Jadoo Tv is scamming. I had Jadoo 2 and last year Jadoo stopped support for Jadoo 2. The last year of Jadoo 2 was cruel. It crashed immediately. There was buffering and boot time got exceptional high. I thought it is time to upgrade. I bought Jadoo 4 last May 2015 and was happy that my horrible days are gone.
Just before Christmas 2016, Jadoo 4 stopped immediately. After boot screen, nothing worked except youtube. I gave call to customer support and was sent a file for upgrade which crashed everything after installation. Even youtube stopped working. Here the dirty game started by Jadoo. I was asked to send back the box to Toronto and pay $50 for another refurbished unit. I talked to couple of my friends and came to know that I am not alone in this boat. It seems that Jadoo TV has run a campaign and intentionally blocked number of Jadoo boxes to collect money. The boxes are physically good without any hardware problems. The boxes were working partially which stop after so called update files. This is just a money collecting scam which might run unless Jadoo 5 comes out and Jadoo TV will collect money this way.
I request everyone to share their true experience so that Jadoo TV does not play dirty games with other customers.

I bought jadoo 4 for 160$ used it for six months aftet six months stopped working called jadoo tv support they said ship it to their address i did after two weeks they sent a replacement, the replacement that i received was not working called them again they said send it we will send you another one but i did not received it i called them everyday they were not answering my call even that no one was ahead of me, after that kept emailing them did not received any call back now its been three months did not received my jadoo one day i received call from them told me i have to pay them another 70$ then i am going to receive my jadoo it looked like scamming to me and stopped dailing with them, my recommendation to those who want buy jadoo tv please stop buying it dose not worth a penny get anything else but not this product

It seems that they are deceiving customers by applying some funky updates.
The box will work as long it is under 1 year warranty. When 1 year warranty expires; they will send an auto update to the box which will cause box to not work and you will be forced to pay for the replacement.
This is exactly what happened to my box when it's warranty expired.
Right on the 13th month; i start to notice some weird updates and then it started to lose channels. Another auto update and all channels disappeared. I called customer service and they emailed me a firmware update with instructions to install the update. I updated the firmware and i was shocked to see my entire system frozen which never came back up. I contacted the customer service again and they told me it needed to be replaced and i will have to pay for the replacement device.

i bought jadoo tv they promished to us we can watch bangald tv and cricket wourld cup also some indian channel we been watching fewdays now they stop suddenly. i like to say please no body buy this product. thanks

It's pure ### what they do. To sale they do everything but after that they sit back and relax. ###s run this company and we are stupider to give into they scam. Warranty or no warranty no help. Their return policy is 14 days. It's been 72 hours since my first email but no answer, a big shocker right ;-) I think reporting to consumer's affair is the only way out. The more complains they get in their office against Jadoo tv, they are more likely to shut it down.
i have purchased jadoo TV after one month, the box will not work any more when i called the technical support, they said my box is not covered under warranty any more because the store purchased it the unit over six months ago. technical support said i should have known when the store bought the unit. because i have purchased the unit from a Jadoo distributor, the warranty was automatically voided! the technical support was rude and didn't assist me in any way to fix the problem and hung up the phone without any help.
I completely agree with you. This thing is illegal and the government should take action to shut it down. It is absurd to even thinking about that product. The name Jadoo (magic) explains that its meant to cheat people.
Please get rid of this thing from the market.

This company sold a tv adapter promising the telecast of International channels (Sports and Asian Channels specifically) through internet streaming. They informed that what they were doing is absolutely legal. Since 4 days of my purchase of this product, none of the channels are showing up as promised. They said that they have a return policy of 2 week...
