Received a letter stating that I had opened an account that had a balance of 1,304.89 at an address that i never lived at, I would like to see if someone can help me out with this matter I had tried to speak to someone at the following office but only get the round a round and have been told that i will have to pay the balance. I'm not paying something I never received or applied for.
