Yes I also got the free make up off for shipping and handling but they Just took out 130.00 out of my account, and they are also saying that. I took to long to call them to send this shit back. Now they are saying I can't get my money back at all and I think that is Fucking Bullshit. I want my money back in my account. I live from paycheck to paycheck... and I just can't afford to lose money...

I just posted my own complaint against them on here as well... I cannot get a number to call on, so how do I start to dispute the transaction? I didn't even see any makeup!!!

I got the same charge. I called them, the lady was polite, but very very UNHELPFUL!! I never even accepted the shipment, I tried to cancel it after I ordered it, anyway, the lady said they DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES!! WHAT?????? What kind of business is this?? So, I reported them to the BBB and also my bank. So I am out $131 and did not even get the product. Some people should not be able to do business.
