iOffer criminal activity!

I am absolutely appalled! iOffer service is non existent when it comes to help the customer. I bought a bag and money were automatically deducted from my account. Several days later I received a message from the seller stating that I still needed to pay for the bag. I said that I already paid for it, but he would not listen. So I cancelled my order and demanded a refund. Now the seller refuses to issue me a refund! He claims that he does not know anything about the money! No wonder there are so many complaints on BBB. I contacted iOffer customer service and was told that there is nothing they could do, since it was not their problem! I will never use this website again! They all are criminals, both the seller and so called customer support!

iOffer poor customer service

I purchased a pair of shoes in women's size 8 and received them in a size 6. I contacted the seller immediately when I received them. Actually the time period for resolving any issues is very small but because the shipping time is up to 45 days. I explained what happened and the seller said I could ship the shoes back to him. Since it was international shipping it would cost me $60! There was no point in sending the boots back because I paid only $45 for them. By the time I received the package and the time it took the seller to "resolve", PayPal would do nothing about it. It is very sad that shipping costs may leave you with an unusable product. Also, iOffer has no contact information to resolve issues.

iOffer really bad service and extremely rude agents.

I had bad experience with this company and learned a valuable lesson! I wanted to get a best Christmas present for my son! So I ordered some items from this website. I placed my order on November 15, it's now December 28 and still nothing. In the end I lost everything! This company has a really bad service and extremely rude agents. Asked them about my payment, because I didn't receive any confirmation emails. No reply. I got very angry and extremely mad! I sent them messages every day and few weeks ago I even tried to cancel the order, but I nothing worked! Today I got an email asking for a reason I wanted to cancel the order. This company makes me crazy! I just want my money back and nothing more.

iOffer disappointed

I purchased a pair of shoes in women's size 5 and received them in a size 8. I contacted the customer support immediately when I received them. But the time period for you to resolve any issues is very small, because the shipping time is up to 45 days. I informed the support and he said I could ship the boots and they'll give me a refund. Shipping back would cost me $70 since it was international shipping. There was no point in doing that because I paid only $30 for the shoes. Just be careful when getting packages from a different country because the shipping costs may leave you with an unwanted product. And you can't be fully protected by PayPal.

iOffer hexianwei888 - I sent payment on 23rd october 2015 for trainers and I still not recieved them

I ordered and paid for a pair of trainers from the above seller on 23/10/2015. I was told it would take 20 days maximum for delivery. I then received an email saying it would take 6 weeks. I asked them to cancel and refund as this would be too late, but they assured me it would be 10-15 days maximum. 5 weeks later there is still no delivery and this seller will not reply to any of my emails, yet they still have my money! I'm foaming as I trusted the site to have reputable sellers and not rip-off merchants!

iOffer not receiving items i've paid for

I bought 2 items from iOffer last month and still haven't received them. I have left several messages with [protected]@c2coffer about the seller and still haven't received a response yet. I found items in the seller's store and sent him a offer, we came to an agreement and I asked for his information so I could send the money through Western Union, after that I did email him the tracking number and was told that my items would be sent off within 24 hours. I asked for a invoice and tracking number(s) he gave me two that were invalid I messaged him again that the number(s) were invalid he gave me another one, I tried that one it was invalid also. He told me that it takes time because of customs but even went so far to guarantee me that I would receive my items within 10 days which was on the 21st of October, I even asked for a refund and still nothing. The seller stopped all communication with me but everyday I send a message to his email and on his page asking when will he send me either the items I've paid for or a refund and yet again nothing

iOffer unauthorized credit card chargers/scam

I purchased Microsoft Office 2016 for Mac from two people and each person stated they had the software and when I paid then they said it was not available and wanted me to take 365 and That is not what I paid for and I have ask for a full refund that my card was charged. crazy110= advertised $20.00 that is what I paid on 11-3-15 and I did not authorize any other charges and my card was charges $22.58 sungyang= advertised $19.99 that is what I paid on 11-5-15and I did not authorized any other charges and my crd was charged 21.91 Neither one of these people have refunded my money and I have ask several times and sungyang has never responded since I decline office 365and ask for my money back. Crazy110 just keep trying to get me to use office 365 and I said no and crazy110 told me in the email that he/she is the same person who is advertising all software.

iOffer never received item ordered

I ordered a LV iPad cover. It was my first tIme ordering on line. I didn't know you had to be specific. The order was placed on June 6, 2015. I received the item on July 8, 2015 but it was the wrong color( again didn't know had to be specific) after sending email to the buyer I was advise to return the item to the factory to get the corrected item. I returned the item and needless to say it's August and I've never received the item! I sent several emails and all I got was he was going to check with factory to re ship and again I never received the item

iOffer unfair ratings from buyers & no support from the staff to investigate & correct them

I am a Disabled Vietnam war Veteran who depends on the income gleaned from my store on IOffer...
I work very Hard to provide the best level of customer & to offer quality items...As we all know perfect rating are the backbone to ongoing flow of business...One less than perfect rating can & will place you in jeopardy...
I'm sick & tired of being raped by unscrupulous buyers, who misuse the rating to manipulate the seller out of the item & force a refund...
The staff offer mostly Copy-N-Paste responses which are usually irrelevant to requests for help & have a threatening spin to their other responses...
Many times they've required me to issue a full refund & provide proof of same, before resetting a bad rating...
Today I received a very frustrating type of rating & buyer has not responded to any of the several emails sent...No help for me on ioffer...Now i'm stuck with that black mark eyesore on my record...Very snotty & arrogant are the staff I've encountered on ioffer...Also laziness, with regards to responses to obtain help...

iOffer item not received

I ordered a michael kors handbag from a seller on ioffer on march 27th 2015 it is now 3rd july 2015 and still no handbag, it should of arrived on the 2nd may 2015 ive emailed the seller numerous times and was sent a link to track the item when visiting the link it stated that my item was not found? Emailed seller again and again an still no reply.

iOffer charged twice and didn't receive other product

I ordered two bags from ioffer. For one bag that I received, I have been charged twice. For the other bag, I never received it.

iOffer seller: joerusso96

I ordered A Connie Francis concert DVD from joerusso96 on 08-01-2014 and paid for it immediately. He offered payment by credit card and PayPal services. I do not recall Amazon being listed as a payment option, however, I received an email from Amazon telling me my payment to a business going under the name of "pastandpresentdvds" had failed. I am a seller with both Amazon, who provides its own credit services and eBay, whose payer is PayPal, so I wasn't concerned about who was going to generate payment but I really have no idea how Amazon got into this transaction!

The notice, however, did involve the Connie Francis DVD from the seller on iOffer since that was the only place I had ordered from! I then received an email from joerusso96 telling me his Amazon account was being fixed and should be straightened out in the next couple of days. On 08-02-2014 I received another email from him telling me that Amazon was now out as a payment option! No further information was given but he asked me to send him a money order for the item at that time or cancel the order. I smelled a SCAM immediately and wrote him an email telling him so. I was not about to issue payment via Money Order since doing so offered no buyer protection whatsoever. In trying to see what had happened to the item, every time I tried to click on it through my account on iOffer, it showed as joerusso96 being out of stock and the offer could not be fulfilled! If I came in as a non-registered user it showed as Available and for sale with payment via Money Order only.

No question I asked this seller was answered by him and iOffer cannot be reached by email or called. No contact information exists for those options. You can write them if you wish but they hold themselves very far apart from their sellers and will not help a buyer at all.
I received another email from iOffer/joerusso96 on 08-04-2014 asking me to confirm payment...which I did. It offered a Google check-out which took credit cards and when I clicked on the link, it again told me my order could not be filled! I wrote him again and this time his response was to deny ever sending the email I had just received! He advised me to cancel the order if I wasn't going to pay him by Money Order! I did not cancel at that time but sent him another email to try and ascertain what the problem was. I never received an answer.

Today, 08-12-2014, I finally and officially cancelled this order. As long as neither he or iOffer will answer my inquiries I advised him I would not be caught up in this SCAM like transaction and would advise others to stay away from the site altogether. I have both PayPal and Amazon accounts and cannot think of any reason whatsoever why either of those companies would deny him an account unless he had no back-up funding, his own good credit standing could not or was not sufficient or, perhaps, he had pulled a fast one on either of them. He cannot have a bad reputation and be covered by their money services. Be warned...all is not right with this seller or iOffer.

iOffer non-delivery and no follow up of complaint

The following three supplyers of goods ordered and paid through iOffer.com didnt deliver the goods and were postponing complaints by saying they will arrive untill PayPal deadline to file a complaint passed. I filed complaint with iOffer, but nothing happens. One of them said lately that he will checkt with Post office and dont reply since. Both others pretend that goods arrived but that I failed to collect them, which is a lie. I asked to submit me evidence of that but they dont reply since. These suppliers have many similar negative feedback (non-delivery, no answer) but are still having high rating and continue to do business:

I ordered a pair of nike free run on the 30th of June 2014 but It says on the seller page I've paid for it but it says seller still hasn't shipped the item and the seller is insnt responding to me.

I had the same situation, never received, no response, and I had paid through paypal and more than the offered price, to get it sooner, but false tracking number, and no response.I try to find legal way to follow up with Ioffer. Ioffer didn't answer and I tried to call them for help, but they never returned my call back. I am going to sue the Ioffer and I will get the result.

iOffer sent me used product?!?!

sold - chanel white and black clutch
Item showed up 3 weeks later then I was told it would. The tracking number was invalid. When seller was contacted, over 6 different times, over the span of 2 weeks, no response. The item finally showed up. It was not the item that was advertised. It was smaller then advertised, it was dirty and looked used, the snap on the purse was even broken! I took 4 Clorox wipes to this small clutch and the cloths ended up filthy afterwards! Disgusting really! I should just throw it in the rubbish bin! But after all this time hoping and waiting for something you paid good money for...what do you do? ): Super disappointed and overall disgusted really. I will NEVER buy from or recommend iOffer to friends or family. What a poor operation! Sincerely, A Very Unsatisfied, Disappointed, and Outright Disgusted First and Only-time Customer!

iOffer non delivery of paid item

In March of this year I order a keyboard from oldtaxstore located on the iOffer website. I had tried several other more popular sites but my computer is quite old and finding parts are not always that easy. So when I saw that Mr. Davidson (oldtaxstore) had the keyboard I needed, I ordered it. Yes, I looked at his reviews but on the iOffer site, had I checked elsewhere then I would have known not to order from this website.
It is now July and I have never received the keyboard nor has he returned the $25.29 I paid.in the four months since I paid for my order, I have sent him several emails and I got a couple replies with excuses. I have tried to file a complaint with iOffer which turned out to be a joke. I have a filed a complaint with the BBB and internet crime complaint center (ic3). I figure if enough people who have been scammed by this website, file complaints then maybe it will get looked into or maybe shut down.
In the meantime, if your thinking about ordering from oldtaxstore or iOffer, don't.

iOffer non supply

I purchased a cobra® radar/laser/camera detector and spyder mens jacket gray. Received the detector and kevin myers promised delivery of the jacket back in march. Don't deal with myersk1970. Ioffer wont back you up either so its safer to stay away from both of them

iOffer scam seller fees

scam lots of seller fee and do not refund after 21-45 days. let buyers wrongly marked payment sent button and then do not refund those seller fees to sellers even none of the buyer actually paid.

do not sell on ioffer.com.

scam total usd 160 seller fees and refused to refund and ignored messages sent to them.

iOffer very rude seller

I am a senior citizen and have never paid for anything on ioffer by check before. I was not sure how I should make out my check to whom. I first received and email with only the letters "vmo". I had no idea this was the actual payee. So I dared to ask again and received this answer QUOTE " I already told you to make it out to vmo! Finisch the checkout and you get the details. Is that so hard to understand?" UNQUOTE. Yes, to me, it was hard to understand and even though i would LOVE to buy the DVD I wanted, his/her attitude does not make it worth buying. By the way, the misspelled word is by the seller!

No accountability or customer protection. Ordered an item from seller Glassman10@ioffeer.com. It was poorly packaged for shipping and arrived smashed to pieces. E-mailed seller attaching photos of damage...never received a reply.
