I received a text message from MTN this morning at 4.08am am that N1, 000, 000 has been credited to me in the 2009 Xtracool October random draw that my code is 004848. That I should vist "www.octoberdraw.com" within 24 hours for my reward. I have tried to log in but the site is not opening. Is this a scam? my MTN Number is 08038292986.4c
