I have been a registered user of gaming site Jackpot Joy, for 1 year, of that year, approximately 8 months playing. Jackpot Joy actively advertises an 'average 95% payout rate', my query/complaint is, as a player with over 10k+ in losses over 8 months playing (yes should have cut my losses a long time ago..)...the statement 'average 95% payout rate' what does this actually mean and on what findings is this statement based on? I (obviously wrongly) assumed the statement meant on average expect a 5% loss on any monies staked, however, based on my own account and others I have spken too, I would have to now assume this statement means 'expect on average a 95% loss'. I fully understand my gambling is my own responsibility and they are by no means leagally binding themselves by claiming an 'average' payout rate, I do, and am sure others also do, find this statement extremely misleading tho. I have contacted Jackpot Joy twice now regarding the basis of this statement, have yet to receive a reply. As a company audited in the UK (another statement claim on their site) surely they should be able to back up this statement with relevant facts and figures, rather than openly stating a rather random and misleading fact in order to pull in unsuspecting and rather niave customers. Do they have to (every day/week/month/year) evaluate their payout rate in order to be allowed to actively promote this fact on their site or are statements like this allowed to be aired without any regulation or backup findings? Any advice on whether this is a case of false advertising would be very much appreciated.

Excellent site, the 1 stars are from people who lose on it, are not responsible and are liars. I put £10 per week, and i have won jackpots of 4k and the odd 100 from 20p, keep lying people.

This is fraud, complain to the host and they ban you from talking, complain to their customers service they check the history and the winning does not show up, thats amazing how they can fiddle that ! The winning was approx £30/40 wow wee not the best they can offer but its principal, they take your monies easily and when it comes to pay out they do not pay !

From what I'm reading. It's seeming all to true. And upon finding out about my partner since 28th Dec to today has spent £5, 548 yes and that over nearly 4 months and only a win of £100 is insane. And what's even more annoying is that she has no idea I know this. And as far as she is aware I'm none the wiser regards it. And what prompted me to question this was the amount of money she earns and gets but constantly needs to borrow money from me. And you wonder how I know this information. Well as underhanded as it is I kinda guessed passwords for phone and the bank login via app. Found this out in black and white. And to be honest how would any go about approaching this matter with her..?! anyway this is my post on the subject. So people do not get sucked in.

Its gambling, the local slot machine does not pay you back 95% every time, it has to be averaged out. If it wasn't what is the point in putting a quid in to get 95p back? Defeats the object of gambling. JPJ has sacked plenty of money from me but know your limits and stick to them. Keep playing to once a month to a set limit. I don't know if it's a correlation but if I don't deposit for 2/3 month and play £40 I can easily end up over £100 last night I deposited 30 and withdrew 420. But there have been other times I've been raped. Its just luck.

I've won a few times on jackpot joy mostly winning was [protected] over 1000 several times I've give it all back by betting and betting on slits hoping and thinking I'll get it back or a big win last month I won 500 gave it all back I wanted my money back but low and behold like a complete idiot kept depositing then my card declined 900 later and all my wages gone felt sick and no bin win for the 500 won and blew and meven depositing 900 and nothing I got a bonus of 160 and guess what no win off that neither I cd of jumped off a bridge I even got a loan yes my own stupidity and my own fault yes I should if banked and yes you can set deposits I've learnt my lesson it's all take take take I've withdrawn 800 but I can assure they've probably had about 8 grand off me 😠😠😠 so yes its false advertisement especially how do you justify putting 900 in total deposited and no big win back never again 😠

Totally agree i used to play bingo on there i swear they have fake accounts playing seems to be alot of the same people winning and if i won that much i wouldn't need to play it anymore, I've been left with max (60 tickets) with 4 1 to goes for over 8 numbers and someone with 6 to go will win hardly seems real to me given this person won on the other bingo game i was on a moment ago and won that to.

I think jackpotjoy is a ripoff, won a little lost a lot, gave up for three months and they coaxed me back in with a small bonus, won a little and lost over £1400 in two weeks 50p spins, wan#ers fu#ckin pi#sed me right off... Wont be playing again, there crappy random number generator is far from random its specifically generates very low numbers... And its called randy and biometrically connected to a chicken that lays an egg now and again for a random nobhead to win a really small amount... What really gets on my tits is when they give you a free 10p in chat, cheeky f#ckers know we are tramps through there distraction theft. Well my advice is give up before you start. Gambling addiction can be fatal causes depression anxiety breaks up families and is crap. so don't do it, plus it stops you from prospering. From tonight I gave up, no more... no more of there addictive candy crush style format game play with mind control colours, hypnotic motions and chat games that encourage you to click as fast as you can... tramps... O and another thing, if you withdraw you forfeit loyalty points despite deposit amounts. And the sods change deposit bonus terms out of the blue to mislead and encourage more deposits. Time to go now God Bless and be safe.

Each time I have played in Jackpot Joy, I have written down the names of winners for the 1st line, 2 lines and full house. To my dismay I noticed there was a pattern with the winning names. The first time I played Jackpot Joy Sapphire Bingo at 10p a ticket, I thought this was great!. I was so wrong, I saw ID names reappearing time and time again, I thought I would do a little experiment, so I had a month break before playing round 2...OMG when I purchased the 3rd lot of tickets I noticed same winning names appearing. Its a SCAM keep well away. And Babs, stop advertising Jackpot Bingo, seriously, you are not helping the situation.

Jackpot joy stages site update notice page whilst game data is wiped along with anything else that could go against them, after complaints have given reason to enforce an audit and investigation into there alleged 95 percent payouts after computer programmers test the site!

(JPJ ONLINE CHAT) When you receive the Welcome Bonus, this has a wagering requirement attached which needs to be met before you can make any withdrawals. The bonus lasts for a month and any bonus funds are removed after this time if this wagering requirement is not met. Helen F: So you are 18% of the way through this, with £81.66 left to go. Slots do not contribute very much which is why you have not met this yet. Similarly, the Deal or No Deal scratchcard game contributes the same. Slots and Instant Win games contribute only 5% of any bet made to the wagering requirement. This means that for every £1 bet on a slots or instant win game, only 5p contributes to the required amount. You would have to bet 20 times your wagering requirement to achieve it this way. Helen F: Bingo is the easiest way of meeting this requirement as 100% of any bet made on this contributes to the tally. What this means is that if you bet your target amount on Bingo, you will have met this and you are then able to withdraw any winnings. Other games do not contribute as much and it may take more money or longer to meet it playing on those. Snap, Super Snap, Blackjack, Baccarat and Hi-Lo are all exempt and do not contribute anything. Helen F: There is plenty of time to meet this though, whichever game you play.
(MY RESPONSE): providing of course that the games are played. Is there anywhere on the talk talk site this information is available before adding funds?
(JPJ ONLINE CHAT):You can check out our helpful FAQs section, which provides information on the Welcome Bonus, as well as the terms and conditions at the bottom of the homepage. Helen F: The link for the FAQs is; https://jackpotjoy.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2542. You can keep track of your progress at any time in the withdrawals section.
( MY OFFLINE COMMENT): Do not waste your money. There is little joy to be had. If anyone can explain the wagering system that makes sense, be my guest.

I am a software engineer and I can tell you that anyone who gambles online and thinks it is going to be fair is an idiot. It is a hell of a lot easier to rig games that only exist in a virtual environment. There are no wheels, dice, cards, just bytes controlled by the operator.
In physical casinos, the odds are in the house's favour, everyone knows that. They don't like winners either and they also take measures to ensure that they get more than 5%.
These companies could operate to the letter of 95% (I think this is based on the notion that a casino should expect to reap a 5% margin on all turnover) and make money, but greed is what makes us human, not our opposable thumbs ;) The rules state that someone has to win 95% of the turnover - and they are not allowed to be employees, directors, etc of the company. Do the auditors check past the fact that payouts are logged in the books and to whom they are made?
I did a similar roulette experiment to that describe above. I designed a program that would give a very small gain over time. If losses were made, they too were small. Testing this against my own roulette simulation, I could expect to win. Problem is, I wouldn't be able to take my laptop into a casino! So I tested it against an online casino on freeplay setting. I'm not an idiot and I would have expected to win even without software, but I did get better results. Sure enough when I turned to live play, the numbers started to adopt an obvious fixed pattern that were avoiding your placements.
The only chance you have to win is if the programmers make a mistake.
Online gambling should be banned and so should advertising. It exploits the weak-willed.

What is everyone talking about. You are on a gambling site! Only the house wins.
Your feeding a lion and then expecting to get your food back? Pardon the expression. I've worked for such companies... how do you think the make their millions? They make it from you! If you think the site is fixed why are you still playing on it? Don't lose your money because you made a bad choice and then complain about it just stop doing it.

I had 2 strokes some months ago and I got playing on JP Joy and lost my whole life savings. The problem I have is I didnt know this until my bank contacted me, I was suicidal, when I asked them for help in light of my having TWO strokes and was having blackouts daily for days on end into weeks and weeks, they just closed my account. Yep, I agree, their "random" number generator is anything but RANDOM. I have won a few times over the last couple of years and only once had to contact them to get my winnings BUT after a win of any reasonable size you will win nothing for ages...that aint random. Remember its all run by computers, they talk to each other so I'm guessing that once your computer ip address shows on their computer as having won £50 or more, your computer is then barred from winning any large amount for quite some time or until you have lost a few hundred pounds or more. They don't force you to play of course but, yes it can be addictive trying to win enough money to make a difference in your life.I think their clain of 95% payout also includes wins of 5p when you have bet 20 to 40p per spin or go on whatever you are gambling on. That is one thing I really believe is unfair, if you win, all wins should be bigger than the stake you put on or it isn't a win...its a loss.

OH TRUST ME- Jackpot joy is a huge fake! I have put on nearly 1, 200 quid on because my Sister kept telling me- I'd win it back. Every-time I go on there, I get nothing. They lure you in at the beginning- at the very beginning- I put 10 quid on and won 300- this was the only time I won ever- and it was with the money they gave you as a first time player. Since then 1, 200 gone. I hope they are pleased with themselves- I'm going to forward a complaint to them but THEY Don't listen! Stay away from this website!

I too have tried the covering of all but a couple of numbers on the roulette table only for the ball to fall in the uncovered numbers or 0. Tried it quite a few time and agree that the "random" number generator is not as random as they would have you believe. Also tried the odd/even and red/black bets they are the same. Slots, well in the beginning I seemed to win a few even as much as £50 once. However over the last few months JPJ has taken everything I've deposited and swallowed it all up. £50 on the trot with the biggest 1 off win of £5 odd. Ever notice when you mention anything like this in the chats they cut you off instantly, that shouldn't be allowed either as people have the right to know if others are being fleeced so they can make an assessment too

Setting up a JackpotJoy complaint petition for everybody who wants to be better informed, and wants JPJ to explain how random their number generator is, how, despite repeated efforts, many many players remain so unlucky.

If you want to join this petition, please email me at 'bassc001@hotmail.com' with subject of JPJ Petition.

Anybody you know, or speak with on any gaming site that you speak with who have had a similar issue, please also get in touch. If the number reaches 1000, then clearly there is something needs to be done, and they need investigating.

Been duped by the so called random roulette at JPJ myself on MANY occasions. Cant count the number times the first bet (after I covered most of the board) turns up O.

These "not random" events were proven by me time and time again as the "slots" mini game in bingo used to ALWAYS drop at least a £5 win in with a £1 stake when you just joined. 10 family and friends cant be wrong - we all got the "Dangled Carrot"...

Shame on you JPJ.

Iv been playing a few squid on Jackpot joy and im sure the games are fixed so that it may start off good to give you the illustion that you have a chance and then it all goes out the window and thats not due to me increaseing the amount i bet but just always seem to be losing rather then gaining any winnings.

Take Roulette for instance, started off well then the numbers that started to come up were impossible, had £40 squid up and was doing £1 bets now i was choosing "odd" for about 7 games and kept rolling in "even" so changed to "even" then it came up "odd" for 1 turn so then decided to do 1 game odd and the next even and EVERY TIME! it kept rolling in the opposite to what i was picking for about 15 games which is not possible anless its being governed by some kind of computer system. After being fustrated by this i thought i would test the game so put chips covering almost every number on the board apart from about 3 of the numbers now that means i was covering 33 of 36 numbers and guess what it managed to land on one of the 3 numbers i didn't cover... this happened twice in a row... "what the hell" I do not think these games are random i believe its fixed, iv had about £80 go down the drain which i know is just a small change "Thank God" bare in mind i was playing £1 games. Its been the same ### everytime. Now if it was random then shouldn't i find myself on the winning side at least once or twice, im always down and im sure im not that unlucky...

Anyway have come to the conclustion that i wont be spending any more time with Jackpot No Joy and will either play in a real casino where i know the ball will land random as theirs more then just me playing at any one time so can't be fixed as someones gonna win no matter what or will join the guys on the TV who use a real Roulette table and will also involve other players so at anyone time all numbers are likley to be covered anyway :)
