Do not but from readydvds4u. Ioffer.com
I orderd and payed for a dvd boxset, dvds cost 25 dollars and so did the postage, a tracking number was given and it was signed for, not at my address and not even in my country. The seller readydvds4u. Ioffer.com said send me the postage and I will reship it if you are not going to pay again then stop messaging me.
Ioffer have been no help and my claim was to late for paypal.
Avoid this seller and most likely this site

iOffer received two fraudulent musical dvds through purchases on ioffer.com

Received two fraudulent musical DVDs through purchases on iOffer.com. Sellers on site make illegal copies of musical performances, mainly in Europe, advertise discs with pictures on commercial labels, and sell bootlegged discs for "bargain prices". DVD discs will not play on American DVD players. Also, site administrators cover up illegal sales by hiding negative ratings of purchasers who complain about non-functional DVD discs. Stay away from iOffer.com!

iOffer illegal activity

iOffer knowingly allows piracy on their site. They claim to not be aware, and they will remove copyright infringed ebooks (99%) of the ebooks and audiobooks listed are ILLEGAL) if a complaint is sent, but they do nothing to the seller, and the next day the seller will have the illegal item up again. Ebay has cleaned up illegal ebook sales on their site, so it CAN be done. iOffer chooses to engage in illegal activity and will not compensate authors for lost royalties. Avoid this site!

I agree that iOffer may be bad, but from what I have seen, eBay is full of illegal CDs blatantly offering 2010 bestsellers, Stephanie Meyers/Twilight ebooks. There are a lot of legal CDs of "Classics", but if the author is still alive and writing, these eBayers ought not to be burning disc after disc of their work.

There is no such thing as ReSell rights unless one has a contract signed by the author.

iOffer I found their site to be very ineffective

I opened an account on ioffer.com about a year ago, as an alternative to selling on eBay. It ranks amongst the worst decisions I ever made. First off, they will charge you $20 upfront to ’pay for
your selling commissions’ rather than pay-as-you-go like other sites. Good luck getting that back if you decide to close your account.

I found their site to be very ineffective, very few sales compared to other sites like eCrater, Bonanza and Webstore, and when I decided to close my account and get the remainder of my balance returned, I get no response from their customer service (You could call it customer service if they gave you any, so I guess I shouldn’t call it that). I’m going to end up having to file a complaint with the BBB to get my lousy $10 back.

STAY AWAY!

I would not recommend iOffer to anyone. I ordered a rear movie, "Bird of Paradise", put in the credit card information clicked all the way to the end. I get an email that say, "Thank you for your order it will be shipped in 5 to 8 days." Then I get emails to confirm payment. I email the seller and asked what's up with that, I already put all my credit card information in. This back and forth went on for three emails and then I got a rather rude email from the seller, Lisa/filmclassics4u2, telling me they don't know what I am talking about after I explained it three times and in caps, "DO NOT REPORT THIS AS A PROBLEM just send the message here at IOffer. When you report a problem sellers items are dumped in searches. I won't have any sales for that day. So I click on the link to respond to her and it does nothing, it goes nowhere. As far as I am concerned, she was rude and no help what so ever. I believe you have to use PayPal but when I went to buy the item, it said nothing about PayPal and took all my credit card information. Yet, the seller, sending me numerous emails just didn't have a clue what was going on, didn't understand what I was saying and was obviously to uninformed to guide me in the right direction. So if you want your credit card information out there and one big run around, go ahead and use this site. I order a different movie the same day from Amazon.com and received it 5 days later no muss no fuss. iOffer is a fly by night site with sellers that don't have a brain in their heads.

iOffer fraudulent sellers / lack of security screening

Ioffer.com is a new ebay-type site offering a wide range of merchandise from seller's stores, much like ebay. I have purchased 179 times on ebay without a single loss or serious problem. I tried ioffer last month to purchase invicta watches. I purchased 5 watches from 4 different sellers.in each case, the seller was fraudulent. I received 3 well-wrapped packages from china delivered by ems. Inside each box were 2 small blue boxes containing a 2"diameter glass pendant on a red ribbon. One box also contained a cheap rubber watch worth max $5. I had to sign for receipt of the shipments. The boxes were sent by 3 different sellers, all packaged exactly the same with waybills in the same hand writing. I filed an online complaint with ioffer with details of the frauds and pictures of the box contents. For over a week, the status report showed"awaiting assignment to a staff member" after 3 followup emails, they followed up, but only 3 or the 4 stores were closed despite all buyers reporting non-receipt or no communication from sellers. All sellers were new with few or any ratings. Thank goodness for paypal. When I notified paypal, the confirmed a high number of losses from ioffer. Within 15 days, paypal refunded $1, 000 back to my credit card. It is clear that ioffer does not qualify or monitor new sellers until they build up a satisfactory rating. I have identified 5 additional fraudulent sellers, since my loss & all 5 stores have been closed down promptly by ioffer. All stores were selling invicta or nixon watches. Ioffer has potential for being a great alternate site to ebay, but they have a very long way to go before before approaching the security and quality of ebay. Caution: ioffer allows buyers & sellers to transfer their ebay ratings to ioffer. Do not be mislead - you can not read the ratings, good of bad, they just give you total number of ratings. Some of the sellers may have been banned from ebay or had poor ratings. To say seller has 55 ratings is of little or no value. We at least need to know if they were 5 stars, neutral or bad ratings. I have since purchased the 5 watches from world of watches & ebay sellers for a bit more money, but they arrived quickly and were exactly as described.

iOffer scammed

I enjoy the convenience of buying online and absolutely abhor sellers who scam people out of money. If you have been scammed on this site please list the info, and the group will inundate the seller with questions to resolve your dispute, and warn others from dealing with scammers.

I was scammed into buying a watch for $180.00 and canceled the transaction when the seller told me there would be a delay in shipping because of

Chinese New Year. iOffer closed the dispute when I agreed to cancel, but not before the seller refunded my money.

iOffer fraudulent

I recently went on IOffer to purchase a Gucci Comforter set from a seller in China. I paid for it through paypal the day it was purchased. It was $250.00 total. The comforter I received was not the one in the picture. I was reported on IOffer as a non paying bidder, and they kept sending me links to "Pay Now". I had all my confirmation numbers through paypal(thank god!)and it took me weeks to stop this. I looked on the persons site where I made the purchase, and she is selling the comforter she sent me, for $100.00 including shipping! I would love to have the comforter set I paid for, but cannot send back the one I have.I am contacting the Attorney General California in hopes to help someone else with this fraud. I will never buy from them again and will stick with Ebay!

iOffer buyer beware!!! i've been ripped off by a seller in china

Hindsight is always 20/20 !

I naively tried iOffer for the first time in January 2011 and purchased a relatively inexpensive Citizen watch ($150) from a seller in China. Paypal processed my payment and I thought I would be protected should the deal fall through. The item I paid for was not what I received ! What I got in the mail after numerous e-mails to the seller was a nicely packaged, plastic trinket (Valued under $5)!

Seller remains non-communicative after purchase and has been receiving negative feedback all month ! Seller eventually closed account ! I have no recourse through iOffer or Paypal ! Seller was astute enough to provide tracking number and mis-information to Paypal.

BUYER BEWARE !

Ginosun4 AKA Ginosun

There's a Ioffer Unhappy Customers club now: http://www.ioffer.com/clubs/show/17229

So, you did purchase an item and the seller :

- Didn’t provide you any shipping information
- Did provide you a tracking number that doesn’t work
- Did provide you a tracking number who is “frozen” – remains unchanged, like “XX/XX/XXXX – Despatch from sorting center”, and after that, nothing.

Your items never arrives. You try to communicate with the seller and he/she:

- Doesn’t answer (silence + silence + silence)
- Answer with the same old story: “Friend, please wait XX days more”, or “There are so many packages still jammed in the airport caused by xxxxxxx and waiting for the flight. Your package is still in the waiting list”

Let’s share experiences, let’s talk about it :0)

iOffer seller sent fake tracking number

I did a "buy it now" offer for a Wii bundle package for $160 plus $30SH. I used paypal, thank goodness, and paypal sent the tracking number. When I saw payment was to some Chinese name a red flag went up. This person lied on their ad stating they have a Chicago and Calif. warehouse and ship UPS. I got an EMS tracking...well, that is from another country. The number was not even valid so I viled an immediate dispute which it is still under investigations. I also complained to iOffer with ZERO response from them. Why should they care, they get their selling fees. There is a ring of these sellers which showed up in December taking people for their money at Christmas time. Several seem to have the same verbage which likely is the same seller using another fake name. I will never buy on iOffer again, this company allows scam artists to sell and trade at their site and could care less the way it appears to me. This took place Dec. 27th and I filed a complaint on Dec. 28 when I discovered the traking number was fraud.

iOffer scam

I have successfully bought a number of items from several sellers on Ioffer, until recently .

I bought a bag from reifenstein22, who assured me the bag I was buying was the same as pictures.

I paid her my money which she acknowledged receiving through Western Union, and then the trouble started.

She kept promising to post my bag, and eventually after about 10 messages said she had sent it..only to give me a non existent tracking no!

I then had to send her another 3messages before I got a valid tracking no.

In the meantime, she then rated me as ' Non Paying' ..

When the bag arrived it was a cheap horrible bag, and I immediately contacted her..She has refused to give me her address for return of item and credit..

HEREIN LIES THE RUB -I CANNOT LEAVE FEEDBACK OR REPORT HER BECAUSE she put me downas non-paying- effectively cancelling the sale, and therefore disabling any feedback, or report dispute facilities on the site..

BEWARE, DO NOT DEAL WITH HER..

Her shop is called reifenstein22

iOffer horrible knock off

I recently purchased a louis vuitton scarf from ioffer seller topgrade. first off let me clarify that i knew it was a knock off but i expected it to at least be wearable.

needless to say it was hideous. the leopard was very dark brown and the letters were orange. when they should have been pink. it has wholes and snags everywhere he assured me that i would receive an item just like the one in the picture what a liar.

I'm disgusted and out of 79 bucks. the amount of money it will cost to send this piece of crap back to them is more than what the rag is worth. I'm just going to chalk this up as a lost I'm sure i will never see a dime of that money if i were to return the scarf.

I was scammed a month back lost $590 on an iphone 4 if you have noticed paypal say as long as scammers send you something who cares i did record the calls and gathered all the evidence even when i complained to ioffer the seller unregistered. So i had a conversation with them and how did they know certain info about my order and when i questioned them further on how to get money back i couldnt log back in and theres no trace my account ever existed even when i got a password reminder i know it anyway but tried to sign in and sorry not recognised. I printed everything too so went to police and its in there hands. I will never see my money again.

I purchased two pairs of knock off Christian Loubitans from i offer. I knew all along they were fake but the pictures looked great! I built somewhat of a relationship with the seller so we communicated over personal email. I thought this was great customer service but it was a scam to pretend the sale did not happen. She sent two pairs of shoes that were not as ordered. Wrong color, size and style. I spent alot of money on crap and can no longer get in touch with her bc she blocked me on i offer as a buyer. The site can't take responsiblity for it bc they don't have confirmation of the sale ( hmmm, i guess a paypal receipt isnt enough). Don't waist your time on the site.

Did this bill to your credit card account? If so you'll need to contact your credit card company and file a dispute. Get a copy of the sellers ad/terms and conditions of sale or other documented info from this seller as your credit card company will need this info to assist you. You'll most likely need to dispute this as "not as described". Do you have a copy of your original order from this seller? Did you attempt to contact them about this "error" and when did you try to contact them? Did they respond to your inquiry and if so what did they advise? This is info that you'll need "before" you contact your credit card company to dispute this.

About 2 years ago I ordered a product and it didn't arrive. I messaged him and that very day he mailed me out a new package free of charge. He has always responded to emails quickly and every transaction I have had with him before and after has been 100% positive. He goes out of his way to satisfy his clients even if it means he takes the hit. You just don't find people like that anymore, especially in this type of market. Anyone who says otherwise is clearly trying to push business away from him, and that just isn't right. I would 110% recommend g33kyguy to anyone who needs any of these specialized products. You will get your product fast and it will be of very high purity.

yes it is just some disgruntled person who may had wanted free product etc...I have had great reviews and many return due to very fair prices.

I always do what it takes to fix any issue as long as its not some ridiculous request. I don't rip people off for a living, I am in for a good reputation by providing the service and products we carry.

I have a new site for orders and am still satisfying my past long time clients and new ones.

I would never supply a product with glass and crap, or whatever the above statement said..

that's freakin obsurd..

thanks for reading.

I am a customer and have the best service and product from them. No issues whatsoever. It sounds as if someone is just trying to hurt someones business on this board for personal reasons. Its unfortunate. I order repetitively and never had any problems at all.
we are always happy with it and they always answer emails as quickly as possible which I really admire about them.

They are LEGIT in my book.

I completely disagree and will include a picture in this posting as well as to anyone else that wants better pics. I order large amounts from this man every week and have never had any glass or anything else in my orders. I have a long standing relationship with this seller and can honestly say I have never had 1 single issue with him or his product. People need to stop lying trying to hurt this poor man's business. He has many happy customer reviews on Ioffer and anyone can go look at his Ioffer site http://www.ioffer.com/ratings/g33kyguy he has a 99.4% positive rating so obviously he isn't selling bad product!

These guys are a pure scam anyways - they include crushed glass in their product to try to induce quicker intake. Horrible

I completely disagree I have bought from this supplier many times and his product is pure white I have had no problems with it at all. I am a frequent customer and yes i recieved brown product once but anyone that knows this product knows there can be a color discoloration due to the alkaloid balance from time to time but as I said that was a 1 time issue and since then and before then I have only gotten white product that has been the ###!
