jagex is a f*****g useless site my runescape account was stolen and i have tried for 2 weeks to get it back and they keep saying denied i am topcat33s on runescape my mate stole my account and them f*****g c**ts wont give my account back.
i am outraged and appaled by the customer service on jagex.

That's your own fault for giving out your password to someone else. It's not their fault, if you haven't provided them with recovery questions or the optional personal information how are you going to be able to prove it's your account? It's your own fault and blaming the company isn't going to get you anywhere.

I am appalled at your language... or lack of it actually. Did you: Read the rules? Set recovery questions? Set a bank PIN? NOT let your 'friends' play with your account? NOT leave your password lying around waiting to be found? Obviously your friend wasn't much of a friend now, was he? Don't abuse Jagex for your disregard in following rules. This is what that silly 'Safety First' mini-game-something was all about. Sheesh. You ignore their rules and suggestions - so they ignore you. I suggest making Grammar your new best friend. It'll be extremely helpful in life. Really. This complaint is useless.

runescape is completely runined with there SILLY update i can not belive that they did this to runescape first of all they have made the running completely rubbish the walking what fool came up with that i will never know. i have not even been on the game for 5 minutes and i dont want to play the game any more. I believe that JaGeX has not given your account back because they are having trouble proving that you are the owner of the account and not just someone who is trying to steal it by claiming it is yours.

I know its so *!!! I lost my main, I answered my recovery right, but they do what? NOTHING! Jagex get A LIFE! I hate the Tutorial Island update, It sucks! We shouldn't be forced to start out * Achiavment diary! And no dip we have to left click to go up the freakin ladder!! I loved the old tutorial better! So did many other people! I don't approve of your swearing at Jagex as..well from what i've read it's your fault your aaccount got stolen. Why do you think there is rules against account sharing/trading?. It's unfair how you put your mistakes and put it on another persons shoulder. It's rude to be honest, and it's not what people like reading.
