2 hours after purchasing a boxer puppy I noticed fresh red blood in stool and worms, dog was sick. Robert Osborne Kennel owner told me he is not responsible and I was stuck paying the vet bill. He lied on his pet contract stating all puppies are examined by a vet before leaving his property, I asked for those records but they were never provided. This guy is a dishonest person and runs a puppy mill. Do not do business with him.
I completely disagree. The buyer was trying to pull off a scam they wanted to keep the puppy, get a full refund, and have vet bills paid. The buyer had been to our home several times prior to the purchase to visit with us and the puppy. The contract clearly states they MUST have the puppy checked by a vet within 48 hours of taking possession and MUST supply us with proof of the vet visit which was not done. I provided shot and vet visit records and contact information for our vet. The buyer disputed the payment through Pay Pal and after reviewing the facts Pay Pal decided that the buyer was wrong and refused to refund their money. The buyer claimed the puppy had worms, worms can be contracted from the ground, water, insect bites and etc. The puppy was seen by our vet 3 days prior to the buyer receiving the puppy and was given a clean bill of health. It was nearly 2 weeks after the buyer took possession of the puppy when I was informed that the puppy had worms. I went above and beyond the contractual obligations trying to make the buyer happy and gave the buyer $60.00 to cover the cost of the dewormer.
The buyer tried to pull a scam and get a AKC Registered Boxer Puppy for free and get vet bills paid that were caused by their own negligent behavior. Pay Pal saw through their scam so then they tried to blackmail and slander It's A Boxers Life Kennel. I am attaching proof of contract and pictures of some of the puppies healthy siblings.
