I bought boots for my father from the company Ivykkistyle. I paid about $57 for the shoes and received the confirmation email. I hoped to receive it within several days, but the seller didn’t deliver my order. I was scammed by this company. I already sent emails, but of course no one replied. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this company.
Like other people on this board I am also a victim of ivykkistyle. I just got done filing a complaint and dispute with Paypal concerning a
shoe order I placed on 5/20/15.
As of today, 6/10/15, Ivykkistyle.com has been shutdown by U.S. Federal Court Order due to trademark infringement and selling
counterfeit goods.
I order a pair of boots and I did not receive them. Now I am trying to get the money back from Paypal. Anyway It´s seems strange that Paypal still woks with this company once I heve seen these complaints board page.
EDIT- Sorry, I meant OLYSHOES.COM mentioned before is not working. Onlyshoes.com is not related and is working and provides legit offers. Sorry 'bout the typo!
Also beware of the following websites which, on a scam search appear to be related and do not have any real contact info:

focusfootwwar.com
Both say the name of the store is OnlyShoes, since onlyshoes.com is not working, it seems they brought it down and transferred the content to the mentioned websites.

Thanks for all advice... Website seems very pro, but I always look for contact info (phone & address) before placong an order in any website. Since I did not see any in this one, I googled if ivykkistyle.com is legit and found this board. Also dodged the bullet! It seems they are able to operate because they probably change the PayPal account every other day. I believe PayPal does freeze their accounts when they get the complaints, but since they keep changing them, then PayPal is probably not able to track them. It is very easy to hide email and IP addresses over the internet. I agree this is definitely an Asian scam. PLEASE AVOID ivykkistyle.com AND SPREAD THE WORD!
Almost got caught out. Saw s9me Lowa Tibet boots for half price there.(this is unheard of) I was going to order 10 pairs and sell them on...slept on it.went back to the site and could not even find the brand...then found all these complaints! Whew dodged a bullet there...stay away from them..the old adage...if it sounds to good to be true then it probably is!
I did too order some sport shoes, but never received. No reply as well from from emails. as everyone else here, I am surprised that Paypal hasn't banned this website. At this age and technology, it seems that shouldn't be a huge problem. And during this time, this scammer is still operating since more than a year. For info, Paypal has refunded me the total amount without any issues.

I could cancel the transaction a day later. Hope everybody gets back its money.
same thing happened to me, ordered boots and no response whatsoever. that's a first for me. I just did a search on the company and noticed this complaintsboard. I contacted Paypal and they had not released the funds yet to SILVDPLOER (jerk) so they were able to refund.

although I won the dispute, paypal could not get my refund because obviously when they give them time to respond, it gives them the heads up to clear the account of money so that nothing can be refunded.
I see the website is still up and active but i wonder are paypal still supporting it?
PayPal got me a refund few weeks ago. It's was quick and simple dispute.
I had the same problem and did the same things as you guys did. I disputed the charge with PayPal and waiting for their answer. PayPal shouldn’t let consumer go through this mess, they should stop releasing fund to Ivykkistyle ASAP.
Folks out there should watch out for Olyshoe.com as well, same complaint was posted.
I have the same problem. I have bought a couple of shoes the 30th of March 2014 and, since that moment, the status of my order is "Processing". I sent many emails to Ivykkistyle and no-one has answered to me. Then I contacted PayPal but they told me too much days have passed since I did the transference so they can not help me..Ivykkistyle has stolen me Ivykkistyle $64.

thanks Lauren... paypal is looking into it but the seller has till Jun 12th to respond. so not only did i not get the item but my funds are unavailable until all this is sorted out. I am confident I will eventually get the money back - how could i not. but that doesn't erase the inconvenience and since there's a history of it already paypal is just as liable for allowing this to continue and for other people to be frauded. The website says it takes credit cards but it doesn't it only accepts paypal - which makes sense because a merchant has to apply and get credit approval to accept credit cards. Had i paid with a credit card i would have gotten my funds back immediately. Credit card companies free up your money while they investigate.

just had the same issue. placed an order, order never shipped. there is no phone number or address for the company, sent repeated emails but never got a response. contacted paypal and paypal stated the merchant is "unable to respond to disputes at this time." I can't believe paypal is allowing them to operate with this extensive history of fraudulent claims. Paypal is currently investigating the transaction but I've heard of companies getting banned from Paypal for a lot less. After 3 disputes Paypal usually shuts you down... so it's very distrubing to find out how many times this company has done this and to know Paypal is still allowing them to accept funds.
If any of you guys payed through paypal you can get a refund. Explain your situation to paypal and they are really helpful.They sorted the problem for me.

I too bought a pair of boots from http://www.ivykkistyle.com/. They cost me $61. After receiving my email to confirm my order, the money was taken from my account for the boots. I thought delivery would take a while because I live in Ireland. After 3 weeks I began emailing the address that had sent me the email to confirm my order from ivykkistyle - IVY STyle .
Of course I didn't get a reply, I searched their website for a contact number, of course there isn't one.
I cant believe in this day and age people are still getting away with doing things like this. I have commented and reported them to everyone I could find. I do intend to make phonecalls because I think its a disgrace that even with so many complaints the website is still up and running the past 8 months, free to scam people and take their hard earned money.
