International Award Payment Center 2,000,000.00 claiming several people have won.

I got this letter stating I won 2, 000, 000.00. Wanting money of 12.00-20.00. I figured it was a scam so I went to the web site (International Award Payment Center) sure enough hundreds of people maybe even thousands of people got these. Please close them down as some people won't know you don't have to pay money when you win something. A scam got me for over 5000.00 a few years ago and now I look everything up before I send anything in. Please don't let this happen to any more people.

Do Not be taken by a scam. If you are eligible for money you pay taxes not in advance. Was taken a few years ago and they got me for over 5, 000.00 when we didn't have the money. Do Not be taken by this company... Warning/ Alert. No photo as I have shredded all the documentation. It looks like a check but is not and ask you to send 12.00 to 20.00. Funny thing is if you ignore it and throw it away the next letter will ask for more money. We need to stop the mail from these scam artist.

I'm getting calls now saying I"ve won 2.5 million dollars. Donald Goodman is the person I spoke to first. Then a manager came on name Dave Sawyer said my code was red apples wen they call if they don't say red apples it wasn't them calling. they said they would give me to weeks to come up with 12 hundred dollars to send them so I can get this prize. also they said I won a Mercedes SL. Color of my choice. I explained to them that I was struggling with medical bills, so they gave me 2 weeks to come up with the money. was supposed to had been 3, 587 . They talked it over and took it down to 1, 200 to help me out lmao. Wish someone would put a stop to these people building up peoples hopes only to steal everything they work hard for.

International Award Payment Center Prize competition

My name is Rebecca Healy I have recieved letter after letter for the past couple of months wanting me to send money to claim money . If it was a real award you should not have to pay for it. First time they wanted $4, then $9, now its $40 its getting very uncomfortable and I actually sent in a nine dollar check. Stupid on my part. They are saying send in $40 to get closer to getting a prize check of $20, 000, 00 because I am in a tie breaker of some competition that I dont even remember entering. All I play for is publishers clearing house. I wish to stop being harassed or I file a freaking law suit. They are also sending me fake checks its stupid. I get sent anymore, I will make it so that one of those checks become real.

International Award Payment Center $15,000 award from 1401 Armour rd kansas city MO ?

Received a red courier express envelope from Arthur Lee at the corporate headquarters stating if I send $9 dollars registration fee and give an answer to a question I could advance to the 2nd round and receive $15, 000. I wonder if they exist an have ever rewarded anyone anything or just take $9 from millions and just pocket it.

Don't EVER send 1 penny to any lotto asking for money so you can win. If they ask for .1 to any amount, it is a scam. AND never give your birthday or mothers maiden name. Keep your scam mail. 1. Day someone will sink these company's and I hope everyone who recieved the fake letters get reimbursed for false hope.

International Award Payment Center Scams on sweepstakes

I've sent these people money because they were telling me that I have a good chance to win this sweepstakes of the sum of 15, 000.00 dollars, and another one for 20, 000.00 dollars and just sent them two money orders for both of them. Along with it were two qualify questions that I answered so I feel that this could be a scam. I want these people to pay for the wrong that they are doing to me and millions of other people that are pulled in by this as well.

Sincerely yours,

Migdalia Rosa

I have received notification of winning several different large sums of money. From $15.000; $21, 000, and $2 million dollars. It is the same company International Award Payment Center. This company want from $9.00 to $12.00 for each award. I did not send any money to them, because I feel it is a scam. This company wants money, so that you receive your award. If they were legitimate they would not be asking for money so that you could receive your award. So obvious scam. I have received three separate mailing from this company with mailing address:2401 Armour Rd. North Kansas City, MO. I hope other read my statement, so they do not waste their hard earned money on this scam.

I have just received a cheque sent by express courier & it's stating that I have won $15000.00 USD! However I was warned by an X-partner that anything Won should not need to be paid for so it can be processed & this cheque asks for $25.00 ASD, To be sent in the reply paid envelope that came with the cheque!. It's formal enuff looking but it's stating it's a competition & I have too answer A Question correctly, from The International Payment Centre, 140/Armour Rd, North Kansas City, MO. 64116USA. I am very short on cash, hope it's real. Does Anyone know? It asks for 1)complete IAPC1080 2)Answer the question correctly 3)send a fee of $25.00.(4)Post immediately. Is it possible this is not a scam?

In the USA: Sweepstakes are required by LAW, by CHANCE that you may win. As well as sweepstakes are free to enter. This on ther other hand request that you pay them $9 in the envelope to claim this check or whatever. Therefore from what I've seen; this mail is a scam as they are requesting you and I our money.

15, 000.00 with a 1080 qualifying question with a payment fee request of 9.00 I wonder how much money they spend sending all this mail out there must be an awful lot of naive and gull-able people out there because I figure if I'd won some money why would I have to pay to get it, and why couldn't they subtract the payment fee from my winnings. lol

this is a common scam of disreputable companies that are only out to rip off the little guy. Having recently retiring from the postal service you will notice that the postage on these letters is first class. Upon delivery attempt the carrier must do 1 of 3 things - deliver it, send it through the forwards, or mark it as undeliverable and return it. Since it is 1st class, it is not considered junk mail. If it is a good forward then the co. will get your new address. What anyone who gets any 1st class mail they don't want, then they should endorse the envelope, without being opened, as refused and return to your carrier. This way they can legally return it to the people that sent it to you. This co. is on a mission to scam $9 & up of as many people as they can. Ask yourself this one little question, how many people out of every thousand will send in this kind of small money to win a good sizeable amount? If you think about it, they don't even want to give you a list of names of winners. Even publishers clearing house does that! You probably have a better chance of winning the lottery than this scam. Hope this helps some of you make up your mind (preferably all of you).

I have received several more since this first one above. The next three I received all within a couple of weeks of this first one, they were all different in appearance and toal prize winnings of about $100, 000 all up.This morning Tuesday 15th Nov 2011 I received another one from Distribution Claim Allowance.DAP . 7154 N University Dr #b66 Tamarac, FL [protected] certifying rights to claim $1, 750, 233.99c. It is all yellow in colour with a green border and a picture of a horse galloping.Again they have used my fake internet name which automattically tells me that I did not enter any looto or sweepstake as I would have used my real name. They are asking for a $30 required fee, which of course is the rip off part. They want me to send it to DAP 934 N UNIVERSITY DVE #332 CORAL SPRINGS, FL 33071.I just hope they have'nt ripped off any old folks with this scam because they can least afford it.It amazes me that the authorities have not caught up with these scammers yet.Perhaps if you live in America you could call the FBI and report this gang of mobsters, it's to expensive to ring from Australia. Thanks regards to all that may read this, best of luck.

I received same scam this morning in Australia signed by alias Mary Kelley, I am used to Nigerian scams but these are coming from Missouri nth Kansas but may be originated in Canada. They look very official signed by Judges Thomas Moore and Mitchell Wayne and signed at the bottom by John Winstead. They do not have my real name as I don't use my real name online However this week my Facebook account was hacked from Kansas and I had to change my password, luckily I don't use my real name on facebook either. Most of my smarter friends use pseudo names. It is a $20, 000 AUD prize and they are asking for $25 to process the prize. This is the second scam I have received in one week by the same mob, not very smart are they?
Why the FBI has'nt caught these guys is beyond me, it can't be that difficult when they have a P.O. Box to collect their money from.Anyhow I hope this helps someone else.

International Award Payment Center Contest scam/blue series viii

My husband recieved this today the form 1080 request a $9.00 fee in cash, check or money order . Yes it ask for cash... sounded suspicious therefore when I went on line I found previous contest from this same Company asking for a $20.00 fee and the series was listed as Blue series VI so we knew it had to be a repeated scam.

I called them on a Thursday, to see when the 7 days would be up? They told me; they would have to have the money the that day. The drawing would be on Monday. for the $15, 000. I used a debit card, so they would have the money.in plenty of time. I received a letter the next week - the chance to win was in default due to being late with the processing payment.. There was no chance to receive a processing fee returned. But $19.99 cash, or check, or credit card I could be put on the next list for a $1XXXXXXXx. drawing. in the future.
It was a waste of time and money. Sorry. I have another one with no date to be paid on the face. They want $40 to be put on the chance to win a bonus of $5k making the tie breaker $20, 000. in lieu of $15, 000.

You might do better using the out fit that Mr. Donald Trump has promoted for people with time on their hands who can type real fast with out Microsoft smart software. Any mistake with the smart software stops your line of thinking. Finally the computer glitches up because your line of thought is faster than the engineer's that wrote smart the soft ware. IMO, Your typing speed would have to be 60 wpm or less to use smart soft ware..
This glitching might be the server speed also..

I do not know how to file a scam with this notice.- sorry. LOL

Intelligent and detailed answer; read all: I have been sent multiple letters. One asked for a fee to add into another contest but could be returned with no money. The second requires a discounted price of $9 for registration. Whoever went off about this not being a scam is partially correct. Legally, they are doing nothing wrong. As long as they can make record of winners for those deadlines, suggest but do not require a fee for sweepstakes and when requires a fee, calls it a contest (such as the $9 fee for the puzzle contest)(sweepstakes are purely chance whereas contests require "skills"). This is why when you google it, there are complaints going back for years. They have a bad rating with BBB and have been stopped in certain states for breaking those states specific rules but will not be facing charges anytime soon. So legally, they are fine. Ethically, they are horrible people and should be ashamed. They are doing everything just over the line of legal and tend to prey on seniors and disabled. They purposely try to fine print the real information and skirt right outside the legalities knowing there are people out there that do not have the capacity or knowledge to know what is real and what is not. My suggestion to anyone who receives these mailings is to send a letter to: Notification System, IAPC Mail Preference Service, P.O. box 219637, Kansas City, MO [protected]. Specifically put in the letter to (a) do not release my name and email address to other companies (b) remove my name from your mailing list or (c) remove my email address or (d) all of the above. Make sure to copy your name, mailing address and account number exactly as appeared on the letters you receive from them. This is equivalent to registering with the national do not call list or unsubscribing from an email list. That is the most you can do unfortunately.

I too have found myself to be gullible to the amount of$ 47.00 in money orders that I hold the receipt stubs. I am as mad as everything at my self, but more so at them. Thankful that it was not more before I got my head out of the clouds. They sent me a FINAL NOTICE..LARGE CASH PAYOUT AT RISK. CODE: U50515-ENG DEADLINE 15 MAY 2016. These people need to be stopped, but I am guessing that they are printing out of a storage locker. The next letter they send is going to be marked "Return to Scammers"!

People are very closed minded, firstly and foremost if you are paying attention yes you have entered a contest! Reason being is because you either played the pch play&win app and signed up and have claimed to enter prices you may have recieved notification through email and entered to win and it may not have been pch in your inbox it may have been something other tha you clicked either way you have entered to win something. You even clicked to recieve mail listings to enter or you may possibly have won. Lastly, if you are paying attention most letters explain "no purchase nessasery to enter or claim prize" what gets me upset is people are not reading and paying attention. Listen the letters may ask to send money to process claim. It also explains don't what you need to do though is use your own envelope to claim for your winnings in your self enclosed envelope using your own postage stamp writing their address and correct info for you to their mailing address and you are all set, you can be gurenteed to either recieve a winning of 1000, 500, 25, 5, ect. As runner up prises. If you are going to play the damn game then play it right, play smart no one has to spend 9$ or 20$ or 40$ that they ask to claim wins. Just send your damn letter back with out payment in your own self served envelope and stop whining like a ###. Acting as if it's a scam ! How on earth would you know if you are not playing it right, you will never know if you can't claim. And confirm wins. I don't care how often they send these forms to you but you would need to play it right. The more you can get it to enter the more you are close to your winnings you need to confirm you are the adressee. . Bunch of slow speds who are unfortunately lost in the game. Don't gamble if you can't handle waiting. . . It's a game and u definitely need to be on it if you want to win follow the darn rules. Nobody is ripping anyone of and it is not a scam if it clearly states: or should i say tell you bcs ppl are so slow. It tells you no purchase nessasery and you can claim your winning separate from envelope provided with out the payment duh! Lol

This is direct response to Luxury...First of all your very rude, secondly your just wrong when referencing this particular scam. I have the letter in front of me and will attach a copy. It clearly states "a small fee ($9) is required for registration ; this discounted fee must be enclosed with your completed IAPC1080 form." Later in the "memo" qunder final instructions the rnclosing a fee is mentioned once more as a requirement.

I'm aware of the sweepstakes you have referred to on-line that state no purchase is necessary . On the back of the memo under "Official Rules" it states that "this is not a sweepstakes or a lottery but a contest of skill".

Perhaps next time, prior to making such rude and disparaging remarks, You can take some of your time as you seem to have plenty of it and do so research yourself. Or perhaps this is how you spend your time and pretend it makes you feel good about yourself when we all know how truly unhappy you must be inside. Who else would lash out so blindly and be so wrong. Maybe therapy would be more helpful!

International Award Payment Center Competition Fraud

They are still sending out fake cheques and asking to send in $25 AU - wow at a saving of $5.00, normally $30! Then apparently they will send me a cheque for $15, 000.00 pending official declaration as the final winner! I guess that is the their loophole - there is no official declaration. How they got my address in Australia is beyond me. I was suspicious straight away and googled them. Not surprisingly there are pages of Scam Alerts for this so called business. I just want to know how to get off their hit list.

I have received the same letter from them but i never gave them any money. If anyone ask you for a processing fee any kind more then likely it is a scam. Never give them any information. They very well maybe trying to get your bank account no. name Address or SS no. so they can steal your Identity so be careful what info. you give out. They now have your address, name and bank no... So far I have received about twenty letters from this "company" and they use all different envelopes and letters. I was stupid enough to send it in twice and never received a dime of any prize money. They even have the nerve to keep sending me all different amounts of money I "won" although it was all just a big scam!

Yup so do I folks. 'Just receive a letter from IAPC dated June 6, 2016. It's dressed up as a skill competition program asking me to answer a simple math problem. It's so simple that you don't even need a calculator to get the correct answer. It is asking for a measly registration fee $9 ($3 discounted) as one of the requirements. If I answer the problem correctly, I will be now moving to the 2nd round then I wouldn't be surprise if it will ask for a much bigger fee. I was so suspicious that I googled up this firm's name only to find tons of scam reports. I wouldn't be surprise if someday (hopefully sooner), the FBI will come knocking at its door.

I just received one of these Scam Letters in the mail today. Just like the Scam Phone Calls I get from some Call Center in India from a thickly accented man on the phone names "Mark Brown" I tell them "just take the processing/shipping fee out of my winnings. And you can keep $500 as a Tip from Me to You!"

I wish I could magically make All Scammer's Heads Explode the very moment that they try to Scam someone.

I received my third scam in a week today, if I was to believe any of it I would think I was the luckiest man alive, 3 big wins in a week yahooooo! LOL
NO just the same scammers with different wins .This one is from the Financial Security Awards whatever the hell that is! $21, 000 yeah right. They want me to give them $25 and send it to Contest America Publishers, Inc1401 Armour Rd, Nth Kansas city, Missouri 64116 USA .I live in Australia, Go Figure! A Word Of Warning to those that are not familliar with these scammers. They can get very nasty when challenged! Last year I received a scam letter prize win and started asking questions of them, later I started teasing them, then all of a sudden they hacked my email adress and shut me out and then hacked my laptop and practically destroyed it I had to have it wiped clean and start over again so if you are thinking of having some fun with these guys know that they are good hackers and will make your life difficult.Best thing is to just go to the authoroties with this or just ignore it.

bonjour,
Mon conseil? Ne tombez pas dans IT folks! JB, Ontario, Canada préfèrent ne pas mettre dans mon nom de famille, trop peu d'entre nous, trop facile de se retrouver sur quelqu'un d'autre escroquerie liste!
