Jack In The Box really bad service

I went to jack like 3 weeks ago. With 5 other friends we placed our order but it was not complete the cashier sounded pissed off so I drove to the next window, once their I told the lady which I believe her name was Yolanda that our order was not complete. She replied that's all you ordered and we said no you missed a few things, she replied with and attitude and said no I didn't. She closed the window and came back gave us our food and said bye and I told her our order was not complete she ignored me and tiold her that's not the way to treat a custumer let me speak to your manager and she said oh that's him right here which was next to her. I asked him what's up with your cashier that's no way to treat a custumer and the manager him self, gave me tha middle finger and told me ### you and they closed the window and where back their laughing, in the mean time I was checking my food and they didn't give me my full order so I tried to get their attention but they ignored me so I went around a busted their window. Charges may be filed at me. But I feel like the employees that where their that night should pay some kind of consequences too. I know I did wrong but Jack should do something about this situation because even though I did wrong that's no way to treat a custumer I believe they owe me an apology to better yet drop the charges against me if they do file them.

Jack In The Box worst place in the world

I went to Jack in The Box on Wurzbach rd in san antonio Texas on Nov 5th 2009 with a friend, we ordered some food to sit in eat at the dinning area. I ordered a simple burger with ketchup that I had to take back 3 times because they could not get it right. We could not sit long for the employees they had working were carrying on as though they were in a circus, very loud, cussing and throwing things around. I complained to the manager on duty that night, Sara was her name, she was very rude acted as if I had no right to complain. Not to mention while talking to me she was scratching her head, no gloves then walked over and picked up frys to put in the box, how disgusting. She could not even give me the correct change from a 5 dollar bill! This is one disgusting place, one of the worst fast food restraunts I have ever seen!

Jack In The Box bad customer service

If you value good customer service and the safety of the food you eat, you will not go to this one. On nov 5th 2009 around 9pm I stopped in for a bite to eat. I sat with my friend in the dinning area for 10 minutes before we had to leave, we could not stand watching the immature employees they had working carry on as if they were in a circus! I ordered a simple cheeseburger with only ketchup and I had to take it back 3 times to get it right. The immature manager on duty, a rude manager she was, must say one of the most rudest ones I have ever seen! Not only was she rude but she could not count change from a 5 dollar bill. And she reeked as if she just came from hitting the bong. I will drive 10 miles out of my way to get a dollar burger before I will ever eat at that place, the employees were very unsanitary, the manager girl scratches her head then picks frys up and puts in the box, no gloves. It is disgusting, stay away from this one!

Jack In The Box - customer service 18220 Dallas Pkwy Dallas, TX 75287
I work 3rd shift off of Dallas parkway, I visit this location at least once a week. I am lactose intolerant; I ordered 6 regular tacos and 4 without cheese with extra lettuce. When I got back to work all tacos had cheese, this is the third time this has happen in the last 6 weeks, the last 2 times I just gave the food to someone else. This time I took the food back, but did not have a receipt since I was not given one. Let me be clear it is 4 am in the morning, the attendant refused to replace the product since I did not have a receipt. This was the final blow for me. I will not be doing business with that location ever again.
Sad it was only 2$ worth of tacos

Jack In The Box coffee, cream, & sugar please

I'd love to like Jack in the Box. As far as fast food goes, they have lots of variety and some healthier options. However, I am extremely frustrated by their breakfast service, and lousy management/corporate customer service.

Sorry guys, but putting cream & sugar in someones coffee during drive through service isn't an optional request for most people. It might seem petty, but once you are handed a coffee with lid, removing the lid will always cause dripping due to condensation from the hot coffee. This is the point where I not only burn myself, but I mess up my car, as well.

In addition, there is rarely a place to pull forward at a Jack in the Box restaurant in order to add the ingredients before driving; sugar packets are messy, and cream containers are difficult to open without spilling. My car is a mess after coffee service at Jack in the Box -- every single time! I have made the simple request to have the cream & sugar added at multiple locations and I always get attitude for making the request.

Most of the other fast food restaurants offer to add cream & sugar for you, but Jack in the Box won't even do it if asked. I have complained to both management and corporate customer service with no results. So, I drive a mile out of my way to get coffee and breakfast from McDonald's.

Jack In The Box bad service wrong order served

Ordered two sourdough jack meals with diet coke and coke to go... First, the girl tried to serve a larger drink than we ordered. Then, after leaving and getting 10 miles down the road, I opened my sandwich. It consided of two piecec of sour dough bread, a hamburger patty and tomato with the special sauce for this sandwich. Both sandwiches were fixed this way. Neither had cheese, lettucs or bacon like they should have had.
We were in a hurry as we had to be somewhere at a certain time... Thus... The "to go order".
We feel this is totally unacceptable and the owner should get back to us with some type of replacement.
The order was at 2:11:42. There is a name on the ticket. It is mitchell.

Jack In The Box discusting food

On 6 October after we had finished work we stopped at the East Bremerton Jack in the Box to grab a bite to eat and we waited and waited for help after ordering it took 35 minutes to receive our Breakfast meal (FAST FOOD?) Then upon receiving it and opening the containers the so called french toast sticks were burnt, as well as the hash browns the oil that dripped from them was older than who know it was brown in color and stained everything it touched the brown color. This was our 1st time at Jack in the Box will we return Don't think so.

Jack In The Box commercial disgusting

Jack in the Box advertising and all others involved in your new commercial ...
We have always enjoyed your commercials. They are cute and catchy.
But this new one is so offensive. We are a Christian family and carefully watch what my grandchild watchesand selectives about what we watch. We are not Jesus freaks... just concernd Christiens.
With this new commercial I was totally disgusted when we saw the clothes coming off and men and women in only their underwear.
The last thing that a fast food restaurant needs is smut, nudity and degrading peoples values.
I know that we have enjoyed Jacks food in the past ...BUT WE WILL NEVER EAT AT OR SUPPORT THEM IN ANY WAY. NEITHER WILL MANY MEMEBERS OF OUR CHURCH. WE EVEN REMOVED THE JACK HEAD FROM OUR ANTENNA..
I feel they owe americans an apology for the sexual assault on us and our children in order to sell a product that sells itself.
Please let the advertising gurus know that they went way to far down the wrong path.
Thank you for your time, Rhoda L. Lindeman

My husband and I have a little child. The commercials used to be cute. This one was degrading and very disrespectful. I do not want my child to think her daddy met her mommy at a bar while flashing boobs! What is the point of this commercial but to teach children to have no morals. The commercial with the trashy flashing woman was directed toward Jack's child.

It's really not that big of a deal. I'm sure your kids hardly view it as "sexual" at all and it is MOST definitely not a "sexual assault." I see where you're coming from, but it's not like every time you eat a Whopper you endorse people in their underwear in public. It's just a sandwich, and it's just a commercial. They're not cooking your food in their underwear. For all you know the sandwich makers go to work commando.

I'm not going to even comment on how men and women in their underwear could be considered smut, or the fact that if you do believe in God that the view of his creation's bodies should be a beautiful experience. I will say that there is this wonderful part of your television called the "off" switch. If you don't like what you see, change the station.

Yesterday went to Jack-In-The Box to get five smoothies. Was told by manager could not offer discount, that was advertised on window 1/2 off from 2-4 p.m. There was no mention of coupons on window or anywhere. The manager said she could not offer me discount. I am complaining that I should have been offered discount based on advertisement on TV and on window of Jack-In-The Box restaurant.

THE JACK IN THE BOX ON WURZBACH RD IN SAN ANTONIO IS A JOKE! IF YOU VALUE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY FOOD YOU WILL WANT TO AVOID THIS ONE! THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE NASTY AND VERY UNSANITARY, THE EVENING SHIFT IS LIKE A CIRCUS IN THERE WITH A BUNCH OF CLOWNS TRYING TO COOK YOUR FOOD. THE NIGHT MANAGER IS A RUDE IMMATURE GIRL WHOM CAN NOT COUNT CHANGE, NOR CAN SHE DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMERS IN A PROFESSIONAL MATURE MANNER. I WILL DRIVE 10 MILES OUT OF MY WAY TO GET A DOLLAR BURGER BEFORE I WILL EVER EAT AT THAT DISGUSTING JACK IN THE BOX AGAIN, I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME!

Jack In The Box commercial in spanish language

For 3 weeks now one of my favorite shows on tv runs a commercial for jack in the box. No problem Except the commercial is run in spanish only! Are you kidding me. The channel I watch is all in english so why would I want a commercial in spanish or any other language for that fact. I called Jack in the box regional and district and they still have not pulled it or changed it to english Last time I checked this was America, Talk about not reaching your target audience and insulting the generations of Americans aho came to this country and learned english. JAck in the box is boycooted by everyone we know now. Yes its a fact we have a lot of mexicans in this country but why am I having their language shoved down my throat.

I came here specifically because I just had an experience at Jack In The Box. I live in a predominately Black neighborhood. I went to Jack In The Box and noticed through the drive-thru that every worker was Hispanic. Then it dawned on me that every Jack In The Box that I go to in the Los Angeles area has mostly Spanish workers and it seems like they choose the one with the thickest accent to work the drive-thru. It definitely seemed discriminatory so I decided to go online and see if anyone else noticed this. I officially will not be eating at Jack In The Box until they change things.

"Maybe" Jack in the Box is letting people know who their target audience really is. Most of the workers at the Jack in the Box locations that I have gone to are Hispanic, which I think is discriminative, especially when the people who purchase their food are extremely diverse in race. "If" Jack in the Box prefers or favors Hispanics over other races, maybe they should be honest about it and just post it on their website and doors. That way people can take their business/money elsewhere.

I live in Washington state. My husband and I just watched a jack in the box commercial all in Spanish. I am truly offended. I can understand these conmecials on HISPANIC TELEVISION and some Spanish commercials by the Mexican boarder. But by the CANADIAN BOARDER?! ridiculous.
it needs to be pulled off English only channels and aired only on Hispanic television channels.
I now will not eat at jack in the box and will spread the word to family and friends to boycott eating there as well.

It may not be in the Constitution, nor in any amendments. But, it still doesn't make it right in some peoples opinions does it td577. Guess what I am trying to get at that in some ways if this does not make Americans feel somewhat upset or offeded, then I guess we as Americans have truly lost touch with who we are. Personally, I was born in America therefore I am American and speak the language this country taught me... which is (wait for it) ENGLISH! Lived here all my life. Also, I Speak German and French fluently - so picking up a fourth language such as Spanish is not the issue. Its the morals we have as Americans we need to uphold - If I wanted to watch Spanish commercials - I would move south of the border now wouldn't I?

By the way according to a U.S. English website I stumbled across, the following states have existing official language laws on their books: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming. Look at that... your own state of good ol' North Dakota has the law on their books. Interesting!

Don't get me wrong td577 - I am fully aware America consists of North and South America, and english is just one of the languages spoken on this continent. But come on, this is still our America, that's if you are truly American. The Mexican heritage feels just as strong about this issue and their country... so is it so wrong that we Americans feel so strongly about ours?

Yes, when I too saw this commercial - I was completely discouraged and upset to the fact this is allowed to happen here. After all, this is America right or at least It was the last time I checked. I agree if I wanted to learn a second language, mainly Spanish, I would. But to have to sit through a commercial in our country and have to listen to that is truly UN... AMERICAN!

Who do we need to contact to get this crap off American TV's?

Re: discrimination, harassment, intimidation and my safety in this store.
I am writing you to let you to let you know about the unfair practices of the harassment, and discrimination, intimidation, that went on in your store this morning, I have actually been enduring this for the past 3 years from one of your staff employee, named Jennifer out of the store :
94 East Cross timbers, (Fulton and cross timbers intersection) Houston, Texas 77022, [protected].
I come into this store on a regular basis. I live down the street, and walk in there often, sometimes several times in the day. I am attending the local community college up the street from this store, Houston community College.
I came in this morning for my usual breakfast, and bought 2 99cent tacos and 2 large cokes. Then my son decided he wanted an order of tacos, so we paid for that also. 2 separate tickets.
I went up to the counter when my name was called. And Jennifer said that I had to have my receipt to show I paid for the food. I did not have the receipt. I noticed, when she called on other peoples orders, she did not ask them for a receipt. It seemed that it was only for white people. If at all. Normally, when everyone else is there, they never ask me for a receipt. Only Jennifer. This seems to be an ongoing pattern with her.
This was done I feel in sheer harassment by Jennifer I feel. She was not asking anyone else in the store, if they had their receipt. Why does she asked them for a receipt when the order is already paid for, and what if I had thrown my receipt in the trash can then sat down after ordering?
Then I had to produce the receipt. Then later, when I went in for lunch, I noticed, she asked customer for a receipt because she saw me standing there, but did not ask anyone else. I feel she does this because I am white. Then I noticed at number 475, 476, 478 ticket numbers, that were called this afternoon, she did not ask them for receipts, but only the white people in this pattern. 474 was a white guy, and she asked for his receipt. So it is a pattern with her, of asking white people for a receipt. At least it was today at lunch.
I have also had a lot of problems with her in this store in the past. She has made constant ongoing disparaging remarks in regards to my teeth. Telling me I look absolutely terrible, they look really bad, and she says this really loud where everyone standing at the counter will take notice. I am in the process of getting my teeth fixed at this time; I don’t have the money for them. This is very humiliating and distressful.
She comments on how ragtag my clothes are. She says I never come in and look nice. Why? I walk there, and wear old clothes, because sometimes I walk and it is hot and I get sweaty.
She is very intimidating.
I have also noticed there are no white people that work in this store at all, and it doesn’t appear to meet the equal opportunity requirements for this store. I feel I am being zeroed out by Jennifer due to my race and ethnicity. This is a predominately Hispanic run store.

Also, on Wednesdays my child support shows up on the prepaid card Visa, , from the office of attorney general; and I take my son into this jack in the box, and use this card, so it registers how the money is being spent. It seems at times, that when the money is not there, Jennifer has waited on me,
She Comments really loud “YOU BROKE! YOU BROKE!” It is quite embarrassing, and then I pull a $ 20.00 dollar bill out of my pocket and pay for the food. Then I end up with a homeless person coming in when she is there, and come up to me and ask me for money, and ask me if” I can spare a dollar or buy them some food. “? Then they say “I know that you have money”
This seems to happen like clockwork. I would appreciate it if you could look into this practice; I am concerned as if she is setting me up to get robbed by a homeless person.
It happens every time I am in the store, when Jennifer is there when she is working the store by herself, as manager on duty.
I am highly concerned. I had a homeless man one time come to the store and to the booth I always sit in- and I was ignoring him, and he comes up to me and points his finger in my face, and says “I am talking to you!” really loud. I am very concerned over this. Every time the money does not show up on the child support prepaid visa, and is declined and I whip out the cash to pay, this happens every time, and Jennifer says that every time, “YOU BROKE!. I am starting to get very concerned for my safety in this store. I am concerned if this treatment is premeditated, and planned or sheer coincidental.
I am concerned also with every time I go into this store, it seems that the homeless people come in and ask me and everyone else as well, if “they have a dollar to spare.” I can’t even eat a meal without having this episode of the homeless coming in. Why is there not security in this store? To eliminate this problem?

I would appreciate if you would investigate this matter to eliminate such outrageous conduct for myself, and maybe perhaps others that may have suffered similar abuse.

I did report all these complaints with in the last 3 years, and nothing has been done, at all. These complaints fall on deaf ears. The recent complaint number is 248754 & 248757 were filed on today’s, date, and the rest can be found under my phone number. I have reported this and reported this treatment to no avail, and it seems that nothing is being done.
Other staff has seen her treatment this way many many times. It seems that nothing is done. I have reported it to the managers and it still goes on to no avail.
I would like to know why I am being judged in this store. I am a paying customer. Why does it matter what I look like?
I am always treated in an arbitrary manner when Jennifer is there. I ask myself why I continue to go to this store. There is not one anywhere else.
When I called into your customer service to report this complaint, I was asked by Andy the customer relations supervisor, if I know Jennifer outside this store. I told him No I don’t.
I don’t know her, Jennifer at all or anyone in this store outside of this store.
However, in light of the forgoing, I usually get exemplary service from everyone else in this store, Jessica, Martha, and Girget and all other staff.
I would request that either you or your representative contact me in regards to these issues in attempt to resolve these issues, in an amicable fashion to avoid expensive and protracted litigation.
Hopefully, this can be avoided; I thank you for your immediate attention and cooperation in this matter.

Jack In The Box false advertising

I purchased several food items from the Jack in the Box in Page, Arizona on Sunday evening August 9, 2009. The amounts posted on the drive-thru displays and the amounts charged were different on several of the items.

When I asked the drive-thru cashier if a mistake had been made, she replied that the manager charges more than the displays. She stated that there is nothing she can do about it.

It is very concerning that the pricing is misleading and it really amounts to cheating the public.

I appreciate your attentiuon to this matter.

Thank you,

Jack In The Box rude employees

My husband and I pull into Jack in the Box where I order 30 tacos. The girl on the intercom says "WHYYYY?" I say, " Because I want 30 tacos". So We pay at the window, where she asks us to pull around to the front, which, we do. When we pulled around front we saw some pictures of some new products that we decide that we also, want to try. My husband walks through the door and is greeted with "It will be a few minutes, some IDIOT just ordered 30 tacos!" My hubby says " That's me" Well, to the Managers credit, he tried to make up for the damage that his employee did, which, at this time. was not going to happen. Let this be a lesson to all, think before you speak! Will we go back there? YES, we like the food and the prices. Will we laugh every time we do? YES! Cost for laughter? PRICELESS! Thanks for letting me vent!

my son and i paid for two meals 2 nights ago. my fault for not checking the back before i left, but when i got home, only one meal and fries were in bag. i called to let them know i was not given what i paid for. I was promised a replacement meal next time i went to their restaurant. they asked for my name so when we came back they would be able to help me. two days later when my son went to get the meal. he was given a really hard time and told they did not have any record of this. he had a hard time getting them to honor this meal replacement. when he got home and told me how difficult they were i decided to call and ask for management so i could let them know of the 2 incidences .when i called the store and asked to speak to a manager, the clerk simply sat the phone down without saying one moment please, or can you hold? about 20 seconds later she picked the phone up and said can she take a message? I nicely said no, i would prefer to wait. she sat the phone down, again without saying one moment or hold please!, i sat on it for 20 minutes . i could hear them talking about personal things, one clerk telling about how she received a nasty text and so on and so on...I finally decided to drive over to their store to let management know about the 2 prior issues and then the 3rd being treated like my phone call and request to speak to management was of no importance or concern to the clerk that answered the phone. what started out to be a simple error in an order turned out to be a major issue due to lack of concern and rudeness of the employees and management. I'm sure my not going back will not phase them one way or the other, but i refuse to give my hard earned money to a resaurant that treats their customers like they are a nuisance.

WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT:
Get whateever verified information you can. Tel number or physical address. Depending on your information use it and inform them not to contact you again. Get a caller id with recording for when you are not at home. Ask them to send you a letter. When they do write back and demad they stop calling. Do not mention anything about a lawsuit. Let think you are stupid. Contact an appropriate attorney specializing in the service the company is involve with that is calling you. The attorney will tell you what to do next. I did this with 2 bill collectors and got $2000.

I went to Jack in the Box and TRIED to order a hamburger deluxe and the girl was a rude witch. (but you know what she really is)...my son said he wanted cheese and I told the girl just to give him a hamburger deluxe...3 TIMES she screams in a very snotty way-'HE JUST SAID HE WANTS CHEESE'...I once again repeated myself...then I said I wanted a small coke and she said they didn't have coke, sprite or dr. pepper...I asked her what she does have...you guessed it...she repeats 3 TIMES...we don't have coke, sprite and dr. pepper..you want me to list them for you? then she says..go look...i don't know what we have to drink...go look over there, go look over there...I was very polite to her and then I told the boys lets go somewhere else...I asked her name and she sticks her name tag it me like I don't know how to read...then as I am walking out she yells-What do u expect me to do, list them for you> I don't understand how I can tell you what's there...what a witch...disrespectful punk brat that will never amount to anything. she should move over so some of these people with college degrees and class can at least make 7 bucks an hour, instead of some ungratefull lil friggin *itch

Jack In The Box employee araceli

On Friday, July 31, 2009 at 10:34:58pm JIB#3332 I went to Jack in the Box drive thru # 192. I've been to this drive thru before & my order has always been fine. Unfortunately, that was not the case this last time. Araceli, the person handing me the food was so rude!
I had ordered curly fries & she handed me regular fries. I told her that I wanted curly fries & that they had got the order wrong. She made an angry face & asked the person taking the order if I asked for curly fries. (I ordered $25 worth of food & she can't believe that I know what I ordered?!) Angrily, she took the fries back & charged me .65 cents for the curly fries. I asked her why she was carging me more if I had already paid $1.99 for medium fries. She didn't except that it was there mistake & still charged me. Upset, I took .65 from my cars change box & threw it on the outer counter for her to reach. She was so 'non- chalant' about it all I never want her to be my server again!

Are you seriously posting a complaint against an employee of a fastfood restaurant? They make minimum wage for a reason. Don't be a ###.

She doesn't know you, how is she supposed to know that you made the right order? She has probably dealt with a million people that day that have made improper orders and just thinks you are another person who has changed their mind at the last minute. Of course she could have been more polite but come on, working all day at a fast food joint has got to be pretty tiresome!

Cut some of these workers some slack sometimes! they have bad days just like the rest of us!

Next time ask for a manager. They get paid handle issues that exceed the normal associates abilities or lack thereof. And I know it's frustrating, but its .65; sure it's the principle of the matter, but happiness over misery is more important, isn't it? Be smarter; again just ask for a manager next time and tell THEM your story.

Jack In The Box no espeak e engrish

Jack in the Box, San Rafael, CA.

I went through the drivethru in this particular Jack in the Box and ordered a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl with an egg roll and a small drink. When I finally received my order, only the Teriyaki Bowl was present. I asked the cashier if I could have the rest of my order. He informed me in heavily accented broken English that I did not order anything else. Naturally I informed him that I did. This is when he started yelling at me. Yes, YELLING at me in Spanish. He asked for the bag of food back and told me to pull around front.
Now, I thought perhaps he was fixing my order, and was maybe apologetic for completely loosing his cool, but when he came out with a receipt in his hand demanding my debit card, I knew that wasn't the case. He shoved the receipt in my face and said something indecipherable that sounded like "see? I told you, you didn't order anything else!"
At this point my husband goes into the restaurant to speak with the manager, and I follow behind. My husband points out the manager that the person who took the order does not speak or understand english well, and shouldn't be yelling at the customer for his shortcomings. I knew all was lost when the manager opens his mouth and says in a very heavy indian accent that the problem has nothing to do with language.
I asked for the food I had already paid for and told them to forget the rest, I didn't want to bother any more. And beleive it or not, the manager refused, and demanded my debit card once again. In a state of absolute shock, I reached over the counter and just grabbed my bag of food and left the restaurant.
Wow, great service, Jack in the Box!

My kids love their food, so i tend to go there when we are in a rush. It seem like 9 out of 10 times, they ask us to pull to the front and they will bring our food out to us. What is the point of going through the drive thru for fast food if we are still going to have to wait for it. I have heard that they have a time frame to get the food out, but why should we have to pull to the front even when there is no other customer behind us. Errrrr...

I went into a Jack in the box drive thru one morning last week, the kid tryed to short me my change, when i asked for it, he told me not to get a F_____ing tude, the manager really did not care about it at all, so I guess its ok to try and steel from customers, by the way this was the second time this happened. The food was piss poor, and not really warm. We will not be going back, and I am letting everyone I know about this, I am even thinking about calling the local paper about this poor service.

Apparently Jack's bubble head contains nothing but air which is passed down to his managers! A counterfeit credit card in my name was used to purchase approximately 40.00 worth of food at a Jack in the Box in Bakersfield, CA. When I called "guest services" I was told that Jack's policy is NOT to ask for identification when purchases of any amount are made. The "Senior agent" I talked to was totally rude, asked "...just what do you think Jack in the Box is going to do for you?" I felt like I was the criminal! I was basically told I was SOL until my bank reversed the charge - I was told Jack's policy was to not contest bank reversals because they (JIB) didn't ask for ID. she wouldn't supply me with the store location or phone number. When I explained about filing a police report she told me she would give me a report number to give to the police department. So because of Jack in the Box policy and a crook with an affinity for junk food...my bank and I are stuck with the footwork of trying to get back my money.

I work at jack in the box #514 and ever since the new management took over this place has really go to s**t. First I want to complain about the new manager she has 3 months on the job and so far I have not see improvement she can't make the work schedule for employees she sometimes schedule one person to come in is that one person suppose to run counter, drive thru friers and grill all at once while she sits in her office doing nothing. Then the training manager is no better he suppose to be teaching her how to do thing but it seems like all they do is plot against the workers they don't like. And lastly I want to say is that they lock them self in the office from 30 to 1 hour doing who knows what and then they have the same days off and sometimes leave at the same time.

This was the third time we went for food. Again, the customer service was horrible, long wait. Finally, we decided to go drive-thru with our receipts to claim our food. Not only are they always short staffed, the professionalism is lacking. Employees can't seem to communicate in English, and if they do, they call us "Yeah, man", or throw hands up "C'mon man!" The other issue we noticed there's always problem with their building. One time we noticed the ceiling insulation fell in the dining room. This time, the dining room is flooded. If the store is badly managed, God knows how clean the kitchen is. We'll never go back again.

Jack in the Box JUST opened here and I couldn't be more excited...when I went in to order my food I noticed the assembly like with 4 people preparing food...what bothered me was all 4 people were not wearing gloves, one touch the meat, one the bun and the other the lettuce and tom and then at the end the person grabs the burger and wraps it...4 different people touch my food with there bare hands. When I spoke to the owner she agreed and ask if I would talk to her area manager in which I did. His response to not wearing gloves is that it it slows things down. I told him that I thought it was dirty while I witnessed one lady wiping her hands on her pants and preceeding to wrap food...he told me he makes sure they wash there hands. How can you make sure ALL your employees wash there hands when I clearly seen her wiping her hands and touching people's food? I am calling the health department and reporting them. I would rather wait an extra minute to get my food then 4 different people touching my food.

We were going to go thru the drive thru. In the car was myself, my wife, and my 4 year old grandson. He had to go potty, so I pulled over before we went into drive thru lane. My wife took him in. He has been trainging to not pee his pants, but has to go immediately when he says so. He feels bad, as other kids his age are trained. My wife asked for the key. The counter person said you will have to wait. My wife waited a minute or so, and asked again, She got, cant you see I am busy. WAIT!. my wife said the little boy needs to go to the bathroom quickly. She just looked at my wife and put some whip cream on some drink. By then it was over 3 minutes. My grandson had peed in his pants. He cried because he did it. We had no cloths to change into as he was going to a party. We had to stop at fred meyer and buy new clothes. I have not been this upset at Jack since the day you blew him up. I was going to go in and really tell this rude clerk off. What away to treat customers who have frequented your restaurants FOODMAKER for years. I will not go back again.

I went to the Jack in the box and ordered a #7 combo that is a sourdough steak sandwich with curly fries and drink. I paid for my order in full and started to drive off, I proceded to put my hand in the bag while driving and eat a few fries, when I got home to my amazment the order I received was a Fried Chicken Sandwich. So disapointed I returned to the jack in the box were i purchased it from and walked into the store. I showed the drive thoough lady my order and told her I ordered a #7 and she replyed " Oh ok" then she snatched the bag out of my hand and yelded at the cook. after waiting 5 mins for my order to come back she puts it into a new bag and does not include the fries. I ask her may I get some more fries please. Her response was " You ate them allready - NO" I politely say " I had to eat something driving back and forth from home, because you messed up my order" The manager was standing behind her over hearing this entire conversation, and he did not even help me or say one word. I told the lady to keep that sandwich and left the store very upset.

Jack In The Box food order

JIB# 3641

Ordered 2 tacos w/extra lettuce
1 cheeseburger w/secret sauce

I received 6 tacos which i did pay for w/little to no lettuce and a cheesburger w/no cheese and was told they were out of secret sauce.

I love Jack in the Box but do not eat fast foods often, so i was so looking forward to enjoying the taste of the of my favorite junk foods.
The pronlem is, if i have to stop and check my order in the fast food line everytime i go than there is nothing fast about it.

Employees need to pay more attention to orders. My receipt clearily stated tacos w/extra lettuce and a cheesburger, neither in which i got.

Jack In The Box unfair working conditions

i work at the jack in the box in Pasadena, Ca. Store #323. This has happend to me twice already, i've been suspended from work for a week without so much as a phone call to let me know.. i've been expected to just show up to work and find out im not on the schedule at all... i wonder if this is against the law... my manager has been giving me 4 hours A WEEK! and crazy schedules like midnight to 4 on a Saturday night... and i dont even have a car.. i'm expected to take the bus at those hours? i wonder how you are supposed to take those orders out on time when the people you work with all go upstairs at the same time to do god knows what for hours and i'm left by myself to do everything.. and then I get in trouble for not being fast enough... completely unfair if you ask me! almost enough to make me want to sue...

Hi This is Maria, I was trying to make a complaint but not sure if I’m at the right place. I worked at this location for a few weeks, I’ve worked for jack in the box for 10 yrs and I decided to work part time at this location for my upcoming vacation. I was fired without an explanation and was unable to contact the manager as he had blocked my number. Through out my employment there I saw several issues.. There was a team member working under the name of Melecio Martines that was taking money from the registers and using it for their personal use, then he would make orders to replace the money he would take. He would also call others to clock him in and get there a few hours later. Other employees would do the same and he would return the favor. This person also took money from the jack in the box safe, using it for personal use and would replace it in time for management not to notice. I have prof of insidents with call records and times and dates. When I brought some issues to attention I was let go a few days later and it angers me that they see what’s happening and fire the people that are being honest instead of someone that can do this type of thing. Many times I also saw fake dollar bills given to customers and they would keep the original real money. On occasions sex would occur while an order was taking place and food would be getting done. The manager was part of the problem too since I didn’t want anything to do with him I feel that’s the other reason I was let go. I notified the owner and GM about the issues but it seems it is not as important and like this man Melecio had mocked me before, he could do what ever he wanted without being fired. This person is working under false information his name is Roberto Salazar and I have prof of that.

My husband and I had eaten a sirloin burger and a jumbo jack with cheese. In less then 24 hours we both had food poisoning. I tried calling the corporation and filing the complaint but I was told there was nothing that could be done without a full emergency room report. Neither one of us can afford an ER bill right now. I just wanted to let them know About the situation so they could prevent It from happening to someone else. Don't eat at the jack in the box on east wade Hampton blvd in south carolina. It's next to a Walmart. They are very unclean and don't seem to care about there customers well being.

There was a line of about 8 cars at Jack in the box and i was being rushed. I ordered my food, gave them my card got my food and left. It wasn't until i got to work that i realized I didn't have my credit card. I called the jack in the box to see if they had it. They denied it and i had to cancel my card and now wait for a new card to come. This is the third time that they had forgotten to give me my card. You could say that i should have asked for it back, but it's not my job to ask for it and quiet frankly i was being rushed and forgot. How hard is it for them to give me my damn card back? I'm a poor college student, and without a credit card, I'm outa luck for money the next couple days.

I was in this restuarnt this morning for breakfast at approx. 8am. After placing my order I sat down at a dirty table and noticed all of them were dirty, the serving counters had food and beverage stains all over them, the trash collection area was cluttered with old food and the inside area was buzzing with flies. I was unable to finish eating due to the dirty condition. I doubt if I will return to this convient stop. There is no excuse for a dirty eating area. Sorry Jack but I can't come back.

i live down the road and have been going to jack for years now, i love to eat late at night and usually i don't mind waiting 10 min to get my food, but recently there have been many other people eating the delicious jack burgers at 2-3 am and i am tired of waiting for up to 30 min on my food because there is only 1 person working, the management needs to make sure there are at least 2 if not 3 people working the night shift, i hate having to go to mcdonalds, so please take care of this issue, again the jack is on eldridge at briar forest 77077, thanks

I am very disappointed with the commercials that Jack in the Box is running. They do not need the sexual or other inappropriate behavior to sell their food. The commercials should encourage people to eat their food, not disgust them. I will not eat at a Jack in the Box unless the commercials clean up.

We ordered four sour dough breakfast jacks with bacon, and we received four sour doughs with two pieces of cheese and bacon, no egg. My husband went in the store and complained, they said they couldn't hear the order well. We went through the drive thru, and it was the store on Dana Avenue in Redding, Ca. They also thought we only wanted one, and we even repeated the order to make sure at the window. Still received the wrong order.

Jack In The Box foriegn object found in food

SOOO ANGRY and DISGUSTED! My husband & I went to Jack in the Box for dinner. I was good and just got grilled chicken strips. We got home, I ate one of them and as I bit into the 2nd one I felt something strange in my mouth. It was a COARSE BLACK PUBIC HAIR... I am SOOOOOOOOOO disgusted! I can not believe that I pulled a coarse black PUBIC hair out of MY MOUTH. I mean seriously, how in the world does that get into food?! Shocked, angry and absolutely DISGUSTED! I used to eat their grilled chicken strips at least once a week, love them, but don't think I can ever even go to Jack in the Box ever again. Makes me want to throw up just thinking about it. (my family has asked me if it could possibly be a hair that has fallen off of someones arm, etc. ABSOLUTELY NOT, this is DEFINITELY from the pubic region. I still have it as proof, only because I am going to be calling corporate today. Tried calling the store immediately after it happened, got a teenage boy on the phone (the shift supervisor) and did not feel that my story would have been taken seriously, calling corporate today. I am very upset, reasonably so!

I am still laughing but I don't eat there. A disgruntled employee either at the factory or at the restaurant put it there.
Jack In The Box employees are nasty.

Jack In The Box im prego & allergic! jack doesnt care!

Im allergic to ketchup & tomatoes, just stepped out of the hospital, & am obviously pregnant. I asked for a deluxe burger at the Spring, tx store #107, w/out tomatoes, circled back through the drive thru when discovering them on the burger & politely explained twice to the polite drive thru girl who explained she could'nt understand us & asked us to come to the window where she happily ecxchanged my burger. I found ketchup on it & went inside. I said, "Im sorry, im not trying to be rude I am just deathly allergic..." a lady who I think was a mgr, Shante rudely grabbed the burger w/out saying a word to me or asking what was supposed to be on it, remade it and rudely slung the bag at me saying nothing. I said "thank you" politely and was almost to the door, when she started rudely exclaiming, "next time you need to remember what comes on the hamburger deluxe...!" and proceeded to tell me the toppings. Like I work at Jack in the Box! I told her, "yes but my mother told her I was allergic." When she told me "no..." I asked her "are you telling me im lying?" When she began snapping at me yelling "you need to learn to speak a little more clearly...!" I said" perhaps you should invest in a speaker box where you can understand me better." And she yelled! "You aint allowed in my store no more! dont ever come in here again!" so i asked for corporates #, her name in which she wrote the wrong # and her name unlegible.

I dont understand what compells people to be so ugly for no reason or how people like this end up being hired at all. I didnt deserve to be treated that way and am not even sure if ill ever eat at the Jack again. Im pregnant, could she have least helled her tongue for that alone, no so being emotional, I cried. Shouldnt have to deal with that, just for a burger I requested not to kill me.
