Lack of integrity in dealing with credit card refund

Having taken sums of money without authority ar now, whne approached by card company for return of same fabricating lies to avoid repayment. This is one of the most despicable firms I have ever dealt with. Will never deal with this firm againe

I totally agree this firm have had my money for 2 weeks and still not supplied the part .they have put me on hold when i ring up and left me there, they have put the phone down on me. they are totally incompetent or fraudsters i am not sure which

"Bunch of dishonest crooks, who send you the wrong part and then will not give you a refund, despite repeated phone calls and it being completely their mistake. They also trade as Motion Power UK. It is now in the hands of my credit card company and will be reported to trading standards etc."

been waiting for gearbox for 3 days and now i had to ring them and was told the courrier had droped it now waiting for a refund any ideas who i can call about getting my money back

Been waiting weeks for refund. Ring up put on hold and then get hung up on! im furious! I`v threatened them with police and they just get nasty. We live in Lancs so my husband say`s he is going to go round. How are these crooks still trading?

I am currently in the process of trying to get MPL Engines to send me the correct engine, they sent me an engine that wasn't the one that they sold me and then they have just been rude and unhelpful.

They are supposed to be sorting me out a reconditioned engine, I don't hold out much hope that this will materialize!

However they have taken full payment from my back account (£1400), I have told them to deliver the correct Engine by Tuesday next week or I want a full refund or legal action will be taken,

Really pissed off! and have had now car for weeks.

How have you guys got on?

wish i had seen this thread before...
sent me a turbo...wrong
sent me a second turbo...wrong
asked for refund on 27th january...still waiting, now march 10th !!! any ideas other than getting myself in trouble with the police for going around there and kicking the fuck out of them ?
