried emailing us in acting like she wanted to buy a dog that we had listed on puppyfind. Next thing you know we are getting threatening emails from this lady Dawn Schmidt sent through our website last night being she was blocked on our email address in the past so no further contact. due to her lack of integrity upon herself. I do not know why she has my myself, my mom, my brother, and my aunt involved with her drama that she has created with others out there herself by contacting so many of them and then getting their own feelings and vibes about her themselves. I just wish this lady would please mind her own p's and q's and get her facts and story straight before she goes around ruining others reputations. Besides the horrible grammar, and the fact is, most of what is said is inaccurate. The last picture is not even part of D'Lynn breeding program. It's probably part of theirs.

ANSWER: Yes, I told Lori from TBC Golden’s that I would not be associated with unethical breeders. She was scammed by a breeder in Europe and turned around and pulled the same scam on someone here (Teddy). I confronted her on this and she didn’t appreciate it as you can tell by this post. She is unable to move on with her life.
ANSWER: Yes I took a breeder from Colorado to court. She sold me a proven female dog for my breeding program. I was sent the wrong dog and the dog I thought I purchased never had a litter. The breeder from Colorado still cannot tell me what dog I currently have. They had 15 dogs on their property at that time, some were chipped, some here not. They cannot eliminate the dogs they still have and figure out which dog they sent.
COMPLAINT: She purchased all these dogs up all at one time practically, she has them living in cages as you can see on her face book. They are living in there with eating in there and drinking in there too with blankets over the top with no fans on for air ventilation and circulation.
ANSWER: All of our dogs live in our home and sleep in their kennels in our bedroom. Dogs are den animals and they all enjoy their own bedrooms. They do eat in their kennels but please look closely as there is no water dishes in their kennels. We live on a 1-acre lot, they have a doggy door and come and go as they please.

ANSWER: Yes, we have a pond with a filter system. We have a waterfall that feeds into the pond. Yes, we monitor the water quality of the pond. Yes, the dogs drink water from the pond. Applying for a Security Guard License
Security Elite/Enforcement Group located at 80 Broad Street, 12th Floor Suite 1202, New York, NY 10004 is a fake company. They work under different names but they always take your money and disappear. On December 23, 2013 I was scammed by them. When they call me and they acted as if they have the jobs ready as a security guard for me. But when I got to their office, they took $129 from me so I could pay for my 8 hours pre training booklet. I do want to do something because I want to hold them responsible for all the spamming and crime that they have committed. I received a Facebook message from a friend I've known for 30 years saying she had received $50, 000.00 in 6hours from Emilia M Federer, the Online Claiming Agent at Facebook. Being very skeptical I thought I'd send a friend's request to this Emily M Federer just to see what kind of scam they're running. The first message from Emilia asked for my full name, I responded with asking about me qualifying with a $78, 000. Yearly income. Emilia replied, all income levels qualify, give me your full name so I can see if you are on the WINNERS LIST. I told her to find someone who was less educated I would never give out my personal information online!

I wish to report an incident relating to some financial dealings from one agent claiming to be the Federal Government EFDA (Economic Financial Development Assistance) offering grant money to a new program called ' The Poverty Elimination Program. I received a message from a facebook user saying she had received $50, 000 in 7 hours from a Federal Government Grant Consultant by the name of Mark Smith. I communicated with the then Mr Smith and he informed me after receiving my information that I have won $40, 000 grant money. I was then linked to an EFDA Federal Government Authorisation agent and informed me that my grant money has been approved and awaiting a set date for delivery. I am told to pay a delivery fee of $800.00 in order to receive my money in 7 hours through FED Ex. I still have not send the delivery fees as yet as I need confirmation about this grant money, is it legit or not. Please let me know bout this program.

I have today received my monthly MasterCard visa statement from Bank of Valletta of triq il-kanun, Santa Vennera, Malta SVR 9030 and I notice that there is a payment for €57.56. Going back to my previous payments I notice a similar claim on the 24th March 2016 T2YXE9WBH2 for €30.49. As i have never made any such purchases I contacted my bank and they informed me that this is probably some fraud and they can't do anything about it. could you please advise?. I will be grateful if you could reply as soon as possible.

I was recently scammed of 121 skrill usd by exchanger zone website. i actually found them through Facebook.
Looking at their facebook it looked legit with good customer service and good reviews. so i thought i had gotten to a legit exchanger. i sent them a message on fb telling them i wanted to exchange skrill for paypal or western union if it was possible and the guy i spoke to said it was ok they could do the exchange for me that it will only take 5-15 mins to process.
he then asked for a screenshot of my skrill account page stating they do this so as to know legit customers, i blindly saw reason with this statement and sent the screenshot. After that he sent me an email ([protected]@hotmail.com) to transfer the 121 usd skrill funds to which i did. After getting the funds he asked for my details and told me to wait. About 10 mins later, he msgd me back that "sorry our finance department said they cannot process your transaction that i must make the funds 150 usd in total which is their minimum". This got me shocked because before i sent the funds he never said anything about any minimum amount to exchange. I then got suspicious and told him to send me back my funds to my skrill account. now he gets angry and says "sorry no refund policy" after that he stopped replying my messages and when i message him he reads the message and doesnt reply! its been 2 days now and no funds. i have been sending him messages on his fb, pleading with him for refund of my own money but THEN HE BLOCKED ME! All efforts to contact him through facebook (www.facebook.com/exchangerszone) his skype ID (exchanger.zone) and email ([protected]@exchange-zone.com) proved abortive.
So just to warn u guys if ure thinking of using this person for currency exchange. PLS DONT HE IS A PRETENDER AND A SCAM
