I ordered a free trial of the ivory brites on May 7th, I didn't receive it until May 19th, then 3 days after that i see that they have taken 88.97 out of my account so I call to cancel and they said I can't cancel that shipment but they will cancel any further shipments. Well I start reading the fine print on the return policy and it says if you are not completely satisfied with the product you can e-mail support@ivorybrites.com and get a r.m.a # to send the product back for a refund. So I e-mail them and guess what, no response, I wait another 3 to 4 days and e-mail again, no response, so by this time it's May 29th and I still haven't even received the product in the mail that i paid 88.97 for on the 22nd. I call 1-888-246-2140 and explain my situation to the gentlemen and he said my package wasn't sent out until May 27th. I then ask why it was taken out of my account on the 22nd but not sent out until the 27th, he did not have an answer for that one. So anyway I have been e-mailing them every 2 days for a r.m.a # to send the product back, they always send an e-mail back saying please allow 48 hours for a response. I have emailed them 3 times and I still have not got a r.m.a #. Every time I call to see why they tell me to e-mail them again, because there is nobody in that department that I can talk to over the phone. Oh, and today is June 4th and I finally received the package in the mail that I paid for over 2 weeks ago.This company will not even send me the Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number to send this back because they do not want to refund me. I order a lot of things on the internet and I have never had to deal with a company this sorry! So beware of ivorybrites.com or whiteningbrites.com, it's the same company.

Greetings. I am dealing with the same problem and the same company. After about my fourth request for an RMA#, I finally received one. I have yet to receive the product to return however and I am wondering if they are deliberately taking so long so that by the time I receive it, it is too late to return it for the refund. The way I received my RMA number was to quote the return policy in my email and show them that I was trying to abide by their own terms and conditions. About two days later, I received a return email with the RMA number. I too was charged for the shipment on 5-22. The return is supposed to be postmarked by the 15th day after it is shipped. I called customer service and was told they could not tell me when it was shipped; that they only get delivery confirmation information, not the ship out date. Since you got your ship date, I am beginning to wonder if the person I talked to really knew what he was talking about. It seems that their customer service agents are trained that if they don't know an answer, to just make something up. I used to work in a customer service call center and if we did that, we could loose our jobs. We were told that if we didn't know the answer to a customer's question to tell the customer we did not know and ask them to hold while we found the answer or offer to research it and call them back. We never made something up. I hope it comes tomorrow as tomorrow is the 15th day from the date I was charged for it.

yeah...i really think they take so long to ship it, because maybe you will change your mind or forget about it, but i have news for them, i'm not forgetting. I will try what you did to get a RMA #, this will be my 6th e-mail. Thanks for the advice.

Well, My package was not in today's mail. I found out my item was shipped on 5-21, they day before the charge showed up at my bank. Maybe the person you talked to got their ones and sevens confused and your was shipped on the 21st too, instead of the 27th. I am still sending in emails, letting them know I still have not received it yet. I still want to be able to send it back and get my money refunded. I have the RMA and a return label all made out and ready to go when (if) it shows up.
