This place is so unorganized, I made an appointment to have my dog neutered for 35.00$. Yes, its super cheap but the customer service is terrible. This place is a half hour away from us so I called ahead of time to ask what was required of me, what can I expect of my dog before and after the operation. What do I need to bring etc etc. I get there and its a disaster, 15 dogs barking and screaming. Then I find out that I should have brought a kennel for my dog to stay in cause hes gonna be there at least 5 hours. What!! This was not told to me on the phone, all I was told was not to feed him 12 hours prior. Nothing was said to me about this turning to a whole day operation. I was told I would be called when he was ready, so I drove back home a half hour and waited for the call. No call came, I had to call them to ask about his status. At 1 oclock they told me he wouldnt be ready for at least another 2 hours and he hasnt had the operation. What has he been doing there this whole time. Probly sitting in a kennel starving to death, I made an appointment, he should have been finished hours ago. These people at J & T feed overbook and dont tell you proper information you need to know. Its 2 Oclock and hes still not done. Dont go to J & T feed, they think just becuase there cheap that they can have terrible customer service. I will never go back.
